I tried it and it's turned out better than I thought it would be. I had a lttle problem with the caramel, When I kept it in medium flame it turned to crystal and I had to turn it to high flame and melt that crystals(It's probably a problem with my stove), it had a faint burned taste/smell(just faint, you only pick it up if you really focus on it) and I think you need to steam it for at least 30 to 40 minuts. Overall it's good and I will try making it again with above problems in mind.

Add 3 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp water in a small saucepan with a medium flame. Stir occasionally until sugar is amber and no longer bubbling. Transfer the caramel immediately to the bowl you will use to store your pudding, and spread the sugar around the bowl, ensuring it fully covers the bottom. Add 2 cups of milk and 1/3 cup of sugar to a pot. Boil on medium flame until the milk is reduced by half. Whisk two eggs in a large bowl at room temperature. Add the reduced milk to the egg mixture. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence. Mix well. Strain the milk mixture into the caramel-lined bowl. Use a spoon to push any remaining milk through. Cover the bowl in aluminum foil and place into a paper towel-lined pan filled with water. Steam it for 30 minutes. Let cool completely, then store in the fridge for 2 hours. Run a knife along the sides of the bowl to loosen the caramel pudding, and flip the bowl over into a pan. Enjoy!

Evapourate simply means cover lid put water inside wok cover then place custard jelly steam medium heat. Can use instead egg or sugar Try 200ml evaporated milk taste more creamer. like! 🤤🤗
