Incredible Tiny Homes is also offering an 8x20 Incred-I-Box with a 48" loft for $25k right now! I highly encourage you to check out their website for up-to-date offers and pricing, since it does change from time to time. Thank you for watching! Excited to keep the conversation going in the comments! 😊
I honestly get so excited when I see a Video Content Creator like yourself mentioned ITH! Thank you! This company is finally getting their recognition! It’s taken 8 years! They design/create then price and build homes that you don’t see anywhere else today! The INCRED I BOX is only one! Please Irene talk about they’re Models! (Those really spoke to me) so much so I purchased the Austin. At the time it was only 49,900! All amenities! Turn Key! With a California cottage style home that was popular back in the forties, fifty’s, sixties. With sweeping overhangs, corbels, exposed rafters, chunky freeze boards, board and batten siding on the DOUBLE DORMERS! 😮.. and horizontal on main body of home. A 50 year warranty on LP Siding (30 yr. on color) These are just a few of the amenities that are on the model series. It’s just quiet amazing for me to know I’m getting this gorgeous style well built home ( carpenter’s dream to build) for UNDER 50 K! 😮 In this current time with everything out of control in pricing. Nobody in America is offering affordable housing like ITH! Because of them (Thank you Randy, Amanda and ITH team) I now will own a beautiful gorgeous show stopper home! I thank you for sharing this video Irene! You and your channel are making a difference also! ♥️🙏🏻🏠
Yes Latada thank you for a more complete run down on some of there products so informative sometimes we just forget to take the time and they are worth the time!!!🥰
Thank you Irena for featuring the Incredibox and Incredible tiny homes on your channel this is an amazing company ran by amazing down to earth honest people that have worked hard to get where they are
You can put polyurethane on the wood countertop to protect it and give it a shiny look. That is what I would do. Also, this and the 8 X 20-foot model is a DIY = Decorate it yourself. I would either put stucco flex, or LP siding on the outside, and paint or put some contact style wallpaper that I have found at Target and Walmart. One thing Randy says as far as cooking, you can have portable cooktops, like NuWave's single and double Induction Cooktops, and clean and put them away when you are not using them and put-up shelves or cabinets on the wall. I would put up cabinets with magnets, so they stay shut while in transit, and also put them in the drawers and lower cabinet doors as well. An RV 10 cu. ft fridge with a device to hold the fridge & freezer door closed while in transit and can be ordered with the hinge on either side, depending on where your RV fridge will be placed. Depending on your vehicle, you may be able to tow it or get one that can tow this Incred-I-Box. These Incred-I-Boxes are RVIA, and can come equipped to be off-grid. The sink is in the kitchen area, next to the bathroom. I would get a liquid soap dispenser and have that handy. But you can have one setup in the bathroom if you choose. The size and weight is more ready for travel. These Incred-I-Boxes can be used as dorms, an office, a she or he shed, AirBnB, etc, or an RV to take trips in, like to the National Parks. If you are a skier, you may want to head out to Salt Lake or Park City. SLC has a KOA with full hookups, etc. and ski the various ski resorts in the SLC and Park City areas, plus just hang out after ski in the area's downtown, and which does have Light rail, and city and ski buses, Trolley Square, and some nice shopping, and areas to go hiking, and Park City has their annual Sundance Festival and Sundance ski resort. I lived and worked up at Alta for the 1982-1983 ski season and used the ski buses to get into SLC on my days off, if they are on the weekends.
Once the Butcher Block is Polyurethaned The wood is protected. The more applications, it really brings out the beautiful wood grain and can have a shine/ gloss if desired.
The Bucher Block can be sealed. In the floor of the bathroom there is plumbing, meaning hot and cold pex water lines and drain, so you could install a small wash basin. Its DIY. The sink in the kitchen is plenty for most situation. You could put in a bigger sink, you can do what ever you want! No heat or cooling source. But it's fully insulated so a small space heater will chase you out. The AC could use window. I could go on because I'm a sales rep for Them. Great job.
Are there advantages for me, of purchasing from you or directly through ITH? I suppose one benefit of going through them directly would be that they finance and you don’t, correct?
Hi Irina, Randy and Amanda are going to Fresno California this weekend for the Fresno Tiny Home show, they will showcase the 8 by 20 Incredibox. The 8 by 20 is a better option for some for 25 k. Just my opinion. Thanks for your Videos.
So cool! I just watched their most recent video about that. I realized that the 8x20 was an option after I'd already filmed this video, definitely think it is a better one as well. I believe it is a limited-time offer though. Thank you for commenting and supporting the channel!
I really like Randy's Idea to talk to the Tennessee Homeowners to allow their backyard to be rented for space for the incredibox., cool idea, wish it will be replicated here in California so people will have a space to put their incredibox or any other mobile tiny house.
I didn't know about that, very cool! Upside for the homeowners because they are charging rent, and huge upside for tiny home owners because they don't have to buy land! Will be interesting to see what happens with that.
YES!!! a ITH vid!!!!.... this company deserve some free publicity, what they're doing is beyond any other tiny house company! I'm kind of worried about the new laws thats coming regarding tiny houses and the RVIA certified homes, which can affect this AMAZING company in a negative way... when you're doing something good, they will always be someone thats trying to bring you down!!!.... this has nothing to do with this vid but i just watch the documentary The last BLOCKBUSTER and its in BEND Oregon, is that close to you and did you go recently... well you seem a little young to feel nostalgic about Blockbuster.
Hopefully ITH is here to stay! Looking forward to watching them grow. Bend is a bit of a drive for me, we usually visit during the winter for snowboarding. I am old enough to remember Blockbuster, but I don't feel too nostalgic about it :)
I went to the Tiny home expo in Fresno and met Randy and Amanda , What sweet people they are ...I want a tiny home and they will be my builders for sure
I Love ITH. Thanks for sharing this info. I am an Independent Sales Representative for the Incred-i-box and if contacted, I can save the buyer $500.00 on each purchase. I believe the Incred-i-box addresses our housing crisis. (Sales Rep. # 0024)
Also: many tiny homes can be 10 or 12 ft to 40ft long...and you can put bedroom 1st floor. U can have French doors, and porch-es...be in nature and do add ons a shed, patio space o overhead outdoor area for doing teaching, art, gathering...definitely I cannot live forever in a 8x20. Too small...for me...but if u also have extra $$$ u could use as airbnb or rentals for those thinking about what they wanna do next...I also need A Tub in my tiny!!!
No your butcher block as a counter would need to be treated to not get moldy, it's pretty but if water got underneath or not protected however that goes, it will rot. I think, randy may treat that wood? Somehow?... we have to look☺️😉🤔
I’ve been following the incredibox for a minute now and it seems like they’re constantly changing something in them but the basic stays the same. They’re currently looking at doing in house financing with 0% interest to help people get into them easier, but it’s still in the talking about it phase and they’re always doing specials. PS: I’m not far from you, about 30 min south of Portland, I’m glad I found your channel. 👍🏼
It’s so encouraging to hear that you enjoyed those vlogs! They don’t get as many views as other topics, so I’ve been wondering whether or not to continue. I’d love to go back to making them again 😊
You're basically paying $20,000 for a shed pretty much I mean when you look at the square footage of it and what it offers for $20,000.. it's not worth the price at all
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I always appreciate hearing various perspectives. It’s important to consider that you’re not only paying for the “shed” itself, but all the additional work that’s been done. Electrical, plumbing, insulation/drywall, cabinetry, and so on. If you were to buy a basic shed and have all these tradesmen come out to complete all this work for you, it could very well end up costing more than $20k.
It's not a shed. It's fully insulated with 2" of closed cell spray foam in the ceiling and walls, and 4" in the floor, fully plumbed with a toilet, 36" shower, and sink, full electrical with kitchen & bathroom lights, & many duplex outlets throughout the home, a storage loft, kitchen cabinets, butcherblock countertop, the end of which is hinged to fold down and out of the way, a space for a 10 cubic foot refrigerator or closet, room at the end of the cabinets to put a small fridge or a combo washer/dryer, 6 efficient double pane single hung windows throughout, and luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. Sheds are uninsullated, unfinished, poorly lit open spaces with no cabinets, no plumbing or fixtures, no electrical, no flooring, and very few if any windows.
It's wired plumbed on a two axcel trailor. Fully insulated, five real dubble pain windows. It's roofed with a snow load capable of over 5,000 lbs. It's not just a shed. it's built and inspected, and will last for decades and decades even being towed everywhere. It's not a shed. Plus have to order and ship all the parts, plus pay a good wage for the men and women that build it, and to build up to four more that same day on the factory building they had to build, and the land the building sits on. It's not a shed. I'll stop for everyone sake.

I see, thank you so much for explaining!

You oil it or even put a clear seal over it. The beauty of butcher block is you just sand out any damage. Plus it looks great & is a natural product.
I really like Randy's Idea to talk to the Tennessee Homeowners to allow their backyard to be rented for space for the incredibox., cool idea, wish it will be replicated here in California so people will have a space to put their incredibox or any other mobile tiny house.

I have an 8 x 16 tiny incredibox. I have turned it into a rustic farmhouse. Diy overload. But it's precious I love it!
That is awesome!!
Hey! Don't underestimate my prius. This tiny home has nothing on it!
Thanks for the video
I’m sold on the 8x20 incredibox 👍🏻❤️

They have sealers to put on butcher counter.

The sink is in kitchen only. Still fantastic deal though!
Absolutely!

um where exactly are the testimonials linked?
Or add a Bed Up top?

You could get RV for that amount with everything on it.
Butcher block has to be treated and Randy sends his out that way.
It should be Poly Urethaned!!!
Makes me want to buy a shed and convert to tiny home!
Of course, a big house isn’t for everyone, either.
You should have made it big enough while being put in it.
