The waterfalls are beautiful. Will have to check out the Mesa Falls. Oh, yes, kayaking the river is a must do for sure. Hiking to Wind Cave would definitely be fun. Bike Riding and taking the Gandula looks fun too.

And yes our friends live by that creek and have moose that frequent their yard. Always a super cool experience seeing em!
We're very thorough when it comes to following drone rules, following flight restrictions, and I'm a registered drone pilot. The only mention of drone restrictions in that area mention not flying over the Upper Mesa Falls Visitor center which is not where we flew.
