    the reference you are making the man means he or she but he is a pronoun used for masculine, but the whole blatent proof is that the since it was written in hebew and the jewish rabbi confirmed it in the video which you guys failed to relize, also my another point is that the original text is hebrew so it does not matter to which ever language the bible got translated if there is some doubt logically you would pick up a book that is original. but you guys referenced the aramaic means greek language transation of the bible which is not the right way to look things up.

    brother in white shirt.. it clearly says when Jesus says that he will not speak for himself all that he hear shall he speak he shall GLORIFY ME.. 1. Muhammad PBUH did not recite Quran from himself otherwise there would be many errors in it by now, 2. Angel Gabriel came with the messages from God to HIM and he only spoke of those that he heard from him directly, 3. ONLY RELIGION in the world that praises JESUS PBUH and there is a whole CHAPTER of Mary in Quran aswell as she most MENTIONED female in Quran.. means he glorified him.. heres a question to you all christians in the group.. who else did these 3 things that your beloved JESUS spoke of? which other?

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn 3 місяці тому

      Let's read what the verse actually says:
      "But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take from Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; this is why I said that He takes from Mine and will disclose it to you." John 16:13‭-‬15 ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
      Concerning the verb to hear the Greek word ἀκούω has several meanings beside only hearing: to understand, to learn, to listen and also to be taught by God's inward. In the same way is for to speak the Greek word λαλέω has also several meanings beside speaking: to utter, to proclaim, to bring, to make known, to teach.
      So this can have several meanings
      And Jesus said: “everything that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you” John 15;15. Also in his High Priestly Prayer, Jesus will say, “the words which you have given me I have given to them” (the disciples), John 17:8. In like manner, the Spirit will not speak his own word, but will speak “whatever he hears.” So there is a direct line from the Father through the Son to the Spirit to the disciples. So the Holy Spirit as Helper (Paracletos) has the purpose as replacer of Jesus Christ but in another substance.
      But again let's read John 16 “..... for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you." John 16:12‭-‬15 ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
      Did you read it? Two times it is stated that the Paracletos (which is the Holy Spirit) will become his revelation from Jesus.
      Now I ask you my friend: did Muhammad become his 'revelation' from Jesus?
      And did Muhammad ‘hear’ Jesus?
      And did Muhammad disclose these words to the disciples of Jesus?

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn 3 місяці тому

      In addition, the Spirit of truth will glorify Jesus Christ. Muhammad did not glorify Jesus because he denied the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Meanwhile Jesus Christ predicted and confirmed His crucifixion, death, and resurrection many times. So the Spirit of truth is not Muhammad.

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn 3 місяці тому

      And to answer your question, Jesus Christ said to His disciples: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you." John 14:26.
      So it is clear that Paracletos is the Holy Spirit with a special purpose for the disciples. E.g. to remind them everything what Jesus Christ has said to them. Muhammad was not the Holy Spirit, so the Paracletos is definitely NOT Muhammad.

    The bible's New Testament original is in Old Greek while the Bible's Old Testament original is in Hebrew (which includes The Song of Songs which by the way "Song" here refers to "religion" since it is not talking about songs i.e the religion of religions or the revelation of all revelations/ the final revelation/ the truth and nothing but the truth).

    It'd be better if you ask a scholar about this. There are a lot of livestreams by Muslim scholars in UA-cam as well. Your Muslim friend might be able to answer questions about islam or Quran, not thorough answers but somewhat but about a different scripture altogether..it won't work.

    This particular video simply points out how silly the argument is, if you have to be fair and go both ways, “Akbar” in Arabic sounds similar to the word for rat in Hebrew. So going by their logic, Allah is a rat

    Who is layman Deedat to make such a statement? Deedat was no scholar in classic Hebrew. Moreover he was not even officially educated at all. Never did Deedat refer to a Hebrew dictionary or scholar to prove his point.
    The first mistake by Deedat is that he pronounced מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים as ‘muhamaddim’. But he is wrong, it is ‘ma-kha-madim’. So there is no pronunciation of Muhammad. Just check every high valuated Hebrew dictionary or lexicon.
    The other mistake made by Deedat is that he said that ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים’ is a name. Again he is very wrong because מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is a masculine plural noun, so it is not a name. Again, just check every high valuated Hebrew dictionary or lexicon. And because it is not a name it is impossible that it refers to the name of ‘Muhammad’.
    Deedat only fooled his ignorant and gullible audience.

      Point is, they translated the name. Same with Jesus, it is not his true Name.
      Translation isn't a appropriate thing when it comes to name. Only exceptions are similar languages like, Aramaic and Arabic, those 2 languages can translate each other. Because those 2 languages sounds same. Not much different, when it comes to names.

    My dear brothers. If you read John 14-16 in context, then it will become clear that the Paracletos (translated as Comforter or Helper) does not fit Muhammad at all. First of all, in John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples.
    But Muhammad was not with the disciples (John 14:17).
    And Muhammad was not in the disciples after Jesus Christ's ascension (John 14:17).
    Muhammad was not sent in Jesus' name (John 14:26).
    Muhammad was not the Holy Spirit (John 14:26).
    Muhammad did not teach the disciples (John 14:26).
    Muhammad did not remember the disciples everything what Jesus Christ has said to them (John14:26).
    Muhammad is not sent by Jesus Christ (John 15:26 and 16:7).
    Muhammad did not testify about Jesus Christ to the disciples (John 15:26).
    Muhammad did not guide the disciples in all truth (John 16:13).
    Muhammad did not disclose it to the disciples (John 16:13).
    Muhammad did not glorify Jesus Christ (John 16:14).
    Muhammad did not become his 'revelation' from Jesus Christ (John 16:14 and 16:15).
    So the Paracletos, the Spirit of truth is definitely not Muhammad.

    ma·ḥă·mad·dîm - 1 Occurrence
    Songs 5:16
    HEB: מַֽמְתַקִּ֔ים וְכֻלּ֖וֹ מַחֲמַדִּ֑ים זֶ֤ה דוֹדִי֙
    NAS: And he is wholly desirable. This
    KJV: [is] most sweet: yea, he [is] altogether lovely. This [is] my beloved,
    INT: sweetness is wholly desirable This is my beloved
    muhammad in arabic means the praised one(ahmad tries to equate the 2 meaning but that's a false equivication fallacy at best.). the hebrew word used in 5:16 is used throughout the songs in multiple places. in some places you would litteraly read that muhammd is solomons wife YES it gets that bad. not to mention the word muhammad as in how the muslims use it in arabic doesn't exist in the hebrew. but lets say it's truly muhammad in the way muslims believe it was used in the quran. It's litteraly just a title anyone can be the praise one. Allah also means the God it's also just a title so it really isn't helping the muslims as they still wouldn't know who this is talking about if they ignore the context. cause these psalms are written mainly by solomon and his wives to each other.
    Dr.Michael Brown already debunked this blantant abuse of the hebrew language. When he was debating Zakir Hussain last year.
    Honestly who hasn't debunked Ahmad Deedat the man was fully of himself and full of lies. So full of himself he challenged God to turn the person into a mute if they lied which is litteraly how he died like a mute.
    Also if you watch 1 side of the argument you might aswell hear the other side.

      dont need to(but i did tho if you actually read my comment) mate the words dont mean the same things just because it sounds the same doesn't mean they are. please you dont need 2 braincells to understand what i just explained. read my comment again and engage with my contentions. if you dont wanna you dont have to but i'm saying ahmad deedat has been debunked ages ago. and especially recently by dr michael brown when debating zakir husain
      you muslims dont even know what songs of solomon 5:16 is about you are just that desperate to find muhammad in the bible because he said he was in your quran
      but spoiler he isn't also his argument for muhammad being the helper/comforter just means Jesus is God because Jesus sends the helper and in islam allah send muhammad so if Jesus sends muhammad he is muhammads God. I'm telling you ahmad deedat is outdated

      Really? Was it possible that I missed it? Sooo, I went back and reread it. "IM"? "IM"?? "IM"??? Nope, I still can't see it. Ohhh, wait a minute, there it is, Quote;
      "ma·ḥă·mad·dîm - 1 Occurrence
      Songs 5:16"
      It says 1 Occurrence! Only ONE? Hmmm, that tells me that any OTHER resemblance to a Derivative of that term would only be translated in it's context. Un fortunately Christians have a habit of twisting Scripture to justify their Paganism.

    • @NewCovenantOfChrist

      Think something is not landing here.
      You can't even seem to understand that words can sound the same but dont have to mean the same. this isn't rocket science.
      You argument is null and void.
      mahamaddim doesnt mean the same as muhammad and even if it did it's not talking about the islamic prophet muhammad it's litteraly the wife of solomon talking to solomon himself.
      muhammad and allah are just titles anyone could take them. but again the word muhammad as in arabic doesn't exist in hebrew you are just plain simply desperate because your mentally ill prophet was mad the Christians and Jews made fun of him when he couldn't perform.
