The Muslim attempt to find "Muhammad" by name in the Song of Solomon 5:16 is a prime example of eisegesis, of reading something entirely out of context into a verse of the Bible. The Song of Solomon contains beautiful and sensuous poetry expressing romantic love between a young man (a shepherd 1:7) and.a young woman (a shepherdess 1:8). A key theme is that marriage is a gift from God to be founded on commitment and loyalty. The young lady is describing her husband's body in 5:10-16. Is it likely that while enamored of her husband, she would suddenly speak of another man in verse 16? Even if some Jewish pronunciations of one of the Hebrew words sounded something like "Muhammed," that is irrelevant because it is not the sound, but the meaning of the word that is significant. In that romantic context, the meaning is certainly not about a totally unknown man at the time the Song of Solomon was written (about 960 BC). Muhammad was born hundreds of years later (AD 570-632)! He was a man of whom the shepherdess could have had no knowledge whatsoever. And if she did, she would not have mentioned it while making love to another. The Holy Spirit was present in the OT and also in the Gospels before Jesus ascended to heaven with the Father. The Holy Spirit was present in the lives of the prophets and came ON them when they prophesied, like Simeon in the Gospel of Luke. Jesus clearly said that the Holy Spirit is with his disciples BUT after Jesus departure the Holy Spirit will be sent down to be with the disciples and will also be IN the disciples. The Holy Spirit being IN the disciples of Jesus is the reason Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will come after He goes to heaven and shall be IN His disciples. The Spirit of Truth according to Jesus, in the Gospel of John, is the Comforter as well and is the Holy Spirit. According to Jesus the Spirit of Truth will be send by the Father in Jesus name. Jesus himself said he will send the Spirit of Truth. The Spirit of Truth will will abide with the apostles and the disciples forever, He will teach the apostles all things and will bring to remembrance what Jesus said to them. The Spirit of Truth will guide the apostles and diciples into all truth and will show the apostles things that should come. The Spirit of Truth comes from the Father and is sent by the Father and by Jesus Christ. This means also after Jesus ascended to heaven the Holy Spirit was WITH and IN the the apostles and diciples of Jesus Christ in the Gospels 600 years before Muhammad was born. How can Muhammad be with the apostles in the Gospels if he came 600 years later? Finally she escapes and returns to her true love the humble shepherd boy. So it has nothing to do with Muhammad.

Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Clearly this verse only states that spirits are the result of the presence of false prophets in the world. So 1 John 4:1 clearly states that false prophets are the course and spirits are the result. Read the original scripture and not the translation. Different translators translate it differently. The saying "lost in translation" stays true to this.

This is obviously a love song between Solomon and his bride, and to put Muhammad in the place of the bride’s beloved turns the book into nonsense. The word "im" is showed in the native language to express to a name. That's the key. Look at the translation the words before muhammad'im "...he is muhammad'im.." but they translate it to "...he is all together lovely" (people don't say "he is all together lovely" but instead just say "he is lovely", if you read the whole chapter of Songs Of Solomon, you easily see the connection).. easy to manipulate, why they manipulated it? The Jews is waiting for this last prophet but they expect he should come from Jews, when they found all the marks and sign that showed clearly as the torah told, then they found the prophet that as per Torah descriptions emerged from Arabs (one of their historical enemy - the descendant of Hagar, Ishmayel), they cannot accept it and twisted everything even the Torah... it is normal for them as they been doing bad things to all prophets that came before that from their nation. Christians say that Jesus came to die for our sins.!!!! But we see in the Bible that he did not want to die at all. John 7:1 says that Jesus took another way to escape from the Jews because he did not want to be killed. "After this, Jesus went around in Galilee. He did not want to go about in Judea because the Jewish leaders there were looking for a way to kill him." in John 8:40 he rebuked the Jews for trying to kill him: "As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. The same sea of reeds baby moses was found, the same sea of reeds was turned into blood. Not red sea. But the sea of reeds means the Nile river, not red sea. So... Jesus is the manifestation of God in a human body.... "the Son" of God. He came to take the alienation away mankind got trapped in after the fall. He came to give us back the divine life Adam/mankind lost in its fall.
Because of this fall, a perfect Holy sacrifice had to be made. That is what God did in Christ! It shows His deep, pure, affectionate passion from Him to you/His creation, to restore you back to origin: Christlikeness. Walking in divine power and unselfish divine love.

Muhammed came after Jesus. He unfortunately never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall, wrote another story, called it the only truth, cutting of the real truth, leading millions astray from their godly identity in Christ. Heartbreaking.

The Muslim attempt to find "Muhammad" by name in the Song of Solomon 5:16 is a prime example of eisegesis, of reading something entirely out of context into a verse of the Bible.

The young lady is describing her husband's body in 5:10-16. Is it likely that while enamored of her husband, she would suddenly speak of another man in verse 16?
Even if some Jewish pronunciations of one of the Hebrew words sounded something like "Muhammed," that is irrelevant because it is not the sound, but the meaning of the word that is significant.
In that romantic context, the meaning is certainly not about a totally unknown man at the time the Song of Solomon was written (about 960 BC). Muhammad was born hundreds of years later (AD 570-632)! He was a man of whom the shepherdess could have had no knowledge whatsoever. And if she did, she would not have mentioned it while making love to another.

The Spirit of Truth in the Gospel of John:

In John's gospel it clearly shows that the Holy Spirit will be sent/given to the disciples after Jesus, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension, when he departs as the scripture says the Holy Spirit will only come after Jesus is glorified.
The Holy Spirit was present in the OT and also in the Gospels before Jesus ascended to heaven with the Father. The Holy Spirit was present in the lives of the prophets and came ON them when they prophesied, like Simeon in the Gospel of Luke.
Jesus clearly said that the Holy Spirit is with his disciples BUT after Jesus departure the Holy Spirit will be sent down to be with the disciples and will also be IN the disciples.
The Holy Spirit being IN the disciples of Jesus is the reason Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will come after He goes to heaven and shall be IN His disciples.
The Spirit of Truth according to Jesus, in the Gospel of John, is the Comforter as well and is the Holy Spirit.
According to Jesus the Spirit of Truth will be send by the Father in Jesus name. Jesus himself said he will send the Spirit of Truth. The Spirit of Truth will will abide with the apostles and the disciples forever, He will teach the apostles all things and will bring to remembrance what Jesus said to them. The Spirit of Truth will guide the apostles and diciples into all truth and will show the apostles things that should come. The Spirit of Truth comes from the Father and is sent by the Father and by Jesus Christ.
This means also after Jesus ascended to heaven the Holy Spirit was WITH and IN the the apostles and diciples of Jesus Christ in the Gospels 600 years before Muhammad was born.
How can Muhammad be with the apostles in the Gospels if he came 600 years later?
How can Muhammad teach all things and guide the apostles of Jesus Christ into all truth and to cause the apostles to remember what Jesus said to them is Muhammad came 600 years later?
If Muhammad was sent by Allah as the Spirit of Truth why did Allah sent Muhammad 600 years after the death of the apostles and diciples of Jesus Christ, who was supposed to help the apostle and diciples of Jesus Christ?

Because when you read John 14-16 then it will become clear that the Paracletos does NOT fit Muhammad at all. First of all in John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples. And Muhammad was NOT with the disciples. Muhammad was NOT in the disciples after Jesus Christ's ascension. Muhammad was NOT sent in Jesus name. Muhammad was NOT the Holy Spirit. Muhammad did NOT teach the disciples. Muhammad did NOT remember the disciples everything what Jesus Christ has said to them. Muhammad is NOT sent by Jesus Christ. One day Solomon spots her and has her eventual brought to his residence where he tries to entice her to become another of his wives. The young shepherd follows and finds her and assures her of his love. She resist all the enticements, charms, riches, and luxurious life of a wife to the King. Finally she escapes and returns to her true love the humble shepherd boy. So it has nothing to do with Muhammad.
Oh really. So, why did the online translators, some of which are Israeli online translators, confirm the word as Muhammad.

But the verse is clear e.g. in the word ‘because’. In Greek “ὅτι’ = ‘hoti” which means ’that’ or ‘since’ or ‘because’. Clearly this verse only states that spirits are the result of the presence of false prophets in the world. So 1 John 4:1 clearly states that false prophets are the course and spirits are the result. That makes clear that prophets and spirits are NOT the same, they are two different types of entities.
And also about the seven spirits made Deedat the wrong conclusion. The seven spirits in the Book of Revelations discribes the seven attributes of one Holy Spirit:
1) The Spirit of the LORD
2) The Spirit of wisdom
3) The Spirit of understanding
4) The Spirit of counsel
5) The Spirit of power
6) The Spirit of knowledge
7) The Spirit of the fear of the Lord
These 'seven spirits of God' in the book of Revelation are a reference to the Holy Spirit in the perfection of His manifold ministry.

This is obviously a love song between Solomon and his bride, and to put Muhammad in the place of the bride’s beloved turns the book into nonsense. So... Jesus is the manifestation of God in a human body.... "the Son" of God. He came to take the alienation away mankind got trapped in after the fall. He came to give us back the divine life Adam/mankind lost in its fall.
Because of this fall, a perfect Holy sacrifice had to be made. That is what God did in Christ! It shows His deep, pure, affectionate passion from Him to you/His creation, to restore you back to origin: Christlikeness. Walking in divine power and unselfish divine love.

Muhammed came after Jesus. He unfortunately never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall, wrote another story, called it the only truth, cutting of the real truth, leading millions astray from their godly identity in Christ. Heartbreaking.
But for those who take Jesus for who He is and ask to be filled by His godly Holy Spirit.....: divine life. Tangible presence of God, healings, demons running for cover, etc. Just as with His first 12+72 friends.

The word "im" is showed in the native language to express to a name. That's the key. Look at the translation the words before muhammad'im "...he is muhammad'im.." but they translate it to "...he is all together lovely" (people don't say "he is all together lovely" but instead just say "he is lovely", if you read the whole chapter of Songs Of Solomon, you easily see the connection).. easy to manipulate, why they manipulated it? The Jews is waiting for this last prophet but they expect he should come from Jews, when they found all the marks and sign that showed clearly as the torah told, then they found the prophet that as per Torah descriptions emerged from Arabs (one of their historical enemy - the descendant of Hagar, Ishmayel), they cannot accept it and twisted everything even the Torah... it is normal for them as they been doing bad things to all prophets that came before that from their nation.
Muhammad meant "the praised one" but you cannot translate "muhammad'im" because it is clearly mentioned / marked that it is a name of people.
