May you lay siege to them and take them captive.. Quran chapter 9 verse 29 says fight the Jews and Christians until they pay you the poll tax and they feel subdued.. Just a couple verses out of the whole Quran of which chapter 9 is the most violent, but violence is all over the Quran. There is peace too I won’t deny it but why must Muslims lay siege and cause pain and torment rather than pray and love thy neighbors as taught in the Bible?

I'm a born Muslim, but my parents always encouraged me to do my own research, because there's no point in faith if you don't believe with all your heart. The Quran literally states: "there is no compulsion in religion". Therefore, I decided to learn about all monotheistic religions, to have a lil understanding where things went wrong and why. While I was reading the Bible, my brain was boiling, because I stumbled upon contradiction upon contradiction upon contradiction and so on. My thoughts were exactly like it was said in the video: "How many contradictions one book can have? Have mercy!". It doesn't make any sense at all. I'm a law student, and I cannot stand even collusions in legal system, which was purely created by flawed creatures as humans, but seeing that supposedly *GOD'S word* has so many contradictions and distortions? This is a literal recipe for disaster for people who cannot comprehend anything without legitimate proof and logical explanation. Not to mention that I never got a legitimate source, nor did I receive any definitive explanation about the concept of trinity from theologians (in a country with Christian population). That's where Christianity differs from Islam, because Islam is *simple* and *logical.* God is one, period. He is the Creator of all, He doesn't beget, nor is He begotten, period. He is above all comprehension, and there is nothing like unto Him, period. Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Lot, Solomon, Adam and Muhammad, peace be upon all of them, are the prophets of one God, period. There's no sons (like come on, the very first human, prophet Adam, peace be upon him, didn't have a father nor mother, so why only Jesus, peace be upon him, is suddenly the son), no fathers, no holy spirits (it was just one of the angels of God, Gabriel, the angel of revelation, angels indisputably follow the commands of one God). And no contradictions. All reverts unanimously say that *all of this makes perfect sense and Islam is logical.* The word of God simply cannot be imperfect or distorted, that's absurd, since God is the Creator of all and everything. The Quran contradicts itself in Surah 2 verse 256 stating that there is NO compulsion in religion and then to fight those who dont believe in Allah in Surah 9-29....
Matthew and Luke actually give two different genealogies. Matthew gives the genealogy of Jesus through Joseph, the legal, though not the physical father of Jesus. Luke, on the other hand, gives the ancestry of Jesus through Mary from whom Jesus was descended physically as to his humanity. @Nayna Patel for Christians version=contradiction=translation. When you show them a contradiction or a different version, they say it's just the translations. Once they wake up and realize that they are not the same thing, they leave Christianity.

They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid. (Mark 16:8) Matthew says that the women supposedly ran and told Jesus’ disciples but Mark says that they didn’t tell anyone because they were afraid.
I believe Mark means while they were running into town, they didn’t tell anyone. The woman went back with the intention to tell the 12. Since Mark reveals that they did not speak because “they were afraid,” it may be that at first they held their peace (Mark), and then later spoke up (Matthew). It is also possible that the women left the tomb in two groups at slightly different times, Mark referring to one and Matthew to the other. I wouldn’t take this as a contradiction because the disciples were writing THEIR POV.

Explained: The Gospel of Luke was writing by Luke who interviewed people who knew Jesus and followed Him. So Luke ultimately had to do research to find out about Jesus blood line. In Israel at the time women were placed under their fathers then husbands once married. So to find out about Mary you have to look under Joseph. Reason why It seem that Joseph had two fathers, but no Heli was Mary father. Please do some research on the contradictions instead of believing he say she say. God did not encouraged his people to beat up their slaves. The slaves were kept as property because those were the women and children of the enemy. They were captives from war. Instead of killing them, they had to become slaves. If they damaged their eye, they would have to set them free. The Bible is miles more reliable than the Quaran. Please do the research. genuine question, how was it corrupted tho? if God oversaw the entire creation and translation of the Bible? also the reason the genealogies in Matthew and Luke are different is because Matthew wrote according to Jewish customs ( traced it through the father's lineage) but Luke is writing to a gentile audience and therefore instead list it as traced through Mary's lineage, Heli was father of mary but according to Mosaic law when they were married, Joseph inherits Heli as a father and therefore can be called his son, Moreover, in the genealogy, Heli is listed as the father of Joseph, who had 2 daughters. The first is Mary, and the other was Zebedee’s unnamed wife (Matthew 27:56; John 19:25). this is one of the explanations also the slavery verse, at the time people of other nations would kill salves without hesitation or punishment but in israel actually you would be punished for a slaves death and even be charged with murder if they were to die, if u even broke a tooth or eye of your slave, you would have to set them free, so in this era that was actually merciful... also in exodus from what i understand. the Bible is a complicated book but it is not to be treated as a literal divine rule book dropped from heaven. I'm a born Muslim, but my parents always encouraged me to do my own research, because there's no point in faith if you don't believe with all your heart. The Quran literally states: "there is no compulsion in religion". Therefore, I decided to learn about all monotheistic religions, to have a lil understanding where things went wrong and why. While I was reading the Bible, my brain was boiling, because I stumbled upon contradiction upon contradiction upon contradiction and so on. My thoughts were exactly like it was said in the video: "How many contradictions one book can have? Have mercy!". It doesn't make any sense at all. I'm a law student, and I cannot stand even collusions in legal system, which was purely created by flawed creatures as humans, but seeing that supposedly *GOD'S word* has so many contradictions and distortions? This is a literal recipe for disaster for people who cannot comprehend anything without legitimate proof and logical explanation. Not to mention that I never got a legitimate source, nor did I receive any definitive explanation about the concept of trinity from theologians (in a country with Christian population). That's where Christianity differs from Islam, because Islam is *simple* and *logical.* God is one, period. He is the Creator of all, He doesn't beget, nor is He begotten, period. He is above all comprehension, and there is nothing like unto Him, period. Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Lot, Solomon, Adam and Muhammad, peace be upon all of them, are the prophets of one God, period. There's no sons (like come on, the very first human, prophet Adam, peace be upon him, didn't have a father nor mother, so why only Jesus, peace be upon him, is suddenly the son), no fathers, no holy spirits (it was just one of the angels of God, Gabriel, the angel of revelation, angels indisputably follow the commands of one God). And no contradictions. All reverts unanimously say that *all of this makes perfect sense and Islam is logical.*
The word of God simply cannot be imperfect or distorted, that's absurd, since God is the Creator of all and everything. Either the word is perfect and written in the style that no human is capable of creating something even remotely similar, or this is *not* the word of God.

Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued,” (9:29).
The Quran contradicts itself in Surah 2 verse 256 stating that there is NO compulsion in religion and then to fight those who dont believe in Allah in Surah 9-29....

Matthew and Luke actually give two different genealogies. Matthew gives the genealogy of Jesus through Joseph, the legal, though not the physical father of Jesus. Luke, on the other hand, gives the ancestry of Jesus through Mary from whom Jesus was descended physically as to his humanity. This is a beautiful fulfillment of prophecy and actually testifies to the accuracy of the Bible. Matthew says that the women supposedly ran and told Jesus’ disciples but Mark says that they didn’t tell anyone because they were afraid.
I believe Mark means while they were running into town, they didn’t tell anyone. The woman went back with the intention to tell the 12. Since Mark reveals that they did not speak because “they were afraid,” it may be that at first they held their peace (Mark), and then later spoke up (Matthew). It is also possible that the women left the tomb in two groups at slightly different times, Mark referring to one and Matthew to the other. I wouldn’t take this as a contradiction because the disciples were writing THEIR POV.

Explained: The Gospel of Luke was writing by Luke who interviewed people who knew Jesus and followed Him. So Luke ultimately had to do research to find out about Jesus blood line.

The one I can explain is the last one. Back then, slavery was different. God did not encouraged his people to beat up their slaves. The slaves were kept as property because those were the women and children of the enemy. They were captives from war. Instead of killing them, they had to become slaves. If they damaged their eye, they would have to set them free.

genuine question, how was it corrupted tho? if God oversaw the entire creation and translation of the Bible? also the reason the genealogies in Matthew and Luke are different is because Matthew wrote according to Jewish customs ( traced it through the father's lineage) but Luke is writing to a gentile audience and therefore instead list it as traced through Mary's lineage, Heli was father of mary but according to Mosaic law when they were married, Joseph inherits Heli as a father and therefore can be called his son, Moreover, in the genealogy, Heli is listed as the father of Joseph, who had 2 daughters. The first is Mary, and the other was Zebedee’s unnamed wife (Matthew 27:56; John 19:25). this is one of the explanations also the slavery verse, at the time people of other nations would kill salves without hesitation or punishment but in israel actually you would be punished for a slaves death and even be charged with murder if they were to die, if u even broke a tooth or eye of your slave, you would have to set them free, so in this era that was actually merciful... also in exodus from what i understand. the Bible is a complicated book but it is not to be treated as a literal divine rule book dropped from heaven. It is reasonable that there were an additional 300,000 men of military age kept in the reserves, but not yet involved in field combat. 0:32 Very interesting way to present the Quran. Forgive me if I and all credible historians are incorrect, but wasn't the Quran gathered over 150 years after Muhammad's death? The gospel accounts were written very close to the time that Jesus arose back into heaven, not 150 years after memory has had its chance to decay. Arguing that the Quran still being read in Arabic doesn't make it somehow more accurate, you can still go read the original transcripts of the Bible as well.
1:58 Although the modern census is that the original manucripts are written in aramiac, this doesn't automatically mean that some fake version of what the apostles wrote is currently in the Bible due to greek translators, that claim doesn't make a lot of sense. If such a claim were reasonable, then I could say that all english versions of the Bible are actually fake and are not the real words of God.

Therefore, 800,000 + 288,000 + 12,000 = 1,100,000.

Unlike how we know it today, being a servant was not only optional but gratifying, as servants could choose to serve under a wealthy master and have all their needs provided for them and their familes for the rest of their lives, becoming somewhat part of the family of the master. Jesus also stressed in John 13 that the servant is no greater than the master, nor the master greater than the servant, but masters should actually try to serve their own servants. Paul expanded this in his letter of Philemon, which encouraged freeing a bondservant who was miles in debt and recieving them back as a brother.
At first, I found you making points that I thought were pretty good, and all they needed were a bit more understanding of the scripture to clear any doubts that the Bible is God's word. However, as the video progressed, I found you purposely twisting God's word, and I did not appreciate it brother. My family has for generations been raised in Egypt and had to memorize the original arabic Quran, we've seen both and we know which one is the truth. Afterall, the Bible is not the one that says to "kill polytheists (that would be people like me) wherever you find them. Capture them, besiege them, sit in wait for them at every place of ambush." - Surah 9:5. It was not Jesus who slept with a 9 year old, or Jesus who called for the milking of the adults, or Jesus who decided to change what "Allah" previously had said about marriage to mary his own son's wife.
