I lined up the two songs as best I could and inverted the phase of one of the tracks (since they both use the same instrumental, it doesn't matter which one you invert). The vocals cut out in the first part of the chorus, so I couldn't make the entire track.
I did it in Sony Vegas, but it can also be done in most audio editors, like Reaper, Audition and Audacity. There's an option to invert the phase of a track, which essentially flips the waveform upside down. I might also make a video showcasing how I made it.

Not sure you understand what a cappella actually means..
I know the background music is still slightly in there, but the point is that the vocals are heavily emphasised.
