I'm abit confused due to the GED formula sheet having a different formula used than what was shown here at 4:00
As a general rule, use whatever formula is given to you on the GED formula sheet. For this question, the formula is correct. the GED formula sheet uses "s" for slant height and we used "l" for slant height. letters like that can be different, it doesn't change anything.

We have 2 separate courses. If you are talking about the ultimate algebra course, currently it covers algebra 1 and 2.

Most of these questions are not going to be part of the test you take . The UA-cam tutorials are kinda a waste of time since they only gloss over things quickly . Taken the test 5 times and still failed . I truly thought these videos would help . They are just rabbit holes of confusion.. I take a step back n see the world around me and how it’s being run and I understand why they keep changing then test around .. I’m a true believer that being able to past the other three test is enough to see the true corruption in government that we are dealing with today .. the fed keeps printing money and yet this test has held me back from getting a job with any kind of benefit long term for me to continue.:( poverty sucks been working since I was a kid . Now I’m watching my kid grow up in poverty. Keep doing the best I can to hopefully get him thru high school . Praying it’s his escape from this bottomless pit .

@@dishu.2128I have no idea .. I’ve taken the test back in the 90’s when it was on paper and now when it’s been out on computers.. I’ve washed dish’s mowed laws cut corners barley made rent for decades and they still want me to understand their math . I’ve survived in this American dream on hard labor bad luck and two different mattresses. I just learned they are supposed to be changed out every 7 years .. my folks came from Mexico and Brazil so work ethic is more valued than solving for X .. wish I could be more positive.. reality is I’ve lived by their rules under their regime in California and never filed for bankruptcy. I guess keeping me in poverty has saved me the public embarrassment of telling a judge I am not worth the lifestyle I’ve got . So it’s a win .. let them have the joy of finding somebody else’s to take money from . Failing 5 times this year not only looks bad on me it looks bad on the whole narrative . The short cut videos don’t really work they are just gloss on the lips . Zzz. Maybe in 2024 I can afford to take the test another 5-6 times . And to be honest if I do I will be offering the test answers for sale .. 💪

I’ve taken the math test 5 times this year waiting to take it for the 6th . I’ve about got all the variants memorized. Gonna fail again tho cause quadratics is not my cup of tea ..
@@TheBenwaugh69 Please don't say that. Confidence is very important in passing a test. In my first year in college, I had a low score in "Statics and Mechanics" class. The problem was so difficult that, while I was solving it, I was sure I will get it wrong. I worked it out slowly. After all, it wrong anyway. After the test, I realized I was actually doing the right thing. If I had just believed it was right, I would have had the highest score. That test changed my life.
