  • Lately, I have fallen into the cycle of going home after work and immediately taking a nap... next thing you know I don't have dinner planned, and it's basically bedtime a.k.a work tomorrow. I really wanted to break out of this cycle so after work I went out, treated myself, saw my friends, exercised and it ended up making me feel so much better!!
