It's evident that it was pumped out half baked to get it to us on schedule. Infuriating, mission breaking bugs, pisspoor UI, little to no mission variation, yet with friends its probably the most fun I've had in Warframe for a long while. There's potential, but as they say, there's no redoing a first impression. Let's hope for a strong 2020 I guess.
Exactly this. RailJack is the most ambitious expansion to Warframe to date. But they made it's first impression to the community that of game breaking bugs and glitches, horrendous economy, and grind and time gates out the whazoo.

The reaper hunter sounds like he doesn't care anymore. I like this side of him. Before it sounded like he did care a little bit but it was more passion for the game though back then. However now he sounds like he is happy with what he is doing and i cant be more proud of him. I am looking forward to seeing your thoughts on the new war.

I've see it a lot in the Souls communities where someone may get known for PvP, try to do something else, and there you'll see a huge drop in views to about 10% of their usual content. It's really sad honestly, I know if you love a game you can play it more but these people can make only so much content out of the same thing. To me it just seems souless after awhile. The same thing has been happening to the Warframe community as well. I don't particularly like either games I mentioned so once I figured out youtubers weren't going to do anything else I unsubbed. I don't think they should taylor their stuff for me but as I said it becomes a little souless once I realize they're using the same formula for each video.
DE keeps forgetting that they are no longer underdogs, and there are more options in the market now. 2020 is gonna be a great year for new games too. Godfall is coming out, you also have CP2077 and more. A lot of companies capitalized on the idea that Warframe failed to execute perfectly. Warframe in its current state is too much grind, time-gating(to hide the lack of content), and of course, grinding for the sake of grinding(no endgame)..
hate that "omg we're an indie dev with only 300ppl please give us more time for more buggy content in the meantime, buy our tennogen." excuse, while path of exile dev keeps spewing content with only 100ppl.

I know CP2077 is a single player game, so not quite the same market. Godfall looks interesting is developed by Counterplay who made Duelyst. Really awesome art style in that game, so that's exciting. Competition is a good thing so let's hope they all deliver good games.
What is actually frustrating is the fact that this game could be the best looter shooter and DE could be a beast of the industry but they keep taking the worst decisions, i think warframe will become obsolete soon and that sucks
@Eclipse Not to put you down here, but there are people who have WHALED on this game... like 3K+ which is pretty uncommon for PC games. However, the reason for this is because people still believe in keeping the game alive (myself included, although I have spent nowhere near 3000 USD on this game).

Artists are no different. Both jobs save lives. Both have "real" heroes, Both are tough. Firefighter is also one of the safest jobs you can work, I can't really find comparable numbers, but willing to bet that the mortality rate in artists is higher than fire fighters. This game managed the magic trick of not getting people to instantly Alt+F4 when they see a 3 day craft time. Which proves that nothing is impossible when it comes to milking players for everything they got.
I think you summed up the present game in the best quote ever, "You're gonna pay money for this game to keep your damn sanity intact". And I am resonating with your opinions through out the video. Given how Warframe is now, albeit from the Railjack portion, does seem like they did this to get clout but also, from what my gut can tell me, is probably so that their playerbase can help do the bug testing. I dunno if it might also be that their real coffers are low on funds and they hadn't had a choice, but the majority of people did say they wouldn't mind it being put off till next year if that means RJ gets some refining before throwing it out there. Yeah, there would still be bugs, glitches, and the game promptly shitting itself cause you turned to the left too fast for some inexplicable reason, but they'd be significantly unlikely to happen and DE wouldn't see too many complaints and probably receive enough money for their efforts developing the game. I gotta ask the same thing - who made the call? Why did they make the call? If they couldn't put off releasing RJ any longer, what is the reason? Why? Who are they hoping to gain? Or who are they hoping to keep from leaving? There are times that I wish we could see some fiscal financial reports, if the case is expenses, of what exactly is the problem and why the new content released. As long as it doesn't have PW's, Usernames for them, credit card info, etc; as well as being honest about their expenses, I'm sure people could better understand their side of things. Albeit, we came to play - not to work. (Says the guy typing the comment while he still enjoys Warframe). I still enjoy Warframe as a whole, but in conjunction to the absurd bugs and glitches happening - The RNG & time gates are also absurd. Like, they put it behind a timegate or an RNG element just to pad things out, rather than making it interesting enough to find what you want exactly, and ways to reduce Foundry crafting per MR scaling -- Whatever way it can be done. While still balancing making a profit on the side through the micro-transactions they do have to offer -- which I can imagine won't be easy. I know people might defend the fact that DE needs to make money, from out of the blue -- but there is a nuance between making a honest income, and slowly/completely veering into "We gotta make as much money as possible, quality can go suck it" - likely stemming from worrying that anyone criticizing DE means they might be punished as well from DE's wrath, treating people like "NO! It's good. Nothing has to change. Now shut up before you ruin it!", but I'm getting off topic. I did see that the community does want DE to come back to Warframe and do some improvements to the UI, optimizations I believe, and do some QoL improvements, etc; that might've been for just Railjack, but I would like for DE to come back to Railjack, prior content, and the base game - and do some SERIOUS refining, cleaning and polishing. One would be reducing the Foundry craft times, since making us wait for a Forma to build for 24 hours doesn't seem to sit right with how the game developed now - and it needlessly pads out time invested in the game, rather than a sensible wait time while I go do something else in the game, some other game, or some IRL activity. Someone suggested that crafting Forma take 1 hour per piece. And if DE is worried that they won't make enough money, couldn't they have an open discussion regarding finances of all the services and amenity's they use to stay in business (water, electricity, hardware, maintenance, etc;) and negotiate prices between the community and what to charge in the game? I am not sure what the draw backs to this idea is and not sure if another publication/development team ever done something like this before, but again; having that financial data for all to see while showing what they have to do to stay afloat and get paid for all their hard work would be a nice step in the right direction. Of course, someone who is knowledgeable in business is probably able to find a way to make this work, but can also see the flaws in this idea and shoot it down - hopefully without any selfish incentive or any bias. I hope they definitely make Railjack fun. I'm not gonna lie. I am having fun but the first impressions since it's release infuriated me considerably -- so much so, that it took enough problems I've encountered before the hype and happiness wore off, and I saw that I was having some decent/good fun, but I wasn't having an entirely enjoyable experience - what with the game promptly shattering like broken glass and then defying laws of physiques by reassembling into different shapes - before shattering again. The RNG is contentious at best and likely wasn't the smartest inclusion. The RNG needs to be mostly yeeted out, the timegates REALLY need to be nerfed. If that means I get through things too quickly, albeit that is a exaggerated claim to make without critical data and facts that it would, then so be it. More reason DE to make more content to fill in the niches for people who have that extra time to play Warframe and would likely gladly offer money to see that happen. And the aforementioned RNG being mostly yeeted out, could be replaced with more interesting and increasingly difficult challenges for a guaranteed chance at an item you want. (Off-the-top idea: The rarer the item, the harder the challenge you have to go through to get it - failure of the challenge means the means to get to it is expended - and another of that means to go find it again must be found in another part of the game. Probably is a bad idea, but it's a start). Not sure how that'll effect the economy, since I don't wanna assert that it's guaranteed to go down hill, rather I honestly don't know, since I'd have to see how DE implements it. In conclusion; I had some fun, but it's lacking in the features promised from the trailer, the bugs go absolutely hepsacoidal (Hep-Saw-Coy-del) because you exiting/entered the railjack, enemy vessel, or structure wrong, I do see some quality material being used here but someone thought it'd be smarter to cheaply hold it together with duct tape and spit. Gladly, DE is listening to feedback and reports on the issues presented (thus far), but they couldn't worked on this a lil' more cause I don't know what or why they released it early. Hopefully they add the missing content promised to this update and continue to develop it over time, as well as old content (Lunaro definitely needs another look at, as well as the other PVP modes), certain aspects of content also need another look-see. Also taking into consideration of peoples suggestions that'd help improve the game would be appreciated, they can consider it over - and maybe even implement it and refine it over time if it helps. I give it a 6.8/10. Needs more work and they shoulda spent a bit longer on it.
The best way to play Warframe is by watching everyone complain about it... But seriously, good luck on the fire fighter job. I'm currently in single player games as it stands. DE seriously wanted me to work on my backlog.
Railjack is one of those things you have fun with, but know that if you play it everyday, its lifetime is a whole week.... Kinda like getting a Rubiks cube and having no interest whatsoever on becoming world champion.. You complete it once and then leave it for months.
Personally, I think the biggest problem with Warframe is that it is not good enough to sustain itself without relying on a constant stream of new content. If DE actually worked on improving the game, then we, the players, will be more than engaged with what we have while waiting for new updates.
I absolutely despise the game at this point. To the very extent that I almost want it to fail to get the devs to WAKE UP and start listening to the community members who actually care about the game and know whats better for warframe.

a mobile game on a computer is actually an apt description for this game now. I was so excited to build my RJ, but after building the first component and then realizing I had 4 more to do I was just so slumped.
I've stopped playing habitually this year again. This is my 3rd longer break from the game. Started this before the kuva lich system because I was getting really bored since I was just working on primes. I saw the lich system and I was like "Imma wait for this grind and RNG to settle out." and with the surprise announcement of its launch I was like "Its gonna be shit, gonna wait for that too." I'm probably going to wait a bit into next year, maybe spring to try and get back into it.
Captain Koto here: Finally got to a spot with WiFi to watch and yea I get the tl;dr. Basically, Railjack can be good. As you could see in the footage, we never had a catastrophic failure and barely had any ruptures (much less any health damage) to fix while being swarmed by plenty of ships. However, there are still bugs that can make it very difficult for clients (your trusty crewmembers) to play and thus support your ship. Most of the bugs had been cleared out by the time StallordD and Reaps boarded my ship, but there are still some evident ones (especially if you're not the host). That being said tho, it is definitely a game that you play like a mobile as far as economy goes. I probably don't mind that as much since I'll set things to build before I go to work and then claim it when I get off, so it works nicely for me. However, the lack of quality control upon release does have me a tad concerned, especially when Railjack was also released to console a mere few days after PC (and they usually have to wait a whole month to get patches after any release).
That was a legit concern for me to. I was like. "folks are still falling through the floor and getting stuck in crew-ships and ya'll releasing it to consoles already? They're really about to get the PC experience."
My clan haven't even begin building the railjack room in the dojo and tbh I was never hyped for railjack when it got announced along with Fortuna. This year was dissapointment after dissapointment with crappy updates. I'm glad that they killed my motivation to play I was putting too many hours and money into a sinkhole.

Some time gating is fine. Spacing content out a bit helps avoid burn out. However there is a limit to how much is acceptable, and things like build time in this game go way over that limit. It's one of the main gripes I've always had with this game. Build times don't add anything to the game. They're just a way to try to nickle and dime players. And it's honestly kind of predatory as well. Anyone who's played for even a small amount of time knows that spending plat on rushes is a waste. But new players that just jump in don't know that, so they waste they're free plat on rushing things and think that it's worth it. Hell, I witnessed this first hand some months ago when I watched CohhCarnage streaming his first time playing, and he did exactly that. Some of the first things he built, he used his free plat to rush.
Easy answer reaper. the Chinese company, Leyou bought DE in 2016 and it turned into a shitshow after that. I had to hop out of that Warframe bubble and enjoy other games(destiny, POE, need for speed Heat, etc.)

Give it a hard shot, try to find a clan that wants to help you succeed, and ask for tips, the early game is rough but the payout is glorious, and take everything said here with a huge grain of salt, have over 3k hours on the game and it still feels fresh to me. Just remember, take breaks if you feel burnout coming on, this game isn't leaving, and hard burnouts are the worst to come back from.

@@mrhouse5133 I agree with Tamara you should take this video with a HUGE grain of salt. Half of these complaints mean absolutely nothing to new or even mid game players. I have around 400 hours myself and still love the game. It's very enjoyable if you pace yourself and do not rush through it. You are absolutely right the game is very confusing to new players. Until we get that tutorial update the best advice I can give you is to use the wiki, youtube guides and region chat. The community is very friendly and generous when it comes to new players so do not hesitate to ask for help. As for asking is Revenant any good and easy to farm FTP? Well for starters you can make just about every frame "good" if you sink enough mods into them. He might not be the best choice when fighting lvl 80+ enemies but you will not be encountering enemies like that until very very late in the game. And this can be said for most Warframes mind you. You can certainly play most if not all of the star chart with him just fine. I have not played Revenant this is just what I know about him. Is he easy to farm though? Well if you are a new player my answer is no, not really. You have to get through a significant portion of the starchart and The War Within quest just to meet part of the Mask of the Revenant quest requirement. Then you have to be rank 2 with the Quills syndicate which is also not something you can do until you get through The War Within quest and get into Eidolon hunting. If you just play on the Plains of Eidolon enough then you will easily farm for all of Revenant's pieces you just won't get the blueprint until you hit those other milestones. Harrow also isn't an easy blueprint to get as a new player since you have to get through to Mot at the end of the starchart and also complete The War Within. Maybe if you got taxi'd straight to Mot you could cheese it a bit but I don't know anything about if that works or not. Rhino is very easy to acquire and Oberon is sort of easy if you can manage to farm Eximus enemies. I got many duplicate pieces of him just by farming on Helene on Saturn so I would try there. That mission node is your best friend for quickly leveling gear as a new player also. Very popular location and very quick affinity gain because of it's tiny map and bonus affinity it rewards on mission completion. If you care for suggestions on other easy to farm frames that are solid then I suggest Frost, Ember, Excalibur and Volt. May I ask what platform do you play on?
firestalker11, I’m on Xbox One Yeah I saw frost isn’t to difficult to get, I think Mars or Ceres and is a solid frame I’m a far more casual player, always have been, more interested in if I can stomach the sight of my warframe for dozens of hours rather than outright viability so fashion/style/look of character to me is important hence why I went for Nekros and interested in Revenant
I think that it's better to just play solo, start your own clan and just play casually and learn by yourself. I think that most veterans forget how they started and why they came to love this game. If you ask for help, most people will go above and beyond your expectations on helping you because they think that your experience in playing is going to get better once you get a certain warframe/weapon that can easily beat most levels in Warframe. The problem is that those very people who are helping you didn't get any help when they were still struggling against lvl 40 enemies. They worked their way up from mastery rank 0 and learned all the intricacies of the game through the wiki which made them love this game.
I gave up on building my Railjack and I've 100% lost motivation to log in. I'm at part 4 of making the Railjack, I'm out of credits, the only viable way to farm credits is index, and I'm SICK of grinding. Why can't I just have fun without having to get past a massive wall of grind every single update?!
Everyone do, we have fun and we enjoy it. But there is always an obstacle for either veterans and new players to actually enjoy Warframe to the fullest.
i said it once and i'll say it again: Warframes and weapons have no good reason to have build times of up to three days, as DE is clearly rich enough to lower them down so players can enjoy stuff faster and pay for plat on more things to build. 72 hours for researching items will _never_ make sense to me.
I agree overall with time gates but the time gates for EACH railjack part is absolutely horrendous. If I didn't want to get back into warframe as much as I do I would've uninstalled again

Warning: Really long comment. Speaking as a closed beta tester here, the biggest issue with Warframe is that everything just feels so lifeless now. The game always had its flaws, but there was an undeniable feeling of love and passion from the developers. They wanted this game to be something fun, and they wanted each update to feel special and exciting, and for awhile, it was able to do that even in spite of the problems it had. But now they don't care, and since they don't care anymore, that sense of fun and excitement is gone, and without it, all we're left with is the problems, which have only grown worse with time. New weapons used to excite the community, but now they just release weapons on a regular basis that don't really add anything meaningful to the game. People have grown disinterested in new weapons getting added to the game because they know that 90% of the time, it's just going to be some generic pew pew weapon or another generic slashy-slash melee weapon that is probably statistically leagues below the weapons they're already using anyway. When open world content was announced, everyone lost their shit with excitement, but then it came out and all it was was the same shit we've been doing but slower paced and with little in the way of incentive to do it once you've gotten everything in it, which you can do in about a week or less. Fortuna came out, and it was just what everyone expected it to be - Plains of Eidolon but bigger and with snow. So now when new open world content gets announced, nobody other than the hardcore Warframe fanboys actually get excited, because we all know what we're getting, and it's not worth being hyped over. New Warframes used to be a cause for ridiculous amounts of hype. The releases were always kind of far apart, and it was always only one frame at a time, but that's part of what made it exciting. Warframes felt like something special, and the announcements of new ones were enough to get everyone's attention. Now Warframe releases are just part of a regular schedule, and there's always two or even three of them in development at a time, and the impact this has had to the quality of them is blatantly apparent. Sure, we still get the occasional Warframe that is actually worth playing, but the majority of them have either felt like they were just worse versions of frames we already had, or like they weren't designed with the type of game Warframe is in mind. And then, of course, there's the primes. Primes used to be something that got everyone excited, back when they were actually something substantial. Not only have they become relatively minor and often insignificant upgrades, some of them are actually worse than the other versions of the weapon (ex: Cernos Prime). On top of that, remember when the prime vault was just supposed to be a temporary solution until they found a better solution? Remember when the relic system was supposed to be that solution? Yeah, it's fine if you don't, because DE doesn't either. There's been dozens of valid solutions proposed by the players to return all the primes to the game, but DE has no interest in that, because the prime vault brings in money, and that means more to them at this point than the way it makes newer players feel. Do you know how hard it is to get friends into the game when every time they ask how to get a weapon I regularly use, I have to tell them "Oh, well, you used to be able to farm for this, but now you can't anymore", followed by explaining that every 3 months, the oldest prime frame and weapons they haven't gotten yet will also go away? Primes used to feel like something you pursued once you'd worked your way up to the point where you were ready to go after them, but now new players feel like they have to work their way up to that point ASAP specifically so they can farm primes because they don't want to miss out on even more content than they're already missing out on. And, of course, we can't ignore the operations. Operations used to be the biggest sources of hype in the community. Everyone would log on to take part in the new big event and do whatever they needed to to get the shiny, cool new Vandal and Wraith weapons. Now? Now operations are consistently bland, mind-numbing, repetitive grindfests with lackluster rewards. Vandals and Wraiths these days are generally very minor upgrades to already lackluster weapons that nobody cares about. Finally, the community. The community itself has declined in quality. There was a time where almost everyone in the Warframe community felt free to openly express their opinions on the game and offer their criticism on the game, but now that's become something of a crime. Suggestions on how to improve the game are met with "BUT WHAT'S THE COMPROMISE?!" as if fixing problems in the game means that something we like has to be ruined or at the very least made worse so that it's "fair" to DE. Valid criticism is met with fanboy rage and outright harassment, with the fanboys never getting banned no matter how hostile they get, but anyone who offers criticism will get banned instead for "dev bashing". Anyone daring to suggest DE could be doing more is called entitled and "a crybaby". I can remember back when they made the Lato Vandal (a beta tester exclusive reward) something anyone could have, and DE HAD SAID THEMSELVES PRIOR TO DOING THIS that if they ever did that, that there'd be some form of compensation for beta testers, but then when they actually did it, there was NO compensation of ANY sort. Our contributions as beta testers were just straight-up forgotten and ignored, and when we DARED to mention it, we didn't get any sympathy or even basic understanding from the community, no, we got bashed, insulted, and belittled for it. "You didn't contribute anything. You're just acting entitled." "DE owes you nothing, retard." "You have no right to ask for anything, dumbass", etc. Yep, how dare we ask for DE to keep to their word. What an unimaginably entitled thing to do. Mhm. Granted, they did EVENTUALLY give us a little badge on our profile, but that took, what? About a year? In summary: Warframe has always been flawed, but the heart behind it kept it alive. Now that heart is gone, and all we're left with is a flawed, grindy game with a toxic, unwelcoming community, with everything that was once special and exciting becoming uneventful and bland. The devs don't care, the fanboys don't care that the devs don't care, and the rest of the community has already moved on to better games. There was a time when I thought Warframe would be one of those games that lasted forever, but now I'm not sure if it'll be able to sustain itself much further past 2020.
i feel you, the fact that they put little effort put me away from the game, when i first played it the excitement i felt playing ever mission quest, and update, i would literally play the game for hours on end. Ever since that day i only pop up for a hour or two and then never touch it for a week or even a month.
bruh this really hit me in the feels, I played this game with a friend that introduced me to it from day one when loki was able to be picked as a starter frame and you had to unlock abilities with mods etc and I once tried reaching out about the exact same thing and got destroyed by the community, the same community I cared about and always spoke good about with people helping out each other. I was naive into believing this community was perfect but little did I know how much other players were hiding with negativity in this community, it really disappoints me how far the game has come only to destroy itself.
I feel the same way. I'm also really tired of how more and more grinding, time sinks, RNG, RNG stats, and whatever else is being added with each update. Warframe used to respect the player's time, but now? Now it wants us to play more and more and more to make any sort of meaningful progress. And that is something that will only drive me away and play other games that are actually worth the time.

I just realized - Railjack is basically Anthem. Both started as pretty trailers that have nothing to do with what we actualy got - a broken, barely playable mess, poorly designed shell with very little content stretch thin across arbitrary lists of objectives, themselves gated behind RNG drops with very low drop chance. But the fanboys will forgive it all - because flying is cool.
Except with Railjack they started to swiftly release updates to start ridding itself of the crashes and bugs and messes, and make it fun and playable, and it has yet to be out for two full weeks...how is that anything like Anthem which is still devoid of content over half a year later? I agree, it released badly, but people seem to really want to hate on the thing before even a month is over, and it really does shock me.
@@TamaraBloodhoof first, look up Anthem patches history - they patched it pretty extensively for the first 1.5 months before dropping it. Second, DE's own history is full of content being dumped into the game, gets a few hot fixes and then left half broken to never be touched again. Just look at what we got last year. Ropalolyst, Exploiter and Profit-Taker all still mostly broken. I literally never had a run of the flydolon fight that went bug-free. And third, even if DE manage to bring Railjack to a perfect condition before they'll get bored and move on, the fact that they thought what we got was in an acceptable condition to be released is insulting. DE no longer care about our time, our enjoyment, their reputation or the state of the game overall. Just like EA with Anthem. That's the real problem with Railjack.

First, this isn't equivalent to the launch of Anthem itself, but the launch of the Cataclysm, which was underwhelming...yet was meant to be a revival. Railjack is buggy, but they also slipped in world invasions by Sentients, attacks from amalgam crewmen, and the hidden anomaly. These are small parts that weren't needed but dammit if we didn't get them. Second, the game is grindy, but plenty of people enjoy it because they enjoy the core gameplay loop, Railjack included. Your opinion is perfectly fine on how it was released buggy (it was) and how you don't like how it works (subjective and as such all opinions there are valid), but this isn't equivalent to Anthem in the slightest unless you want to start going over everything from launch.
@@TamaraBloodhoof What the Cataclysm have to do with my post? never talked about it, never played it, i know nothing about it. I compared Railjack to the launch of vanilla Anthem. I don't care that one is a full game and the other is an expansion - they suffers from the same problems that are rooted from the same attitude toward the final product and the player base. For every part they've added, three promised ones are missing. where are the corpus? (remember, the first demo was against Nef Anyo) more than three planets? integration with kuva liches? Squad link? Archwing reworks? Modular Archwing? AI crew members? I know people are enjoying the core loop. That's what people said about Anthem too. The flying was fun and unique, but wasn't enough to carry the whole game through the meaningless grind. Railjack is the same. People are enjoying it now for the cool factor and the new, unique mechanics. But given a few weeks, when the new isn't so new anymore and all is left is the grind that leads to nothing (cause there's still no endgame) people will realize it is exactly like Anthem - same mentality, hopefully not the same results. Look, i love this game. I put countless hours and a significant amount of money into it. I'm not criticizing it out f hate or just to jump on the hate wagon. I want it to get better and it saddens me to see it current state and the direction it's heading.
I love you so much, I've related so much of your criticisms of warframe for so long now. You speak the truth and I hope you continue to give us your genuine expressions in regards to gaming.
A few things: I fully agree that they rushed to the launch it certainly should have been delayed until early January or even past that. However I don't think they could have fully integrated everything into the game at one point in time. As you might have noticed the damage system used by railjack is different than what is used in the rest of the game this kind of prevents total integration I have the feeling that they're play testing a new damage system and want to work out the Kinks so that they can fix what we currently have. However if that is indeed what they are planning on doing their failed to fix the biggest problem in Warframe and that is the scaling equations they're still the same however by changing the numbers around on the enemies and cruising the rate at which things level increases the veil is actually proper End Game Zone like the kuva Fortress and the void should be. I agree that the amount of RNG in the random rolls stuff is more than a tad disappointing but I think the bigger problem is they don't have segmented drop tables. Destiny actually has quite a bit of R&G within the weapons themselves but the odds of you getting a specific weapon is fairly high from any given mission that that weapon drops from. if anything it feels like they don't quite know how to get a system with a large amount of RNG to work they have too many layers instead of limiting the layers and putting a large amount of orange into a single section of it. and the final issue we are experiencing is the content is brand new remember with blinds and fraternal there was a fair amount of bug fixing that needed to be done all this isn't completely okay but honestly is sadly expected at this point from De. however by tempering my expectations I have not been fully disappointed what's the update I'm more disappointed in the banner for which it was brought out I was hoping that they would not attempt to launch the update this year however they never stated that they were going to delay this update only the new war
I hear you dude, I haven't even tried railjizzle yet, as much as I like the idea of Co-Op. The Problem that I already see with it, its Co-op without something at the end. Like a damn Boss or something like when Maplestory released El Nath, they gave a boss at the end you could fight with your friends called Zakum which gives alot of rewards and tests you and your friends. DE, I don't understand how hard is it to provide something like this, this will bring in back their players. That trailer that they showed during the game awards show that shit didn't provide me any hype even the crowd you are showing an advertisement world wide and its not good, no hype at all for one of their biggest additions, NONE. I could do better. Why don't they understand Difficulty > RNG Grind. Jesus Christ.
The sounds of a jaded vet I know thee well had to question a few times if it was myself speaking in the video, it is a sad state affairs that back in the day I used to strongly recommend this game to anybody who was within earshot yet these days I try to forget it exists. On the plus side the lack of interest in playing Warframe has caused me to check out games I more than likely would not have touched, I do hope in the near future DE will pull a 180 after realizing they screwed up bad like really bad and we can look back on this as the "dark times" but I am not holding my breath. On a positive note kudos on going for the goal of being part of the fire department those guys have saved my neck on more than a few occasions and I have much respect and appreciation for them due to that fact.
You said everything in this video and the last two that I could never bring myself to say about Warframe, not just about the update but about the entire direction the game’s been moving. As someone who’s played and loved Warframe since beta and even purchased founders, I used to tell myself that college was the reason for my decrease in logins, but even that wasn’t a good enough rationale for my lack of enjoyment after getting 20 minutes into...anything the game offered. At this point I’m logging in once a month to keep myself from getting kicked out of my clan, which shouldn’t matter except that I’m forever hoping to be able to login one day to something I can enjoy again. well I'm just popping up here out of nowhere, but I just going say is after looking at a topic on off topic on the forums that provide financial information on DE with giving the link to Leyou financial reports. That means DE is also suffering financial as well with obviously how the management is unorganized is probably the reason why the content is been released like this as of lately. with that being said, DE didn't see the criticism malstrom coming.

Same here, DE’s ending up like the game publishers we all know and hate, progenitors of buggy, barely finished products, yeah Warframe has always been buggy, but even on console, Railjack can be nigh unplayable, frame rate dunks during extremely crucial gameplay is absolutely ludicrous, especially taking into consideration how long the frame rate drops last, minutes even, pathetic. Not to mention the insane grind, not a big fan of it. Hopefully with how pissed the community seems to be, and how the obvious numbers look, DE will take a thorough look at themselves and work on the New War, quality-checking it over and over again to make sure it’s not a buggy mess, along with future Railjack content. Also, Railjack’s rewards are trash, since old resources are useless, being rewarded a fuck ton of them after a mission would be nice, Plastids and Oxium aren’t too fun to farm, maybe Mutagen Mass or Fieldron, ect, so much missed potential. Or in this case- timegated potential.

I have my issues but playing with my friends has been a blast, probably because most of the bugs we ran into were easily fixed and absolutely hilarious. The RNG makes me want to scream though.
As a person that I didn't play from year one. But had the gear, and knowledge to play mot and stay there for like 3 hours. Yes the game is bad atm. At its being replaced by destiny that yes its so better and the moment.

He seemed puzzled as to why and I have to say that I agree with you when you referred to Destiny in that if there is a specific thing you want, you just go do the thing and you can get it. You may not get the specific stats but you can just do the thing again and get another roll of the dice. In comparison the warframe timegated grind is just too boring.

It feels like they use the pc players as testers hence the amount of bug fixes and stuff when an update comes out. Either that or the play testers have no care for the game and so they just ignore half the problems in game.
I fell out of the map during a mission. I was magically 30000m from the ship. We moved towards each other. Took 10mins. Then their was a invisible wall at 3000m from each other.

Kuva lich's those damn grendel missions, AND railjack are just a piece of this mess. im defiantely not bothering. they are taking advantage of their playerbase. zog those things, and really, this is just a fraction of where they have messed up, but parts were livable. i already left once. got little problem going twice.

its been 2 weeks and im only half way into getting the second part of the railjack built. It's taking stupidly long days for me to get 1 mil credits due to a) upgrading mods b) my lich stealing half my index reward c)crafting. I swear its going to take me a month at this rate to build my railjack
Personally, yeah it was a early release but I'm fine with this update. I don't have any real issues besides the bugs and crashes that you could get. I... am not sure where you got this "gotta pay to play" kind of thing but. Making plat to rush good parts for RJ is easy really. I do wish the RJ was a little more usable when it comes to Saturn and the ending nodes of Earth Prox, because yeah you basically just leave your RJ behind and just play the mission as a.. Archwing mission. That's what I had to do to get to Veil. Did some taxis and now sitting with a Mk3 ship. The resources you spend to make your RJ I assume is for.. mid to end game I guess you could call it players. I had everything. Just the wait times yes I can agree with you are bad. but other than those issues. The update is fine.
I think it was Nintendo with Breath of the Wild, or something, but some developer/publisher came clean with the fans and informed them that they had to push the release date back about a year to not rush their employees and let them put in the final touches, and because they were open and honest, the players largely were fine with the change of release date. Devs, publishers, stop rushing content out. There are very few people who are literally foaming at the mouth, waiting for a game to be released in a rushed state, and if they are, those specific people can get over it and find something else to bide their time.
I just play it as a free to play game. I think DE’s way of adding content is to add something unfinished, and have the community find the bugs and flaws.
Which will not work With other games that launch broken 1. It barely works, people don't support messes too much 2.if they survive, they have to focus only foward. Warframe cant do this because it started semifunctional, focused. Now they have to fix the broken updates they launch AND deliver new ones.. It wont work, it's a circle

I've been drifting away from Warframe for a while. Much like Reaper I used to have high hopes and sunk a lot of time and money into the game in support of something I loved. But that's the keyword, loved. Past tense. Warframe now feels so soulless. Like they're half baking things and focusing more on cosmetics and things that'll make them money. They've pushed their reputation to the wayside in exchange for a quick buck. They're not EA or Activision, they can get away with a lot more because of the reputation they've built over the years, but here lately it feels like they're just tearing it all down for no good reason. I really hope 2020 they turn their act around, because I'd love to see them change, but I'm not holding my breath for it. Sorry DE, I just can't trust y'all to make good content anymore
I want to play warframe but I have to wait for alot of the things and I just dont want to I wanna play it. But then I just started to play other stuff that made me happy and feel good about putting time into them.

I watched the whole thing. is this the straw that broke the camel's back? because I subscribed to you because you said what you had a problem with and was just a voice of reason to not get to hyped. this video felt like a 20-minute rant of "I told you so" and "warframe is dying and the devs don't care" which is a bit harsh when bugs can be fixed (even if that doesn't mean it's fine) and the gameplay isn't bad, are you saying this worse than fortuna which didn't have bugs but also doesn't have much to do and more or less only uses new resources so it's a soft reset. the devs wouldn't go through this trouble if they didn't care considering how easy it could be to juice as much money from this game and abandon it. DE recently said a small team is working on new raids and it was implied that they are using railjack in it and surprisingly people aren't complaining that there aren't enough rewards I guess it's fun enough even with the bugs that everyone forgot to complain about how little rewards there are (or because the vail drops umbral forma) so if you don't like it that's your opinion but I feel like it's a little extream to say DE; is incompetent, doesn't care, is trying to kill warframe, ect.

@@kingofgaming7894 kinda understand what you're saying but this is digital extremes we're talking about so going to the extreme over people's endless time and money being put into this game to get little back deserves to be put to the extreme when it comes to criticism. people have been defending them for too long and alot of people are starting to see through the bs that they've been defending. also alot of people were complaining about mission rewards, you probably didn't look hard enough to spot the destruction certain people got over making such complaints.
Yesterday while me and my friend were putting hours into grinding for resources to make the RJ he described the the time gate as a stupid decision, he said if you could skip it it would be a greedy decision but now it just makes no sense why 12 hours needs to be waited out in between each part of this thing. I have to wait 8 more hours to do another part before it it actually complete. Also it's 6 parts.
At this point I don't give a damn. I don't buy plat for about 2 years now (or more, I don't honestly remember), I farm everything I need/want when I do want. I've been feeling warframe going truly downhill ever since Fortuna because of all the timegating with all the syndicates... I understand this is all a pitiful attempt to make players stop rushing the game but then videos like these show up and players are just not dumb. So basically I reached a conclusion that ... I don't give a damn anymore. If the game entertains me I will keep playing, else I will play something else. There's no other argument for me to play warframe: Am I having fun or not? If yes, go on. Else I just play something else. Funny enough, a lot of people are playing something else so I'm guessing DE needs to update their textures or buff some female warframe's ass to get people to come back.
Warframe is a fantasy of power, mixed with farm simulator. Dont care what anyone says, Railjack is really fun, more enjoyable than 90% of current content. Does it feel completed? Nope, at best is a 0.5 version and even like that most fun i've ever had in years of playing. Also Reaper went full boomer mode at the end, you can clearly feel how burnt out he is, a couple of years of break should work.

For Destiny2, the most infuriated I felt was farming for the IKELOS shotgun from the Escalation Protocol on Mars, and grinding for the Mountaintop grenade launcher. But there is not more than 'one layer' of RNG for these two. Other weapons I grinded for is only dependant on one RNG thing, the rolls. For Warframe, I couldn't bear to farm any more Prime items ever since Chroma Prime dropped. I've started to just buy small amounts of platinum just to trade it from some lad in trade chat. Railjack... the RNG is insane. I saw the blueprints that dropped for railjack weapons/parts and was initially okay. Until I saw that they're literally never the same for everybody. You can get a mk1 eqp with a drastically different stat bonus from your teammate.
And even for the Ikelos weapons they added rng protection so the more times you don't get it, the more likely it is that you'll get it next time. And they made farming ep vastly more efficient in general.
Im speaking from 2 years in the future warframe now has a bar with 10 energy you have to wait 10 minutes per energy or spend 20 plat per energy you need to spend 1 energy to start a mission
Warframe feels more like a grindy chore than a fun game. It's hard to take a break because it gives you an insane level of fear of missing out and when you do take a break, it becomes so hard to get back in because you know, you'll have to basically relearn 50% of the game, grind for new content, grind to rebuild all your Warframes, grind to collect endo, grind to collect credits, mods and whatnot. Just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach and I absolutely loved the game at one point.
On console, my game kept crashing, matchmaking issues, lag up the ass, and a whole heap of bugs. Can't tell if you're blind or delusional if you're not seeing barely any bugs.
My Thoughts on Railjack, this is just one person opinion not the whole community nor i am reviewing the experience: I don't like it, the whole reason i came back to warframe early this year is to prepare for this railjack update however i was disappointed, i don't want to grind to make gameplay decent it should be from the get go, combat feels too slow & clunky (space combat ok) and having to rely on others to do anything doesn't help, side guns are a nightmare to operate, running around fixing the ship is boring, and facing invaders is fun in concept but it happens way WAY too often, i expected a team of 4 each with his/her own ship fighting side by side not one flying while the others just wonder around, as for everything else in Warframe it's gear based not skill which makes the experience all about grind and not fun (not including bugs which you'll encounter 2 or 3 each mission)
Ive been warframe clean for a couple months, and Ive been happier for it. I got tired of all my enemies being instantly killed or so tanky I cant kill them in a full clip of my gun. I got tired of all the time gates, of the grind for new rare resources, of the new factions that are time gated too hard. Like, I was at the MR cap for awhile, and all I found myself doing was trying to get no rivens or doing what ever new fancy thing came out. Nightwave interested me for awhile, but, its just trying to tempt me into grinding more. The only way to get around any of the time gates is to spend Plat, but, hey, Ive always got spare of that amirite? The only thing that kept me around where my friends, but once they moved on and we fell out, I quit. I had no reason to stay. Im hyper strong, Ive got a few really good rivens, but, in the end, what made me get there? It was my want to play with friends and go through the challenges to get there. But once they are done, there is no reason to stay. Even just hanging out with friends with Warframe got boring after awhile. Was just more grind, another 10 go intos of the same survival mission for 20min to get a specific item, and it got dull fast.
I'm still gonna play it... but it saddens me to see how much the game changed. 2015 i junkied and played 24/7 it was amazing, now the best thing to do is bullet jump around and wait. I mean the skins, warframes, story is really cool, but that's the only time i return, play a bit and leave. destiny 2 surprisingly fills the void that warframe lost
I reinstalled for Railjack, started building mine and went ahead and uninstalled it again when I saw the wait times. I only have 500gb of SSD on this laptop, and I'd rather use it towards games that are actually worth the time investment. Like Destiny.
I quit the game for destiny 2, best decision of my life... I will still hope warframe gets better, it is a game I loved for so long it feels like there is a hole in my heart that not even warframe itself can fill anymore.
Ive only experienced 1 bug on console. And that's when you hit your ships power button (r1) when you don't have any powers. It locks you to the seat until you go into options and exit out of options while mashing a few buttons. Yeah, its very annoying, but thats the only bug I've experienced in almost 3 days. Maybe I'm just lucky... I dunno. I also have my matchmaking adjusted so that I only match up with people with a low ping. Perhaps that is whats helping me out.. Either way, it sucks to hear about people having issues. The economy definately needs some work though and archwings need a buff.

Exactly this. RailJack is the most ambitious expansion to Warframe to date. But they made it's first impression to the community that of game breaking bugs and glitches, horrendous economy, and grind and time gates out the whazoo.

I've see it a lot in the Souls communities where someone may get known for PvP, try to do something else, and there you'll see a huge drop in views to about 10% of their usual content. It's really sad honestly, I know if you love a game you can play it more but these people can make only so much content out of the same thing. To me it just seems souless after awhile.
The same thing has been happening to the Warframe community as well. I don't particularly like either games I mentioned so once I figured out youtubers weren't going to do anything else I unsubbed. I don't think they should taylor their stuff for me but as I said it becomes a little souless once I realize they're using the same formula for each video.

DE keeps forgetting that they are no longer underdogs, and there are more options in the market now. 2020 is gonna be a great year for new games too. Godfall is coming out, you also have CP2077 and more. A lot of companies capitalized on the idea that Warframe failed to execute perfectly. Warframe in its current state is too much grind, time-gating(to hide the lack of content), and of course, grinding for the sake of grinding(no endgame)..
hate that "omg we're an indie dev with only 300ppl please give us more time for more buggy content in the meantime, buy our tennogen." excuse, while path of exile dev keeps spewing content with only 100ppl.

I know CP2077 is a single player game, so not quite the same market. Godfall looks interesting is developed by Counterplay who made Duelyst. Really awesome art style in that game, so that's exciting. Competition is a good thing so let's hope they all deliver good games.

@Eclipse Not to put you down here, but there are people who have WHALED on this game... like 3K+ which is pretty uncommon for PC games. However, the reason for this is because people still believe in keeping the game alive (myself included, although I have spent nowhere near 3000 USD on this game).

Given how Warframe is now, albeit from the Railjack portion, does seem like they did this to get clout but also, from what my gut can tell me, is probably so that their playerbase can help do the bug testing. I dunno if it might also be that their real coffers are low on funds and they hadn't had a choice, but the majority of people did say they wouldn't mind it being put off till next year if that means RJ gets some refining before throwing it out there.
Yeah, there would still be bugs, glitches, and the game promptly shitting itself cause you turned to the left too fast for some inexplicable reason, but they'd be significantly unlikely to happen and DE wouldn't see too many complaints and probably receive enough money for their efforts developing the game.
I gotta ask the same thing - who made the call? Why did they make the call? If they couldn't put off releasing RJ any longer, what is the reason? Why? Who are they hoping to gain? Or who are they hoping to keep from leaving?
There are times that I wish we could see some fiscal financial reports, if the case is expenses, of what exactly is the problem and why the new content released. As long as it doesn't have PW's, Usernames for them, credit card info, etc; as well as being honest about their expenses, I'm sure people could better understand their side of things. Albeit, we came to play - not to work. (Says the guy typing the comment while he still enjoys Warframe).
I still enjoy Warframe as a whole, but in conjunction to the absurd bugs and glitches happening - The RNG & time gates are also absurd. Like, they put it behind a timegate or an RNG element just to pad things out, rather than making it interesting enough to find what you want exactly, and ways to reduce Foundry crafting per MR scaling -- Whatever way it can be done. While still balancing making a profit on the side through the micro-transactions they do have to offer -- which I can imagine won't be easy. I know people might defend the fact that DE needs to make money, from out of the blue -- but there is a nuance between making a honest income, and slowly/completely veering into "We gotta make as much money as possible, quality can go suck it" - likely stemming from worrying that anyone criticizing DE means they might be punished as well from DE's wrath, treating people like "NO! It's good. Nothing has to change. Now shut up before you ruin it!", but I'm getting off topic.
I did see that the community does want DE to come back to Warframe and do some improvements to the UI, optimizations I believe, and do some QoL improvements, etc; that might've been for just Railjack, but I would like for DE to come back to Railjack, prior content, and the base game - and do some SERIOUS refining, cleaning and polishing. One would be reducing the Foundry craft times, since making us wait for a Forma to build for 24 hours doesn't seem to sit right with how the game developed now - and it needlessly pads out time invested in the game, rather than a sensible wait time while I go do something else in the game, some other game, or some IRL activity. Someone suggested that crafting Forma take 1 hour per piece.
And if DE is worried that they won't make enough money, couldn't they have an open discussion regarding finances of all the services and amenity's they use to stay in business (water, electricity, hardware, maintenance, etc;) and negotiate prices between the community and what to charge in the game? I am not sure what the draw backs to this idea is and not sure if another publication/development team ever done something like this before, but again; having that financial data for all to see while showing what they have to do to stay afloat and get paid for all their hard work would be a nice step in the right direction. Of course, someone who is knowledgeable in business is probably able to find a way to make this work, but can also see the flaws in this idea and shoot it down - hopefully without any selfish incentive or any bias.
I hope they definitely make Railjack fun. I'm not gonna lie. I am having fun but the first impressions since it's release infuriated me considerably -- so much so, that it took enough problems I've encountered before the hype and happiness wore off, and I saw that I was having some decent/good fun, but I wasn't having an entirely enjoyable experience - what with the game promptly shattering like broken glass and then defying laws of physiques by reassembling into different shapes - before shattering again. The RNG is contentious at best and likely wasn't the smartest inclusion.
The RNG needs to be mostly yeeted out, the timegates REALLY need to be nerfed. If that means I get through things too quickly, albeit that is a exaggerated claim to make without critical data and facts that it would, then so be it. More reason DE to make more content to fill in the niches for people who have that extra time to play Warframe and would likely gladly offer money to see that happen.
And the aforementioned RNG being mostly yeeted out, could be replaced with more interesting and increasingly difficult challenges for a guaranteed chance at an item you want. (Off-the-top idea: The rarer the item, the harder the challenge you have to go through to get it - failure of the challenge means the means to get to it is expended - and another of that means to go find it again must be found in another part of the game. Probably is a bad idea, but it's a start). Not sure how that'll effect the economy, since I don't wanna assert that it's guaranteed to go down hill, rather I honestly don't know, since I'd have to see how DE implements it.
In conclusion; I had some fun, but it's lacking in the features promised from the trailer, the bugs go absolutely hepsacoidal (Hep-Saw-Coy-del) because you exiting/entered the railjack, enemy vessel, or structure wrong, I do see some quality material being used here but someone thought it'd be smarter to cheaply hold it together with duct tape and spit. Gladly, DE is listening to feedback and reports on the issues presented (thus far), but they couldn't worked on this a lil' more cause I don't know what or why they released it early. Hopefully they add the missing content promised to this update and continue to develop it over time, as well as old content (Lunaro definitely needs another look at, as well as the other PVP modes), certain aspects of content also need another look-see. Also taking into consideration of peoples suggestions that'd help improve the game would be appreciated, they can consider it over - and maybe even implement it and refine it over time if it helps.
I give it a 6.8/10. Needs more work and they shoulda spent a bit longer on it.

Personally, I think the biggest problem with Warframe is that it is not good enough to sustain itself without relying on a constant stream of new content. If DE actually worked on improving the game, then we, the players, will be more than engaged with what we have while waiting for new updates.

I've stopped playing habitually this year again. This is my 3rd longer break from the game. Started this before the kuva lich system because I was getting really bored since I was just working on primes. I saw the lich system and I was like "Imma wait for this grind and RNG to settle out." and with the surprise announcement of its launch I was like "Its gonna be shit, gonna wait for that too."
I'm probably going to wait a bit into next year, maybe spring to try and get back into it.

Finally got to a spot with WiFi to watch and yea I get the tl;dr. Basically, Railjack can be good. As you could see in the footage, we never had a catastrophic failure and barely had any ruptures (much less any health damage) to fix while being swarmed by plenty of ships. However, there are still bugs that can make it very difficult for clients (your trusty crewmembers) to play and thus support your ship. Most of the bugs had been cleared out by the time StallordD and Reaps boarded my ship, but there are still some evident ones (especially if you're not the host).
That being said tho, it is definitely a game that you play like a mobile as far as economy goes. I probably don't mind that as much since I'll set things to build before I go to work and then claim it when I get off, so it works nicely for me. However, the lack of quality control upon release does have me a tad concerned, especially when Railjack was also released to console a mere few days after PC (and they usually have to wait a whole month to get patches after any release).
That was a legit concern for me to. I was like. "folks are still falling through the floor and getting stuck in crew-ships and ya'll releasing it to consoles already? They're really about to get the PC experience."
My clan haven't even begin building the railjack room in the dojo and tbh I was never hyped for railjack when it got announced along with Fortuna. This year was dissapointment after dissapointment with crappy updates. I'm glad that they killed my motivation to play I was putting too many hours and money into a sinkhole.
Hopefully DE gives us something good this year railjack was just an epic fail

Some time gating is fine. Spacing content out a bit helps avoid burn out. However there is a limit to how much is acceptable, and things like build time in this game go way over that limit. It's one of the main gripes I've always had with this game.
Build times don't add anything to the game. They're just a way to try to nickle and dime players. And it's honestly kind of predatory as well. Anyone who's played for even a small amount of time knows that spending plat on rushes is a waste. But new players that just jump in don't know that, so they waste they're free plat on rushing things and think that it's worth it.
Hell, I witnessed this first hand some months ago when I watched CohhCarnage streaming his first time playing, and he did exactly that. Some of the first things he built, he used his free plat to rush.

Easy answer reaper. the Chinese company, Leyou bought DE in 2016 and it turned into a shitshow after that. I had to hop out of that Warframe bubble and enjoy other games(destiny, POE, need for speed Heat, etc.)

Give it a hard shot, try to find a clan that wants to help you succeed, and ask for tips, the early game is rough but the payout is glorious, and take everything said here with a huge grain of salt, have over 3k hours on the game and it still feels fresh to me.
Just remember, take breaks if you feel burnout coming on, this game isn't leaving, and hard burnouts are the worst to come back from.

@@mrhouse5133 I agree with Tamara you should take this video with a HUGE grain of salt. Half of these complaints mean absolutely nothing to new or even mid game players. I have around 400 hours myself and still love the game. It's very enjoyable if you pace yourself and do not rush through it. You are absolutely right the game is very confusing to new players. Until we get that tutorial update the best advice I can give you is to use the wiki, youtube guides and region chat. The community is very friendly and generous when it comes to new players so do not hesitate to ask for help.
As for asking is Revenant any good and easy to farm FTP? Well for starters you can make just about every frame "good" if you sink enough mods into them. He might not be the best choice when fighting lvl 80+ enemies but you will not be encountering enemies like that until very very late in the game. And this can be said for most Warframes mind you. You can certainly play most if not all of the star chart with him just fine. I have not played Revenant this is just what I know about him. Is he easy to farm though? Well if you are a new player my answer is no, not really. You have to get through a significant portion of the starchart and The War Within quest just to meet part of the Mask of the Revenant quest requirement. Then you have to be rank 2 with the Quills syndicate which is also not something you can do until you get through The War Within quest and get into Eidolon hunting. If you just play on the Plains of Eidolon enough then you will easily farm for all of Revenant's pieces you just won't get the blueprint until you hit those other milestones. Harrow also isn't an easy blueprint to get as a new player since you have to get through to Mot at the end of the starchart and also complete The War Within. Maybe if you got taxi'd straight to Mot you could cheese it a bit but I don't know anything about if that works or not. Rhino is very easy to acquire and Oberon is sort of easy if you can manage to farm Eximus enemies. I got many duplicate pieces of him just by farming on Helene on Saturn so I would try there. That mission node is your best friend for quickly leveling gear as a new player also. Very popular location and very quick affinity gain because of it's tiny map and bonus affinity it rewards on mission completion. If you care for suggestions on other easy to farm frames that are solid then I suggest Frost, Ember, Excalibur and Volt. May I ask what platform do you play on?

I’m a far more casual player, always have been, more interested in if I can stomach the sight of my warframe for dozens of hours rather than outright viability so fashion/style/look of character to me is important hence why I went for Nekros and interested in Revenant
I think that it's better to just play solo, start your own clan and just play casually and learn by yourself. I think that most veterans forget how they started and why they came to love this game.
If you ask for help, most people will go above and beyond your expectations on helping you because they think that your experience in playing is going to get better once you get a certain warframe/weapon that can easily beat most levels in Warframe. The problem is that those very people who are helping you didn't get any help when they were still struggling against lvl 40 enemies. They worked their way up from mastery rank 0 and learned all the intricacies of the game through the wiki which made them love this game.
I gave up on building my Railjack and I've 100% lost motivation to log in. I'm at part 4 of making the Railjack, I'm out of credits, the only viable way to farm credits is index, and I'm SICK of grinding. Why can't I just have fun without having to get past a massive wall of grind every single update?!

i said it once and i'll say it again: Warframes and weapons have no good reason to have build times of up to three days, as DE is clearly rich enough to lower them down so players can enjoy stuff faster and pay for plat on more things to build. 72 hours for researching items will _never_ make sense to me.
I agree overall with time gates but the time gates for EACH railjack part is absolutely horrendous. If I didn't want to get back into warframe as much as I do I would've uninstalled again

Speaking as a closed beta tester here, the biggest issue with Warframe is that everything just feels so lifeless now. The game always had its flaws, but there was an undeniable feeling of love and passion from the developers. They wanted this game to be something fun, and they wanted each update to feel special and exciting, and for awhile, it was able to do that even in spite of the problems it had.
But now they don't care, and since they don't care anymore, that sense of fun and excitement is gone, and without it, all we're left with is the problems, which have only grown worse with time.
New weapons used to excite the community, but now they just release weapons on a regular basis that don't really add anything meaningful to the game. People have grown disinterested in new weapons getting added to the game because they know that 90% of the time, it's just going to be some generic pew pew weapon or another generic slashy-slash melee weapon that is probably statistically leagues below the weapons they're already using anyway.
When open world content was announced, everyone lost their shit with excitement, but then it came out and all it was was the same shit we've been doing but slower paced and with little in the way of incentive to do it once you've gotten everything in it, which you can do in about a week or less. Fortuna came out, and it was just what everyone expected it to be - Plains of Eidolon but bigger and with snow. So now when new open world content gets announced, nobody other than the hardcore Warframe fanboys actually get excited, because we all know what we're getting, and it's not worth being hyped over.
New Warframes used to be a cause for ridiculous amounts of hype. The releases were always kind of far apart, and it was always only one frame at a time, but that's part of what made it exciting. Warframes felt like something special, and the announcements of new ones were enough to get everyone's attention. Now Warframe releases are just part of a regular schedule, and there's always two or even three of them in development at a time, and the impact this has had to the quality of them is blatantly apparent. Sure, we still get the occasional Warframe that is actually worth playing, but the majority of them have either felt like they were just worse versions of frames we already had, or like they weren't designed with the type of game Warframe is in mind.
And then, of course, there's the primes. Primes used to be something that got everyone excited, back when they were actually something substantial. Not only have they become relatively minor and often insignificant upgrades, some of them are actually worse than the other versions of the weapon (ex: Cernos Prime). On top of that, remember when the prime vault was just supposed to be a temporary solution until they found a better solution? Remember when the relic system was supposed to be that solution? Yeah, it's fine if you don't, because DE doesn't either.
There's been dozens of valid solutions proposed by the players to return all the primes to the game, but DE has no interest in that, because the prime vault brings in money, and that means more to them at this point than the way it makes newer players feel. Do you know how hard it is to get friends into the game when every time they ask how to get a weapon I regularly use, I have to tell them "Oh, well, you used to be able to farm for this, but now you can't anymore", followed by explaining that every 3 months, the oldest prime frame and weapons they haven't gotten yet will also go away? Primes used to feel like something you pursued once you'd worked your way up to the point where you were ready to go after them, but now new players feel like they have to work their way up to that point ASAP specifically so they can farm primes because they don't want to miss out on even more content than they're already missing out on.
And, of course, we can't ignore the operations. Operations used to be the biggest sources of hype in the community. Everyone would log on to take part in the new big event and do whatever they needed to to get the shiny, cool new Vandal and Wraith weapons. Now? Now operations are consistently bland, mind-numbing, repetitive grindfests with lackluster rewards. Vandals and Wraiths these days are generally very minor upgrades to already lackluster weapons that nobody cares about.
Finally, the community. The community itself has declined in quality. There was a time where almost everyone in the Warframe community felt free to openly express their opinions on the game and offer their criticism on the game, but now that's become something of a crime. Suggestions on how to improve the game are met with "BUT WHAT'S THE COMPROMISE?!" as if fixing problems in the game means that something we like has to be ruined or at the very least made worse so that it's "fair" to DE. Valid criticism is met with fanboy rage and outright harassment, with the fanboys never getting banned no matter how hostile they get, but anyone who offers criticism will get banned instead for "dev bashing". Anyone daring to suggest DE could be doing more is called entitled and "a crybaby".
I can remember back when they made the Lato Vandal (a beta tester exclusive reward) something anyone could have, and DE HAD SAID THEMSELVES PRIOR TO DOING THIS that if they ever did that, that there'd be some form of compensation for beta testers, but then when they actually did it, there was NO compensation of ANY sort. Our contributions as beta testers were just straight-up forgotten and ignored, and when we DARED to mention it, we didn't get any sympathy or even basic understanding from the community, no, we got bashed, insulted, and belittled for it. "You didn't contribute anything. You're just acting entitled." "DE owes you nothing, retard." "You have no right to ask for anything, dumbass", etc. Yep, how dare we ask for DE to keep to their word. What an unimaginably entitled thing to do. Mhm. Granted, they did EVENTUALLY give us a little badge on our profile, but that took, what? About a year?
In summary: Warframe has always been flawed, but the heart behind it kept it alive. Now that heart is gone, and all we're left with is a flawed, grindy game with a toxic, unwelcoming community, with everything that was once special and exciting becoming uneventful and bland. The devs don't care, the fanboys don't care that the devs don't care, and the rest of the community has already moved on to better games. There was a time when I thought Warframe would be one of those games that lasted forever, but now I'm not sure if it'll be able to sustain itself much further past 2020.

i feel you, the fact that they put little effort put me away from the game, when i first played it the excitement i felt playing ever mission quest, and update, i would literally play the game for hours on end. Ever since that day i only pop up for a hour or two and then never touch it for a week or even a month.
bruh this really hit me in the feels, I played this game with a friend that introduced me to it from day one when loki was able to be picked as a starter frame and you had to unlock abilities with mods etc and I once tried reaching out about the exact same thing and got destroyed by the community, the same community I cared about and always spoke good about with people helping out each other. I was naive into believing this community was perfect but little did I know how much other players were hiding with negativity in this community, it really disappoints me how far the game has come only to destroy itself.
I feel the same way. I'm also really tired of how more and more grinding, time sinks, RNG, RNG stats, and whatever else is being added with each update. Warframe used to respect the player's time, but now? Now it wants us to play more and more and more to make any sort of meaningful progress. And that is something that will only drive me away and play other games that are actually worth the time.

I just realized - Railjack is basically Anthem.
Both started as pretty trailers that have nothing to do with what we actualy got - a broken, barely playable mess, poorly designed shell with very little content stretch thin across arbitrary lists of objectives, themselves gated behind RNG drops with very low drop chance.
But the fanboys will forgive it all - because flying is cool.

I agree, it released badly, but people seem to really want to hate on the thing before even a month is over, and it really does shock me.
@@TamaraBloodhoof first, look up Anthem patches history - they patched it pretty extensively for the first 1.5 months before dropping it.
Second, DE's own history is full of content being dumped into the game, gets a few hot fixes and then left half broken to never be touched again. Just look at what we got last year. Ropalolyst, Exploiter and Profit-Taker all still mostly broken. I literally never had a run of the flydolon fight that went bug-free.
And third, even if DE manage to bring Railjack to a perfect condition before they'll get bored and move on, the fact that they thought what we got was in an acceptable condition to be released is insulting. DE no longer care about our time, our enjoyment, their reputation or the state of the game overall. Just like EA with Anthem.
That's the real problem with Railjack.

First, this isn't equivalent to the launch of Anthem itself, but the launch of the Cataclysm, which was underwhelming...yet was meant to be a revival. Railjack is buggy, but they also slipped in world invasions by Sentients, attacks from amalgam crewmen, and the hidden anomaly. These are small parts that weren't needed but dammit if we didn't get them.
Second, the game is grindy, but plenty of people enjoy it because they enjoy the core gameplay loop, Railjack included. Your opinion is perfectly fine on how it was released buggy (it was) and how you don't like how it works (subjective and as such all opinions there are valid), but this isn't equivalent to Anthem in the slightest unless you want to start going over everything from launch.
@@TamaraBloodhoof What the Cataclysm have to do with my post? never talked about it, never played it, i know nothing about it. I compared Railjack to the launch of vanilla Anthem. I don't care that one is a full game and the other is an expansion - they suffers from the same problems that are rooted from the same attitude toward the final product and the player base.
For every part they've added, three promised ones are missing. where are the corpus? (remember, the first demo was against Nef Anyo) more than three planets? integration with kuva liches? Squad link? Archwing reworks? Modular Archwing? AI crew members?
I know people are enjoying the core loop. That's what people said about Anthem too. The flying was fun and unique, but wasn't enough to carry the whole game through the meaningless grind. Railjack is the same. People are enjoying it now for the cool factor and the new, unique mechanics. But given a few weeks, when the new isn't so new anymore and all is left is the grind that leads to nothing (cause there's still no endgame) people will realize it is exactly like Anthem - same mentality, hopefully not the same results.
Look, i love this game. I put countless hours and a significant amount of money into it. I'm not criticizing it out f hate or just to jump on the hate wagon. I want it to get better and it saddens me to see it current state and the direction it's heading.
I love you so much, I've related so much of your criticisms of warframe for so long now. You speak the truth and I hope you continue to give us your genuine expressions in regards to gaming.
A few things:
I fully agree that they rushed to the launch it certainly should have been delayed until early January or even past that. However I don't think they could have fully integrated everything into the game at one point in time. As you might have noticed the damage system used by railjack is different than what is used in the rest of the game this kind of prevents total integration I have the feeling that they're play testing a new damage system and want to work out the Kinks so that they can fix what we currently have. However if that is indeed what they are planning on doing their failed to fix the biggest problem in Warframe and that is the scaling equations they're still the same however by changing the numbers around on the enemies and cruising the rate at which things level increases the veil is actually proper End Game Zone like the kuva Fortress and the void should be.
I agree that the amount of RNG in the random rolls stuff is more than a tad disappointing but I think the bigger problem is they don't have segmented drop tables. Destiny actually has quite a bit of R&G within the weapons themselves but the odds of you getting a specific weapon is fairly high from any given mission that that weapon drops from. if anything it feels like they don't quite know how to get a system with a large amount of RNG to work they have too many layers instead of limiting the layers and putting a large amount of orange into a single section of it.
and the final issue we are experiencing is the content is brand new remember with blinds and fraternal there was a fair amount of bug fixing that needed to be done all this isn't completely okay but honestly is sadly expected at this point from De.
however by tempering my expectations I have not been fully disappointed what's the update I'm more disappointed in the banner for which it was brought out I was hoping that they would not attempt to launch the update this year however they never stated that they were going to delay this update only the new war
I hear you dude, I haven't even tried railjizzle yet, as much as I like the idea of Co-Op. The Problem that I already see with it, its Co-op without something at the end. Like a damn Boss or something like when Maplestory released El Nath, they gave a boss at the end you could fight with your friends called Zakum which gives alot of rewards and tests you and your friends. DE, I don't understand how hard is it to provide something like this, this will bring in back their players. That trailer that they showed during the game awards show that shit didn't provide me any hype even the crowd you are showing an advertisement world wide and its not good, no hype at all for one of their biggest additions, NONE. I could do better. Why don't they understand Difficulty > RNG Grind. Jesus Christ.
The sounds of a jaded vet I know thee well had to question a few times if it was myself speaking in the video, it is a sad state affairs that back in the day I used to strongly recommend this game to anybody who was within earshot yet these days I try to forget it exists. On the plus side the lack of interest in playing Warframe has caused me to check out games I more than likely would not have touched, I do hope in the near future DE will pull a 180 after realizing they screwed up bad like really bad and we can look back on this as the "dark times" but I am not holding my breath. On a positive note kudos on going for the goal of being part of the fire department those guys have saved my neck on more than a few occasions and I have much respect and appreciation for them due to that fact.
I think the update is okay. Bugs bad, but in general, I think it's a fun update.

You said everything in this video and the last two that I could never bring myself to say about Warframe, not just about the update but about the entire direction the game’s been moving. As someone who’s played and loved Warframe since beta and even purchased founders, I used to tell myself that college was the reason for my decrease in logins, but even that wasn’t a good enough rationale for my lack of enjoyment after getting 20 minutes into...anything the game offered. At this point I’m logging in once a month to keep myself from getting kicked out of my clan, which shouldn’t matter except that I’m forever hoping to be able to login one day to something I can enjoy again.

well I'm just popping up here out of nowhere, but I just going say is after looking at a topic on off topic on the forums that provide financial information on DE with giving the link to Leyou financial reports. That means DE is also suffering financial as well with obviously how the management is unorganized is probably the reason why the content is been released like this as of lately. with that being said, DE didn't see the criticism malstrom coming.

Same here, DE’s ending up like the game publishers we all know and hate, progenitors of buggy, barely finished products, yeah Warframe has always been buggy, but even on console, Railjack can be nigh unplayable, frame rate dunks during extremely crucial gameplay is absolutely ludicrous, especially taking into consideration how long the frame rate drops last, minutes even, pathetic. Not to mention the insane grind, not a big fan of it.
Hopefully with how pissed the community seems to be, and how the obvious numbers look, DE will take a thorough look at themselves and work on the New War, quality-checking it over and over again to make sure it’s not a buggy mess, along with future Railjack content. Also, Railjack’s rewards are trash, since old resources are useless, being rewarded a fuck ton of them after a mission would be nice, Plastids and Oxium aren’t too fun to farm, maybe Mutagen Mass or Fieldron, ect, so much missed potential. Or in this case- timegated potential.

But even then with the whole mobile game comparison, I see companies with more competence like DW to even the mobile division of aniplex, Yostar, Rising Sun technology/mica team, and even MihoYo (despite how grindy and microtransaction riddled the games are) at least they know how treat their fans well unlike DE now.
I have my issues but playing with my friends has been a blast, probably because most of the bugs we ran into were easily fixed and absolutely hilarious. The RNG makes me want to scream though.
Warframe vet played from day one but stopped about a year ago it's just dying more ever day and what they call new shit is so boring.
As a person that I didn't play from year one. But had the gear, and knowledge to play mot and stay there for like 3 hours. Yes the game is bad atm. At its being replaced by destiny that yes its so better and the moment.

I was talking with my buddy about this update who asked me if I was gonna build a railjack, to which I said no. He seemed puzzled as to why and I have to say that I agree with you when you referred to Destiny in that if there is a specific thing you want, you just go do the thing and you can get it. You may not get the specific stats but you can just do the thing again and get another roll of the dice. In comparison the warframe timegated grind is just too boring.
I like Railjack, but i do wonder if DE has any testers... at all.

I fell out of the map during a mission. I was magically 30000m from the ship. We moved towards each other. Took 10mins. Then their was a invisible wall at 3000m from each other.
I’m building my 4th part now. All the grind for resources and credits and the 12 hour wait time. Doesn’t seem to be worth it.

As i put in a few other videos all it is is plains 3...a 3rd area completely disconnected from the rest of the game

Kuva lich's those damn grendel missions, AND railjack are just a piece of this mess. im defiantely not bothering. they are taking advantage of their playerbase. zog those things, and really, this is just a fraction of where they have messed up, but parts were livable. i already left once. got little problem going twice.
Honestly, the release felt more like a proof-of-concept of a game mode than an actual game mode.

But in reality DE only acts like they care, they don't care anymore, they have their fucking head up their ass, They are not listening to us, they have given up.

Personally, yeah it was a early release but I'm fine with this update. I don't have any real issues besides the bugs and crashes that you could get. I... am not sure where you got this "gotta pay to play" kind of thing but. Making plat to rush good parts for RJ is easy really. I do wish the RJ was a little more usable when it comes to Saturn and the ending nodes of Earth Prox, because yeah you basically just leave your RJ behind and just play the mission as a.. Archwing mission. That's what I had to do to get to Veil. Did some taxis and now sitting with a Mk3 ship. The resources you spend to make your RJ I assume is for.. mid to end game I guess you could call it players. I had everything. Just the wait times yes I can agree with you are bad. but other than those issues. The update is fine.
I think it was Nintendo with Breath of the Wild, or something, but some developer/publisher came clean with the fans and informed them that they had to push the release date back about a year to not rush their employees and let them put in the final touches, and because they were open and honest, the players largely were fine with the change of release date. Devs, publishers, stop rushing content out. There are very few people who are literally foaming at the mouth, waiting for a game to be released in a rushed state, and if they are, those specific people can get over it and find something else to bide their time.
I just play it as a free to play game.
I think DE’s way of adding content is to add something unfinished, and have the community find the bugs and flaws.

I've been drifting away from Warframe for a while. Much like Reaper I used to have high hopes and sunk a lot of time and money into the game in support of something I loved. But that's the keyword, loved. Past tense.
Warframe now feels so soulless. Like they're half baking things and focusing more on cosmetics and things that'll make them money. They've pushed their reputation to the wayside in exchange for a quick buck. They're not EA or Activision, they can get away with a lot more because of the reputation they've built over the years, but here lately it feels like they're just tearing it all down for no good reason.
I really hope 2020 they turn their act around, because I'd love to see them change, but I'm not holding my breath for it. Sorry DE, I just can't trust y'all to make good content anymore

Basically there's a game company near triads and another near yakuza base 1 of them 2 is DE and they obviously pay them for protection etc, there have been people with high mr that have had there accounts hacked and held for ransom, and that is basically DE giving the details to the yak or triads whichever so they can hack in

I watched the whole thing. is this the straw that broke the camel's back? because I subscribed to you because you said what you had a problem with and was just a voice of reason to not get to hyped. this video felt like a 20-minute rant of "I told you so" and "warframe is dying and the devs don't care" which is a bit harsh when bugs can be fixed (even if that doesn't mean it's fine) and the gameplay isn't bad, are you saying this worse than fortuna which didn't have bugs but also doesn't have much to do and more or less only uses new resources so it's a soft reset. the devs wouldn't go through this trouble if they didn't care considering how easy it could be to juice as much money from this game and abandon it. DE recently said a small team is working on new raids and it was implied that they are using railjack in it and surprisingly people aren't complaining that there aren't enough rewards I guess it's fun enough even with the bugs that everyone forgot to complain about how little rewards there are (or because the vail drops umbral forma) so if you don't like it that's your opinion but I feel like it's a little extream to say DE; is incompetent, doesn't care, is trying to kill warframe, ect.

@@kingofgaming7894 kinda understand what you're saying but this is digital extremes we're talking about so going to the extreme over people's endless time and money being put into this game to get little back deserves to be put to the extreme when it comes to criticism. people have been defending them for too long and alot of people are starting to see through the bs that they've been defending. also alot of people were complaining about mission rewards, you probably didn't look hard enough to spot the destruction certain people got over making such complaints.
Yesterday while me and my friend were putting hours into grinding for resources to make the RJ he described the the time gate as a stupid decision, he said if you could skip it it would be a greedy decision but now it just makes no sense why 12 hours needs to be waited out in between each part of this thing. I have to wait 8 more hours to do another part before it it actually complete. Also it's 6 parts.
At this point I don't give a damn. I don't buy plat for about 2 years now (or more, I don't honestly remember), I farm everything I need/want when I do want. I've been feeling warframe going truly downhill ever since Fortuna because of all the timegating with all the syndicates... I understand this is all a pitiful attempt to make players stop rushing the game but then videos like these show up and players are just not dumb. So basically I reached a conclusion that ... I don't give a damn anymore. If the game entertains me I will keep playing, else I will play something else.

Funny enough, a lot of people are playing something else so I'm guessing DE needs to update their textures or buff some female warframe's ass to get people to come back.
Warframe is a fantasy of power, mixed with farm simulator. Dont care what anyone says, Railjack is really fun, more enjoyable than 90% of current content. Does it feel completed? Nope, at best is a 0.5 version and even like that most fun i've ever had in years of playing. Also Reaper went full boomer mode at the end, you can clearly feel how burnt out he is, a couple of years of break should work.
Honestly have slowly been losing interest since POE and the relic system and haven't booted the game since the gaus update.

For Destiny2, the most infuriated I felt was farming for the IKELOS shotgun from the Escalation Protocol on Mars, and grinding for the Mountaintop grenade launcher. But there is not more than 'one layer' of RNG for these two.
Other weapons I grinded for is only dependant on one RNG thing, the rolls.
For Warframe, I couldn't bear to farm any more Prime items ever since Chroma Prime dropped. I've started to just buy small amounts of platinum just to trade it from some lad in trade chat.
Railjack... the RNG is insane.
I saw the blueprints that dropped for railjack weapons/parts and was initially okay. Until I saw that they're literally never the same for everybody.
You can get a mk1 eqp with a drastically different stat bonus from your teammate.
And even for the Ikelos weapons they added rng protection so the more times you don't get it, the more likely it is that you'll get it next time. And they made farming ep vastly more efficient in general.

warframe now has a bar with 10 energy
you have to wait 10 minutes per energy or spend 20 plat per energy
you need to spend 1 energy to start a mission
I guess Warframe will become one of those case studies on why games start to fail... And that breaks my heart
Warframe feels more like a grindy chore than a fun game. It's hard to take a break because it gives you an insane level of fear of missing out and when you do take a break, it becomes so hard to get back in because you know, you'll have to basically relearn 50% of the game, grind for new content, grind to rebuild all your Warframes, grind to collect endo, grind to collect credits, mods and whatnot. Just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach and I absolutely loved the game at one point.

No there were definitely a lot of bugs, on pc at least, and on console I ran into a couple of game-breaking bugs myself.
On console, my game kept crashing, matchmaking issues, lag up the ass, and a whole heap of bugs. Can't tell if you're blind or delusional if you're not seeing barely any bugs.

My Thoughts on Railjack, this is just one person opinion not the whole community nor i am reviewing the experience:
I don't like it, the whole reason i came back to warframe early this year is to prepare for this railjack update however i was disappointed, i don't want to grind to make gameplay decent it should be from the get go, combat feels too slow & clunky (space combat ok) and having to rely on others to do anything doesn't help, side guns are a nightmare to operate, running around fixing the ship is boring, and facing invaders is fun in concept but it happens way WAY too often, i expected a team of 4 each with his/her own ship fighting side by side not one flying while the others just wonder around, as for everything else in Warframe it's gear based not skill which makes the experience all about grind and not fun
(not including bugs which you'll encounter 2 or 3 each mission)

Ive been warframe clean for a couple months, and Ive been happier for it. I got tired of all my enemies being instantly killed or so tanky I cant kill them in a full clip of my gun. I got tired of all the time gates, of the grind for new rare resources, of the new factions that are time gated too hard. Like, I was at the MR cap for awhile, and all I found myself doing was trying to get no rivens or doing what ever new fancy thing came out. Nightwave interested me for awhile, but, its just trying to tempt me into grinding more. The only way to get around any of the time gates is to spend Plat, but, hey, Ive always got spare of that amirite? The only thing that kept me around where my friends, but once they moved on and we fell out, I quit. I had no reason to stay. Im hyper strong, Ive got a few really good rivens, but, in the end, what made me get there? It was my want to play with friends and go through the challenges to get there. But once they are done, there is no reason to stay. Even just hanging out with friends with Warframe got boring after awhile. Was just more grind, another 10 go intos of the same survival mission for 20min to get a specific item, and it got dull fast.
I'm still gonna play it... but it saddens me to see how much the game changed. 2015 i junkied and played 24/7 it was amazing, now the best thing to do is bullet jump around and wait. I mean the skins, warframes, story is really cool, but that's the only time i return, play a bit and leave. destiny 2 surprisingly fills the void that warframe lost

I reinstalled for Railjack, started building mine and went ahead and uninstalled it again when I saw the wait times. I only have 500gb of SSD on this laptop, and I'd rather use it towards games that are actually worth the time investment. Like Destiny.

I quit the game for destiny 2, best decision of my life... I will still hope warframe gets better, it is a game I loved for so long it feels like there is a hole in my heart that not even warframe itself can fill anymore.
Ive only experienced 1 bug on console. And that's when you hit your ships power button (r1) when you don't have any powers. It locks you to the seat until you go into options and exit out of options while mashing a few buttons.
Yeah, its very annoying, but thats the only bug I've experienced in almost 3 days.
Maybe I'm just lucky... I dunno.
I also have my matchmaking adjusted so that I only match up with people with a low ping. Perhaps that is whats helping me out.. Either way, it sucks to hear about people having issues.
The economy definately needs some work though and archwings need a buff.
