    You left out the egg 😮. That's the same recipe I use except I add one room temperature egg and the buns stay soft for days in a ziplock bag. I use to enjoy kneading dough but my hands are so stiff and sore now I let the stand mixer do most of the work for me.

    Jr size.. If you don't have tomatoes, Ketchup will work. That another reason why i make tomato powder. The main reason is storing tomatoes. Powder is a great way to store them with some salt in it. Can make any thing out of the tomato powder. Can sprinkle it on hamburger ect ect. Pizza. can use it in Salsa ect ect Soups, past, sauces, 👉👉How to make tomato powder is? Dehydrate The tomatoes, Then blend it down into a powder with some salt > The salt is a preservative. It will last for ever! If stored in jars, AIR TIGHT.. I learn this when i was growing tomatoes, Had so many i couldn't even give them away. I frozen them until it took up my freezers space. 👉👉 Then started Dehydrating them. and blending them down into a powder WOW the space that it saved. It don't hurt to have some frozen too 👍👍 Can use the frozen ones, for sauces, tomatoes on hamburger, salsa, hot sauces, and things as well > Save the tomato juice as well! There a lot of thing you can make from tomato juice. 1 is V8 tomato juice, Great way to drink it or add to drinks, can use it to cook with and things soups ect I don't like things caned. i hate the taste. SO Canning is out for me 🙄🙄
