Now anyone who has being to any Korea style BBQ / hybrids knows that restaurants typically assign 1 grill per 3 to 4 persons.
Zermatt was given 3 stoves for pots and 2 grills. So they basically reserved this for him and totally expects him to flawlessly demolish food.
And a little funny / dramatic advertising never hurts a restaurant !

If you ever come to the States, New Orleans,La, specifically, I know some amazing all you can eat places. The locals are very welcoming and the food is mouth watering. We are a melting pot culture, so, many kinds of authentic cuisine. My favorite endless eating experience is Fogo De Chao recently. Soooooo much meat!!! They also have a very good salad and charcuterie bar. Look it up! 👌

Yes. As well as their shallot pancake, banana filter, sliced beef and sliced pork are very good too with xlb, it’s a must to order every time. The rest is own preference to choose (like luncheon meat, mushrooms, etc) they are quite common items.
