That guy is a professional actor and is really good. He has an expression on his face for everything and seems to enjoy everyone! He deserves an award of some kind.
Staining: I like the rag because the brush drips and runs. Better control. Although the brush does put more stain on the wood and helps the grain show up more.
Where do you get the corner brackets? Why would you guys post a video where the corner pieces TOTALLY showcase the pot hanger.....and make the thing look great.....then not even post where you got them...or include them in the parts list?!?!
Just came across this video, nice project to hung my cast iron pans and SS cookwares. But why are they not sharing the source of the decorative corner brackets?
Home Depot did the same type of video. Maybe I missed it, but.. I didn't see how you places the hooks to the ceiling, no possible examples of "what ifs"
For the PPL asking about those brackets, they look handmade. they could also have been discontinued and no longer available. Its too bad that they couldn't be bothered to say anything, even if it was that you can't get them anymore. so thumbs down for that and... the waste of stain, if you put it on wet with a brush of a sponge brush, then wipe with a rag, you won't have brush marks. stain wood not rags.
Home Depot , lumber section , black decorative corner brackets made by Simpson Strongtie called Outdoor Accents
This needs more likes and views. This is brilliant!!!! Commercially bought hangers cost around 80-110 bucks! This looks better in every way.

Same question as some of the others... where did you find the corner brackets used on this project? Please provide a link.
I like the cloth method. I think it gives it a smooth even look and dies better and quicker
Hello, in your materals list you don't mention where you get the corner brackets for the hanging pot rack. Can you help. Thanks
Where did you find those beautiful corner brackets?
Inyass.
This would make an awesome Mother's Day gift. Hint, Hint. Big thanks,

Can you possibly do an example of one on a pulley system?
WHERE DID YOU GET THE CORNER BRACKETS???
CORNER BRACKETS WHERE DO WE FIND THEM?
Inyass.
Add chicken wire or a grate across the top, secured and cut flush with the edges for additional storage. 🙂
I took a solid broom handle and some heavy duty S hooks and hung it over my sink. Holds all my pans (and lids).
Thanks for this diy. I think I will do this with 1 × 1s to cut down on the hanging weight...Mel
How much stain did you waste with it soaking into the cloth.
Hello,
My question to you 2 is:
Production time? Hours or days??
Awesome

Home Depot, Simpson strongtie makes black decorative brackets called Outdoor Accent, look in lumber section where hangers and hurricane ties will be
She is always right
I cut my wood to the right size first. And then I stained it before I put it together.
so the end piece is just glued and not screwed?? I don't know, i better be careful and not hang my cast iron skillet on those pieces.

the cotton rag method is better, it allows you to go back over the project a second or third time to gain the darkness of stain you want in the end
Brush on gets in cracks then wipe it off to get rid of drips! Compromise, LOL
Happy medium works too
Yeah you really dropped the ball on the brackets and then you just ignore everbody.
Cloth. No brush strokes.

How you spend 7 minutes showing and never once say where you got the brackets! Stups!! Thumbs down from me! I'm out
