Cocky? Not really. That's how we all feel when we're dominating someone in Smash. We just hide it from people to be politically correct in front of the masses. Streaming is more interpersonal so you can let loose a bit more.

he was the master of the 26 characters , also someone told me that the first tournament azen ever won was with link.
ThePeen Azen didn't have a main technically because he could play every character.

Alot of times Azen would ditto others in tournament, that's what he was known for always trying to ditto in the first game of a set.

Especially since D3 could have just airdodged out of there. Smash 4 combos in general can't be seen as hype because the victim can just spam the shield button for quick airdodges. It's that simple.

Not surprised that Roy has a clip here. No matter what Smash Bros game he's in it always seems like he's a highly aggressive fighter.
SilverThorne333 Roy is one of the lowest tier characters in melee lolol. The only reason the Roy was good is because it was Azen playing. He could play any of the 26 characters at a high level
gboles97 Sorry but tier lists don't matter. Like you said, the person in control of Roy was skilled with him and most of the other fighters, it depends on the skill of the individual whether a character is good or not. After all, anything can be a weapon if used correctly. I just mentioned Roy because of the way he's best played, high-aggressive combat
SilverThorne333 Tier lists do matter. If you had Azen play Roy and then have him play Marth and somehow put the computers against each other the Marth would win because Marth has his tippers. Roy is the crappy version of Marth in melee. It's the same with captain falcon and ganon and with pichu and pikachu. Azen was playing some no name Roy that he could've played any character and still 4 stocked him.
gboles97 Once again, that's the individual, not everyone. Tier lists are just a basic understanding of the game in an attempt to make sense of incomparables. Yeah, maybe Marth in CERTAIN situations is more viable than Roy but a good Marth player vs. A GREAT Roy player, I think it's safe to say who would win. Just because Azen can play both Marth and Roy doesn't mean he can't be better with one particular character. All fighting game characters, even with similar movesets, play VERY differently from each other.
SilverThorne333 Well there are no great roys because Marth is Roy with tippers and a longer grab range. So people choose to play Marth over Roy. Do you have any experience with competitive melee?

Ranai also beat Zero and Nairo in doubles that tournament. So I mean people can call it "pretty 4glory" but in reality no other villager would be able to pull that off on top players
