I've had mine about a week now and absolutely love it. Very solid product. It's only my 2nd HW wallet and have never used the Mk.4 so I can't compare it to that. I switched from Tangem to Coldcard Q.

I will definitely refer to this video once mine arrives. It's not clear to me at their store if it comes with SD cards and if I should order a couple.
Yes, it does not come with cards, you probably should order some. Free shipping for orders over 300$ so you might want to take advantage of that.
It does not come with a MicroSd card. 64gb card is the preferred size. If your Q1 doesn't recognize the card you have to format it from within the unit.

the circuitry looks amazing, but tbh, the plastic housing feels cheap and makes me afraid to drop it--I think it would split in half if it were dropped on the floor.
