    What a delicious menu of cold dishes for hot days! I like the taste of natto but the slime factor makes me not want to eat it! Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas with us ❤️

      Thank you! If you heat up the Natto, the slime factor will be gone! But it’s the slime factor that contents the good nutrition like the Nattokinaze! So the best is try to accept it, perhaps 😂

      @@mykitchenday_byLinna I also heard if you mix it into cooked rice it will not be so slimy! I will put on a brave face and try it again 😜

      Um… I am not sure… it might be slight slimy itself because the sticky stuff all get on to the rice 😂 but may be you can give it a try?

    That cucumber seaweed salad looks so YUM! And I adore a tomato and onion salad, I like mine with just a pinch of salt and a bit of black pepper. Mmmm. Another great video. Much love from Dixie. 💕

    Linna, thank you very much. You managed. I've seen natto so many times in your videos. I just ordered it online together with bonito flakes. I am very excited. And i like your dishes😍
    Love from Germany🥰

      @@mykitchenday_byLinna I tried kimchi for the first time a few years ago and loved it immediately. it took a little longer with the natto. I tried a recipe with rice, spring onions, soy sauce and bonito flakes and it was really delicious.😋 the consistency takes some getting used to for European palates because there is nothing comparable here. I'm still looking for other recipes and it certainly won't be the last time. but I probably won't eat it pure 😉
      Have a nice week

      Sorry for my late reply🙏 reply to a comment has no notification pop up in my site until I check each by myself 💦
      Natto and kimchi together is a great combination from the perspective of nutrition! And the flavors also matched well together! Making the smell of Natto more acceptable!
      May be next time you can give them a try when you get both ingredients 💛

      I have made the tomato and onion salad, you forget how great these two ingredients taste together and the cucumber and seaweed salad, very delicious! I am yet to try the others as I have to find the ingredients or similar (in Australia). Thanks again! 🥰

      Really tomato and onion salad is too simple but so good! The cucumber salad we called SUNIMONO, literally mean Vinegar Thing, is a perfect dish for hot days! I sometimes feel I can eat a whole bowl!!!

    Hello😊 i have a question is it the ginger that help with blood circulation or the tofu? And if its the ginger is it the japanese one or normal one. As always love love love.

    • @mykitchenday_byLinna
      @mykitchenday_byLinna  2 роки тому

      It’s the ginger! It had many health benefits! I am not sure but I guess it’s the Japanese one? Because I use the domestic grown ginger🎶☺️
