I wouldn't normally address a UA-camr's appearance, however, since Claire spent some time at the beginning of the video especially discussing her appearance (make up vs non make up, etc) I felt like it might be okay to say that I have frequently thought how truly radiant Claire is in any state of glam or nom-glam. Part of it is the warmth and genuineness and joy she just brings to everything, but I simply have to stress how absolutely lovely she looks anytime I've ever seen her. Full stop. So, I know we all have doubts and get to be human and feel unsuited to present to others from day to day and moment to moment, and I respect those feelings (we all have them). But from this gay dude, I just wanna say - Claire, with all my heart - all versions of you are simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing yourself and your talents with us.
Watched this again cos I love it so much. Amazing voice. Second solo album soon I hope. You deserve it for having that amazing talent. Ahhh what a shame to know that this week been a struggle for you. best wishes with everything! Lockdown is so tough, not being able to see family and friends and give them a hug. Think we all took life for granted really.Never thought something like this would happen, but things will get better soon and they are slowly so try to stay positive. If you want to do it for yourself, that's okay, but please never apologise for not looking more "Claire, from Steps". You're beautiful make up or not, and as for your voice... that's also beautiful too. What is that quote from the wonderful Marilyn Monroe... If you can't handle me at my worst, you certainly don't deserve me at my best.
