Dang bud,, I feel for you, but,, I’ve had a 1025r for about 6 years now and to this day I can drive over my deck and it does exactly what its supposed to do, there’s got to be something going on with yours, hope things work out for ya.
I appreciate that, ya I may go back and look and the front connection bar and give it a little more slack ans see if that fixes it. I love my tractor but that deck has fought me from day 1. I'll make a update if I get it doing right. 👍
@@barnescycle When I lower my lift mechanism, it pretty much lines up, yours didn’t, hence why you need the pry bar, I’m betting your dealer didn’t adjust things correctly, there should be a section in your owner’s manual that tells you how to adjust that lift mechanism and the front carriage, not to mention the tons of videos on UA-cam how to do it, best of luck, hope to see a successful update video..
I'm actually gonna adjust them today , I believe most issues are gonna occur because finding a level surface in most yards will be a tall order. If I get around to measuring and making adjustments I'll let you know how it worked. Thanks
The front bar needs to be adjusted.with deck off, checked the height for the mounting on tractor, compare that with the height on the front bar. It is adjustable with bolt by the tension spring on deck. Also it is easier to mount with loader off. You do not need loader on to cut grass.
Mine connects and disconnects exactly as shown in the commercials. never had an issue having mine do exactly what is supposed to do. Hate you are having issues.

Front bars should have about 1/8” gap when deck is mounted. You should not have to touch them once they’re adjusted properly.

I agree it's much much smoother without the loader, I'll measure and look on that bar. Thanks
