    I like doing fresh juices. But you know once your done you can crush those grapes by hand and get even more juice. Video is very nice

    Do you finish the jarring process by sealing them in a hot water bath? I'm curious as to how the shelf life is so long if it's not heat sealed.

      since the juice was very hot, they self sealed. But you can always do the hot water bath if you want.

      @@caribbeanpot, thank you kindly for the prompt reply. I always jar my liquids while hot and then process in a hot water bath for assurance, sanitation purposes and ultimate shelf-stability.
      This was a method I had never seen but if it works for you then it's good to know of.

      @@anaisnicole2522 I’m very new at canning so I would be afraid of botulism. So if I didn’t think I would drink them soon, I would hot water can them even if the heat sealed them. Probably just wasting valuable time but it wouldn’t sit right with me

      They usually add yeast to get it 0% sugar wine
