Wow that's quite some time back. Just after the Kariba was completed. Maybe you should visit again just to relive old memories - I'm sure you have a lot of goods ones
@@MadeByClive would be great if I could I was involved in resettling the People from the valley. Many memories of that time. Currently living in Auckland
@@peterhartley1731 Interesting stuff! I reckon I could listen to your stories about that area for the whole day. I alternate between Melbourne and Binga - currently in Melbourne.
I am overseas and being here has made me give myself time to look at life in a different perspective and 1 of the things i realised is that we tend to dream too much and we always wanna experience "overseas" when in essence we have a lot and more of amazing things in our own home, i am soon coming back and changing all that.. I really wanna travel around my country, God bless my Zimbabwe
Your video was very nice and informative. Can you explain why you did allow viewers to experience the traditional music that was played? Could have made your video much much more better. Hapenowo veduwe.
You did a good job capturing the culture👏🏽 I don't know if the naturally beautiful charisma of the Binga people is the reason but I learnt a lot from just watching than I do at times from commentary videos. I would have preferred some cultural music instead of the generic music you selected. But overall keep it up ❤️❤️
Thank you! The issue you raised about using original audio is very valid. I created that video during my early days into video making - if i were to do it again, I 100% would incorporate original audio rather than what i used on that one. Good feedback 😃
Big changes since 1957 when I was a Land Development Officer in Bings. Bings consisted of two houses and an office.
