Nice but i always wonder why sidewalks are not anything in Zim developers' design books? That's especially considering the country has a young population and loads of pedestrians, i mean where would kids walk or cycle safely in this complex?
I have always wondered🤔. if Land is being sold, who is the owner selling Zimbabwean land. We are and were all daughters and sons of the soil! Developers/government or private, should only get their commission for roads, water lines, sewage pipes or any necessary public infrastructure. Not for the land. It belongs to us all.
Zimbos have a stigma against double storeys. For a prime area these homes would have looked more modern as double storey villas. Now they look like any home in any suburv in Zim. Architects need to be more creative
