To be able to pray with this kind of confidence, we need to know that we have been adopted as his children, with all the privileges that entails, by the sacrificial death of his only begotten Son, Jesus.

but how do I know Him as my Father?
For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” Romans 8:15
God will be your Father if you receive His Son as your personal Savior and believe from your heart that His sacrifice atones for your sin.
Easy. Embrace the Son of God and believe in the gospel of Christ. Take care and bless you friend
