    Is good knowing how difficult this exersice is. I was getting frustrated because after a few weeks i still couldnt get it. But now i know it takes time

    I need those bars they have a nice look n I cant really learn at the park the bars are too high. My brain restricts my range of motion due to the fear of falling over n injuring myself. They are chest level

    Great progress guys but that's not an L-sit to Handstand, thats and L-sit to Bent arm, Bent Body Handstand press. L-sit to HS are different, they requiere more pike compression and straight arms the whole time. Keep it going, you guys rock ;)

    Guys, I have this problem that I can already hold the handstand on the ground for 15sec with kick up, but I'm too weak in the press (can't even lift my hips up)
    Any tip???

      For me, it was a great way! But everyone is different and there's no perfect way. The best thing to do is to progress while minimizing your risk of injury 💪💪

      Yeah I still can't. I need more mobility in my shoulder for straight arm exercises. It really sucks, but I'm working on it!
