Did Chipotle Ruin His Order? 🌮

- When this guy picked up his Chipotle order, he came across a problem where one of his tacos had less chicken than the other one's he ate. And some people had the craziest reactions, with them wondering why Chipotle wouldn't give him the same amount as the other tacos he ordered. #reaction #amazingshorts #chipotle

Support Mexican restaurants. They're more authentic, fairly priced, and tastes awesome. Chipotle doesn't even taste the same anymore.
Yeah it doesn’t
i live in Texas most authentic mexican restaurants here are really just texmex which is so bad
Not in California Mexican food is more expensive, in California $20 for normal burrito by itself
@fernyv4368 yep every time I would buy Mexican food they charge me more , compared to Mexican
Where I live the Mexican resultants do the same thing. Tacos look like they belong in a kids meal and it’s 3 for $20
NEVER order tacos from chipotle. Just get a bowl and ask for the tortillas on the side
Go get a bowl today and see how much they try and not give you
@@Another_Drifter employees are trained to give set amounts and can lose their job if they overdo it, if you dont wanna pay for it dont go to chipotle??
@N0TLater well Turd Burgler, I was fine paying more, but when they charge more and give you less.... especially when their menu photos have more meat in them than 4 pieces, than You're getting ripped off, it's Flase Advertisement and that can become a lawsuit.... but Okay be dumb and get less for more if you really want to
Never order anything from chipotle. Go to a real mexican spot, tastes better and always has better portions.
Managers tell their employees to give smaller portions on to go and pick up orders it's part of cutting costs
I worked at Chipotle for 10 years. Before the company was bought out in 2017 it was fine. Soon as the “digital make line” was introduced to replace the classic takeout line and all ordering had to go through the app rather than by calling it was downhill from there. We were instructed to give smaller portions because the customer couldn’t see you make their order. Before I quit as a GM my Field Leader told me If he caught me giving proper portions I was fired. Yeah… screw you man I’m out!
Don’t ever order online.
Wow what bitches
I remember when chipotle had like endless limes. Now, they don’t even have toothpick. Soon, they won’t have bowls to serve with.
Still never ate at Chipotle and im glad
It used to actually be decent food I remember back in the day I would love eating there everything was so fresh and wasn’t too overpriced but not I wouldn’t even think about it
You missing out
When it was still relatively new it was amazing.
@@kellzterbut now its terrible, just ONLY go to authentic Mexican restaurants
@@weega9852not really not missing much lol
It looks like the driver had a couple bites of chicken
Ticket says pickup in all caps...
@@lemillianSo clearly Chipotle employees skimped on the meat.
I think he ate some then made the video. U can see where the meat was on the tortilla
No atleast they didn’t forget his burrito 😂😂😂
If you still eat chipotle in 2024 that’s your problem 💀💀💀💀
Naww chipotle never gets old you trippin
@@weega9852😂😂😂
chipotle is bae
@@weega9852
I make it better at home, for like a quarter of the price. And I know nobody spat in it or prepped it with poop fingers.
Based.
I order a chipotle bowl and the guy gave me half a spoon of chicken and when I asked him for more he said they gonna charge me an extra spoon if he added more. I just walked out.
I saw a video of someone who did the same
Yep I’m not paying $20 for $0.30 of chicken
At this point just buy all these Mexican taco ingredients at Aldi or a local supermarket take it home and cook it yourself. Best possible option there is. 😊
Moral of the story: if you want Mexican food find a local place. 8/10 times it’s as good or better than chipotle for cheaper.
Nobody is going to Chipotle because they want Mexican food. They're going to Chipotle because they want Chipotle
@@chrisparkhurst5158 Uh ok but they have Mexican food. It’s not authentic, or even good for that matter but it is supposed to be Mexican food. Just because it’s from a chain restaurant it doesn’t become its own class of food.
What I've seen online, he's lucky it wasn't a bug😂
That's why I go support the local Mexican spot
Fyi... so its supposed to be 4oz divided between the 3 tacos. It's also 4 oz per burrito or bowl (unless you pay for double meat and that would be 4oz more). Their spoons are set by ounces. Meat, rice, beans, guac have 4 oz spoons. Salsas have 2 oz ladles etc. The employee obviously didn't portion the 4oz portion (from the 4oz spoon) out right because that 3rd taco has more than it normally would that's why she gypped that 2nd taco. She was supposed to move meat around to make it even.
Yeah it’s suppose to be 4 oz and I usually get more. People don’t realize. And double is only 3-4 for more dollars for twice the amount.
Low key with tacos, you often get more than 4oz total bc the portions per tortilla look too skimpy to the employee
I will be damn if I support a place that rations out food like that..
@@m_adamec 100% agree with you on that, I def over portioned the meat on tacos all the time.
Chipotles portions were almost triple the size they are now when they first opened. I remember barely being able to eat a whole burrito, I can easily devour 2 or 3.
Yep. Looks like a Chipotle pickup or delivery order. I only ever go into Chipotle, I don't order anymore because I'm not keen on helping them rob me. My last delivery order was 3 crispy tacos with rice, beans, fajita veggies, lettuce, salsa, corn, and a side of guac and sour cream. I got 3 soft tacos with a sprinkle of beans and lettuce. I.....was....livid.
How do we feel about this we are not paying for it how does he feel about it ?
Someone you know got murdered, you didn’t get murdered so does that mean you have nothing to feel about it?
@dielol8172 You really thought it was a good idea to compare someone having their life and future stolen with some guy having barely any chicken in one of his three tacos...?
...really?
Never order online. We were told to always short the orders online because 9/10 you guys don't return to complain. Plus what most likely happened is they had been overtopping so your taco with barely any meat was probably the last of what was cooked
That's fucked up
@@TamikaX it is. Chipotle is terrible at ordering inventory because they set an extremely low budget so when people are being served half a scoop it's because 1)The cook and servers are working with all they have to use for that day or 2)The morning staff did not prep for the whole day so the afternoon staff has to make do with what's prepared. Chipotle is a prime example of management setting their employees up to fail
@@kiddchris9579 wow, you said a mouth full right here. It's really a shame too. It was a thread on twitter w everyone showing their online chipotle orders and they was hella skimpy 🤦🏿♀️
Or worse, they get the order wrong.
@@wturner777 yup and that usually stems from the lack of organization and communication in the kitchen. I would see people just bag stuff up without matching tickets to labels or not bump tickets and instantly create chaos
If you got a chipotle in your town, I guarantee you got a small Mexican restaurant in town too. Just go there.
Man I think I’m the only person in America that has never had chipotle before. I remember South Park making fun of it saying it makes you bleed from your butthole. 😂
Not true & I get mild, medium & hot sauce.
I think he should have notified Chipolte & handled it like a grown up
Everyone knows "Chipotle" is a rip off, as is "Panera"!!!! Don't go there....
Hence you go to the small or local businesses at lunch time.
Better make it yourself
Let me correct everyone here. Support good Mexican restaurants. People be going to trash Mexican restaurants and say they are the best
Nobody ever said Chipotle is the best. You are just on some weird superiority complex. Let me correct YOU, son. You aren't special enough to be condescending.
CAP taco is right
First mistake was going to Chipolte
chipotle is pretty good in my area, it kind of depends honestly
Bro got finessed 💀💀💀
the rise and fall of chipotle happened faster than i could have ever imaged, damn
Thats not a taco that's A aco😂😂😂😂
And the ceo continues to deny it
Lies. He ate some from the second taco then made the video 😂
Go to a taqueria or other authentic Mexican restaurant. Order some lengua, asada, tripas etc. I know....sounds wierd but its amazingly tasty. Drench those tacos in red hot sauce and a squeeze of lime and you're good
Should have had his phone out😂
Lol kidding, but really wow he deserves more
bro, I’ve been pissing on chipotle for my whole life, bro
Bro he just took the chicken out lol he’s bullshitting
No chipotle skimps on chicken all the time
@@msalohakitty they definitely do I agree, but I think in this particular video I just think he took the chicken out.
@@Jay-jb9us I believe it because they tried to do my mom like this before and she just walked out lol
Yeah I think he took some out to get more TikTok views, he’s trying to jump on a trend with a crazy story
@@msalohakittyand that's why people can get away with continuously faking shit videos like this "no this is real because I also don't like chipotle" 😂 bro you can clearly see taco stains all around the taco from where a bunch more meat was smooshed together. Get real you little kid
He probably put some chicken on his first taco lol
people not understanding that its the same amount but split into three tacos. meaning his meat is simply in the other taco
Why not call the business and refund, minus what he ate and go to a local Mexican restaurant or small business?
This is why you support local Mexican restaurants or local Mexican food trucks it doesn’t get better than real authentic ethnic Food 🤌🏻✨
Go to jaliscos if you have one near. Get the california burrito its loaded with everything and delicious and 90% of people cant even it because its so big. Oh its only like 11$ too
Someone at chipotle was hungry
Thanks for this message 🙏
It's America impersonation of Mexican food Macdonald's of Mexican food
Just even the chicken out yourself and boom problem fixed
Taco Bell is better, I mean it’s quality is lesser but you get what you paid for usually. Chipotle on the other hand.. Overrated and overpriced.
This is why I eat at my local Mexican restaurant!
someone got hungry at chipotle
About tired of these companies skimping on the portions and charging out the ass. Without us they do not exist. We need to show them who holds the power. We need to demand better and cheaper food. Screw their overhead costs and the bottomline. We have been footing the bill for their profits and not receiving a single benefit for far too long and these companies get assistance from two fronts, ours AND the government.
It's time we get our assistance, thank you very much!
Driver ate it. .....loollollloool
This is why I stopped eating Chipotle. Been 4 years clean now. There's a mom and pop mexican restaurant near me with amazing food, bigger portions, and half the price. I'd rather give them my business
What are u on sobriety? “4 years clean” of chipotle ?? Lmao. Funniest thing I’ve heard
@sumwonkool if you saw the way I'd eat Chipotle you'd understand. Also 7 years clean on other shit but that's less important
First problem was getting tacos from chipotle 😂😂
You can easily make Chipotle at home. They are not special at all
People are too afraid to cook because they suck at it
That’s why I’ve stopped ordering chipotle online. They put less and less in my burrito bowl 😮💨
as someone who used to work at chipotle, there was no mistake made. The tacos are made using one scoop of meat that is then divided into 3 tacos. The only thing the worker failed to do was evenly distribute the meat so that they all had the same amount. Otherwise it looks like this, where one is full and the others are skimped. When I saw the full taco, I knew it was the right amount of chicken if not too much. Chipotle workers are trained thoroughly in portion sizes and how much to give according to the corporations standards.
Yeah this is true I worked there as well, they’re all bunched together so the meat probably all fell into the center taco and they didn’t fix it
clearly not. Cant even divide some meat evenly. Are they just being trained on how to rip off customers?
@@cereal982 read again. Or go away. I was very clear and you’re nitpicking over something I don’t care enough to argue about. :)
@@rinebin7089 Shouldve cared more otherwise you wouldnt be working dead end fast food chain jobs ripping off customers
@@cereal982💀💀
I honestly believe taquerias have gotten more expensive only because of chipotle. (Minus inflation)
Taquerias are actually good tho and give actual proper portions so I mean it's quality vs basically nothing
Better smaller portions than when they gave Saminala!!!
When to Chipotle recently, the portions are minuscule
Hid the small portion in the middle😅
I refuse to pay with these small portions
I don't even think that's inflation or shrinkflation. That's just a plain error.
Chipotle has been robbing their customers for quite some time now. They're a greedy shit stain of a restaurant chain. I feel for the store employees though because they're just regular people trying to earn a living and are pressured to be skimpy with customers' orders. Either way, support your LOCAL businesses!
I take it back. Even if I order through an app. If they jack it up, I’m going right to the store.
It was the delivery driver maybe
Actual mexican resteraunts serve wayyy more food
the first time i had chipotle a couple weeks ago, immediately after i finished i felt sick and threw up for 2 days straight. never again. not to mention i only ate half the bowl, a couple bites of my boyfriends, and a nibble of his burrito
I just listened all the way through , damn bro Mexicans going out sad… just be honest it’s hard as hell for them to tell the truth
Multi billion dollar corporation with record profits gave this man 4 marbles of meat in his taco
Go inside and choose your food instead of order for pick up lol
Why are you surprised dude, just go get tacos from a small Mexican restaurant. Made with love, fresh ingredients, and supporting a family instead of a multi billion dollar corporation that couldn’t care less about you
Shipotle. That's why I've never ate there
Check it before you leave. Check it in front of them. Walk through the line while it's being made to make sure you get what you ordered.
They'll either skimp or you'll get food poisoning.
Refund needed right now
The servers at my local chipotle (I only go in there about once a month at the most) they are so stingy with a Portions. You would think they pay for it themselves. If you ask for extra anything you get a minimal amount (four or five more pieces of chicken maybe a dozen more beans, a teaspoon more more of cheese).
It was the delivery driver
When Taco Bell gives you more for 1/3 the price
Thats why i go to the taco trucks instead, call ahead and pick up and you get your moneys worth!
Call chipotle talk to the manager tell him/her the problem keep and write the manager's name on the receipt and get a remake at no charge.
Going to chipotle is already a terrible decision but if you want to make one even worse, buy literally anything but a bowl from there. That way you can guarantee you get ripped off
Chipotle is such a joke. I’m amazed how their business hasn’t been boycotted completely.
I can't believe there still around
That’s a standard order from chipotle in my experience
That’s why u don’t order online
They just portioned each taco poorly. He still got the correct amount of meat that he paid for.
Don’t eat chipotle anymore, order from your local family owned mexican restaurant.
My husband had the same thing happen to him really ridiculous won't ever go bk to that Chipotle
I work there. This is absolutely ridiculous.
What grown man gets tacos from chipotle that’s what u get
Chipotle is honestly maybe a 5/10 considering price, taste, portions, etc. Id much rather go to a 24/7 adalbertos that has 3 times the portion for about the same price, if not cheaper
Chipotle needs to pick it back up to their old standards
Who buys tacos from Chipotle? Literally did this to himself, get a bowl and tortilla on the side
I promise you if you are eating at chipotle there is another Mexican restaurant that serve you the same food but only miles better and fairly priced
As a Chipotle worker, that ton of food in the other taco, should have been even to the other one. 🧐 .....He should have also taken it back to Chipotle, but since he was at work, its hard to.
If you got a cafe Rio or orizabas in your area I'd choose that over Chipotle any day similar food and concept. Yes prices went up everywhere but if a place can still keep up with good taste and generous portions I'm understanding of it and continue to be a customer.
My cousin and my dad work together and one day they ordered chipotle for everyone that worked there and everyone food got there except my cousins so then they called and complained and they said sorry and they said he could get a free meal so then he ordered and then they said he has to come pick it up and then they said if he didn’t want to come pick it up they could bring it to him but it would have to cost more money if he didn’t get his food free
wrong , u split one portion of chick with 3 tacos , each taco does not get a full portion🤦🏽♂️
The second taco isn’t the “proper portion” for company standards technically your supposed to split one scoop between the three because it’s one scoop per entree and the 3 tacos count as one total entree. Never order the chipotle tacos.
Everything is "unexpected" to these channels.
Stop going!!! Hurt their pockets!!!🤑🤑🤑🤑
