I like the layout of 1. I'd probably choose 1, if it were me. But 3 is definitely also nice. 2 would be a definite no for me as I think it would be loud being so close to the pool like that, and not much privacy.
The first one I love the layout. The second one I love the location and the last one I like the closest space.
I chose 4 for layout and view. 2 might be not so calm in summer. 3 has an odd shape especially in the kitchen. 1 would be my second choice.
I chose 2. Love the pool balcony it reminded me of a resort as if your on vacation everyday! I’m a Virgo as well and that’s my final answer lol!

beware living too near the pool, unless you don't mind being woken up on the weekends by all the pool noise. (splashing, yelling, music, while you have a hangover. lol)
The layout for the 4th one is great but sound of the freeway is a deal breaker. So I'd pick the second one. View of the pool is great for sore eyes.
I hope your friend is soon better. The imperative for you Rich, if you are looking for a new apartment is the storage space. Is the wardrobe big enough? Never forget that you have a Louis Vuitton addiction and it is only a matter of time before you acquire a Birkin addiction and you need, therefore, lots and lost and losts of storage space!

1, felt more like a starter home, like a couple would have. 2, seemed more like a single gals apartment to have fun! (But I agree with the bathroom 100%) 3, I liked better than 2 honestly the closest was nice and the bathroom wasn't completely connected to the rooms. 4, was awful (minus the closet.) 😅 The view and hearing the loud cars, nope.
The sneaky snakes 🐍 the house the haters gonna hate this was a nice place keep on searching the house ❤

Those are really not luxury, they are just standard , apartments ,luxury I have seen are a whole lot better, Houston is ok , not high end , but ok

@@richluxshopping luxury to me is way better finish in cabinets, looks plain , standard, everything cramped, not a smooth transition, closets need room for shoe bins ,a furniture piece to put other things in the closet instead of main bedroom, most , I like to see my fashionable things in the closet not in the room. The place need to flow , and the place does not have a valet or doorman ,that’s luxury to the max. Lol
To answer southernboy , yes way more I live here in Manhattan , park avenue , incredible views , four levels, top floor , private and well secure, upper crust level, that’s luxury living to the max as I said before. Can’t touch this lol
