prob purple or orange rapier since he 3 shot cleric from face with buble on, and also more than 400g worth of pot/healing stuff. But yeah awesome positioning + brain and well, the gear he bring he had to get before so gg man.
I use rapier vs barbs and fighters when im trying to keep distance from their attacks, and I use dagger when committing to a fight it's always situational though, sometimes someone will get the drop on me and i'll already have my rapier out so i'll just fight them with that

I mean, i get it, but this only works if you have tons of consumables, non default weapons, and able to be around a miniboss, or at least enough to overwhelm, THEN hope they simply don't run away
The start was like Charlie Chaplin: cleric survived, you say "close range barbarian is too risky" and then he blow up to 80% out of you in long range, then you sit with inv and it ends right when team arrived, then you say "I need they get wraith on them" and got wraith on you xD even after going in and out invis. By that moment I really start to think it is a comedy video)
you play damn good , BUT the peopel i face now are fully eq, not nakeds whit maby green or blu. as example the monks , they alot of basic gear ... but men , well playd
Rogue being so gear dependent makes it kind of difficult to get into. You really have to grind for a long time just to get your hands on an actually decent set that you can 1v1 with.. or just get lucky with a bunch of corpses I guess.
sadly i've since died with this kit but pretty much all my gear has strength and/or +all attributes, i open my inventory at 2:48 if u want to see my stats on the left

@@TrueMakaveli50 true weapon damage doesn’t benefit from percent increases iirc, which rogue has a lot of. So your +3 true damage won’t benefit from headshots, weakening strike, ambush, or backstab
if you have the default spawn gear my best advice is to play sneaky and try not to take fights unless you have to, if you can extract with 100-200 gold you can probably get a cheap purple dagger to start your kit off
Cool video. rogues are too strong tbh tho. Shouldn't be able to 3 shot a barb. Faster than everyone in every way, has a stealth ability, hits extremely fast. Hopefully they nerf the dmg, I could see that being more balanced.
@@Repoze Since you mostly loot off players, do you think hidden pockets is a better pvp perk? I've hidden in dark corners with it a good amount in solo runs while stealth is on CD
@@iKyleonGunz not a huge fan of hidden pockets because u can always just move the glowing consumables off ur toolbelt into ur backpack, but, sometimes that might take too long so i can see it being useful sometimes
its good to have videos like this that explain your decision making idk if you normally do shorter but id like to see more of these styled vids

depends on ur stats and the rangers gear, but if you have good gear green knives can probably 1 shot a ranger if they don't have high strength
"Outplay" = Carry more consumables than everyone else.

rupture works better with throwing knvies, also playing solo it's riskier to commit to a fight which is what weakpoint is good for

Now how do you outplay people in regular lobbies with base gear. I always try to kill people but do zero dmg compared to my fighter
