    Upper body plyometrics like medicine ball slams and rotational throws would be great too, aswell as explosive push ups

    I have one question, can i lifting like bodybuilder but i still play boxing? I'm scared it reduce my flexibility

      Yes but you will become slower and less durability becuse od the to much muscle

      You can but it will be less beneficial than lifting like an athlete from perspective of boxing
      If your main goal is to gain muscle it’s good though

    I think as an alternative to the z press, you could do a push press. It’s the same overhead pressing, but you use a little leg drive, which in a way mimics what you’d do to throw a punch

      Well I do weigh lifting 2 times a week. The thing is I don’t do the same workout all the time. I showed just one workout of many others that are included in the KO Boxing Package (my training program)

      Depends on your goals, training schedule and level of fitness
      I do weigh lifting 2 times a week but I do different workouts not the same one every time

    Hi Andrii, how are you?
    I'm having a hard time with the Kettlebell Rotations. I can do fine 10 to 12kg with my left hand, but I can even rotate 10 kg with my right hand, AND I'M RIGHT-HANDED. Could you tell me how do I equal the strength of my grip from my right hand?

      Well just train your weaker hand more until it can keep up with the stronger one

    I cannot do pull ups because of an injured shoulder. When I hang or pull the shoulder hurts so bad. I'm seeing a doctor soon

      Займаюсь сумарно 14 років, але в них входить перерва у 3-4 роки коли я займався сам і нестабільно. Потім я знову почав займатися у студентські роки і це триває вже 3 рік

      Особливо для мене дуже оригінальні шортиси від першого лиця

      Yes with a proper diet and progressive overload
      But do different workouts not the same one every time

    i just been doing compound exercises lately like bench press, over head press, bent over row, lat pulldown and pull ups for upper body, for lower body i do leg press, one leg squat and kettlebell swings
    Can u guys tell me is that a good s&c sesssion cause i made that my own

      Well it’s good for developing strength. I would suggest to add some plyometrics and stability exercises

      Yes, I do it this way. Helps with control and then with explosive movement
