I think as an alternative to the z press, you could do a push press. It’s the same overhead pressing, but you use a little leg drive, which in a way mimics what you’d do to throw a punch
Well I do weigh lifting 2 times a week. The thing is I don’t do the same workout all the time. I showed just one workout of many others that are included in the KO Boxing Package (my training program)

Depends on your goals, training schedule and level of fitness I do weigh lifting 2 times a week but I do different workouts not the same one every time

Hi Andrii, how are you? I'm having a hard time with the Kettlebell Rotations. I can do fine 10 to 12kg with my left hand, but I can even rotate 10 kg with my right hand, AND I'M RIGHT-HANDED. Could you tell me how do I equal the strength of my grip from my right hand?

i just been doing compound exercises lately like bench press, over head press, bent over row, lat pulldown and pull ups for upper body, for lower body i do leg press, one leg squat and kettlebell swings Can u guys tell me is that a good s&c sesssion cause i made that my own

Upper body plyometrics like medicine ball slams and rotational throws would be great too, aswell as explosive push ups

Yes but you will become slower and less durability becuse od the to much muscle

Well just train your weaker hand more until it can keep up with the stronger one
I cannot do pull ups because of an injured shoulder. When I hang or pull the shoulder hurts so bad. I'm seeing a doctor soon

3 for the first and second ones and 2 for the last one

Well it’s good for developing strength. I would suggest to add some plyometrics and stability exercises
when benching should i also bench like a body builder?(letting the weight go down slowly and explode up)
Yes, I do it this way. Helps with control and then with explosive movement
