In today's video, we'll address a common issue many encounter when launching a business - obtaining a professional email address.
Whether you’re already running a business or just starting out, you can start sending emails from your personal Gmail account. But, I personally receive dozens of such emails daily, and I rarely open them unless they're from friends and family. Moreover, business emails sent from personal accounts will most likely end up in spam.
Therefore, having a dedicated professional email is super important. So far, the process to get a business email has been super complicated. But today, I want to show you how you can get your own professional email address and start using it in less than 10 minutes.
So, today I'll show you how to set up a business email using Neo, who are also the sponsors of today’s video. Neo is an email and growth marketing suite tailored for small businesses.

Your Pinterest course student here. Watched your videos where you talked a bit about courses/memberships. I wanted to ask if you recommend creating a membership over a course? For tax reasons, I need to have a live element anyways. Any potential problems to look out for?
Also, I have future affiliates. Some have 2000, some 50000 followers. I’m thinking to start promoting with 1-2 who have the fewest followers to check that my affiliate tracking works ok in Kajabi. Then promote with the bigger affiliates. This maybe won’t piss off the bigger affiliates because those I’d start with have a small following. So less competition. Or can you think of a better solution?

May actually use Thinkific you recommend. Do you think people would be more careful with buying memberships as they're recurring payment?
Hi Maria! The biggest difference between a course and a membership is that people expect ongoing NEW content in a membership every month. And they don't necessarily expect to see a whole lot of content from the first month of enrollment but then each month something new has to be added otherwise they don't see the point in paying more.
People are not more careful about buying memberships, I think it's the opposite. Because the monthly fee is usually on the lower end, people know they can cancel a membership easily on any month. With a course, they need usually to pay more upfront so they are more careful.
With a course, you do all the work upfront and then you can update it only if it's required, in my case the topic of the course is Pinterest marketing, the platform is often changing interface or algorithm, so I need to update the course frequently but it's not that I have to re-record the entire course, just those lessons that might be affected by the updates.
With a course, you can allow split-pay in 2-3 monthly payments, if you are worried that not everyone is ready to pay the full price for the course upfront.
Thinkific is still a great platform to start selling an online course, I am about to publish my updated video on this topic.
I actually recently migrated my courses to Thrivecart Learn, it has better checkout pages and more options to bundle products than Thinkific and I wanted to keep all things in one platform (previously, I used Thinkfic for the course and Thrivecart for the checkout pages).
But I wouldn't say Thrivecart Learn is the best option for everyone. For one, it's a one-time fee but very high for someone who is just starting selling the first online course, it's almost $1000 that you pay upfront. And after switching, I also found that their support is a lot slower than Thinkific offers.
