Except she clearly wasn't supposed to be the mole.....that's what's so ridiculous. After 23 episodes of almost having a heart attack at the idea of Jack being so much as scratched, she suddenly has no problem sending him to his death.
Nothing about this twist made any sense whatsoever. It's a classic example of a twist thrown in for shock value without serving the story in any way, or making any sense. What on earth was she doing for the last 23 episodes to serve her purpose as a mole? You can't simply defend this as her "just keeping her cover".....she spent almost the whole day frantically doing everything to keep Jack and his family safe, even putting herself, her job on the line, possible jail time and then does a total 180 degree turn in the last episode because the plot suddenly requires it.
Not to mention that in the episode where Jamey died, Nina was constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY glued to Tony, so when on earth was she supposed to have gone back in there and killed her?? Would Tony not have wondered where Nina suddenly disappeared to for ten mins, and been a bit suspicious that Jamey was suddenly dead afterwards? And Nina is apparently stupid enough to kill Jamey in a room full of cameras and then look at the cameras in a villainous way??
The Logan twist actually worked! This one was complete nonsense.

If you watch the first season again, it is obvious that Nina wasn't the mol in the first half. But when they got the go ahead to make it a 24 episodes season, they came up with the idea of making Nina the villain. It is obvisious that she wasn't the villain in the first half, but to make is a shock at the end of the first season, they made this decision. And it worked.
