The song title translates as 'Metali' (or 'Metari') - it wouldn't show up in translations because it is a made up word, it is a fusion of the words metal and matsuri (festival). The song is about a Metal Village holding a metal festival, so they have included all the matsuri shouts everybody would be calling out as encouragement to the people carrying heavy floats etc like "Sore, Sore", "Dokoisho" and "Wasshoi!". They are inviting us all to dance - I am reliably informed there is something in the lyrics (Su sings it and it is in Momometal's kabuki theatre section) about we are all idiots or fools - the idiots who watch and the idiots who dance ... so as we're all here and we're all idiots why just watch, we may as well all dance. I don't know about anybody else with the twin tails but that was Moametal you spotted and she's been wearing the twin tails since BABYMETAL started in 2010 ... she was only 11 at that time. There is nobody quite like BABYMETAL. They do not conform to all the usual "rules and conventions". They have always done things their own way - they even introduced choreographed dance into metal (but not as you may know it). BABYMETAL are Su-metal (lead vocalist and the whole concept was formed and developed around her vocal talents and stage presence - she is exceptionally talented), Moametal and Momometal (in charge of backing vocals, harmonies and mainly hyping and involving the crowd with their choreo). They have nearly 70 songs now, each one different to the last. They have songs in virtually every metal genre, but they will mix and blend so many other musical styles and genres with the metal - usually when you least expect it. Their official videos are all very good, but live BABYMETAL is best. I'm sure you will get a lot of great suggestions for more songs. Some are straight metal, some lean towards their pop roots and they do everything in between. That's to say their mv's can be very good. Like this one but to get the full on Babymetal you need to see them live. Baby metal have been performing since they were young teens. This is a pretty recent aka mature performance. It was started a long time ago, by women to be associated with a certain image. Think of it a bit like 'girl power', of women choosing their own image. This was not a sexual image, because it's associated with little kids, etc.

Anger) some of which Moametal performed solo a few times after Yui's departure. Now that Momometal is a member, we are hoping for more BBM songs with MoMoa! But only the Fox God knows. AVENGERS: 3 Dancers who took turns performing the choreography in Yuimetal’s spot after her departure. They were not official members did not have microphones and were not even named. It was the fans who figured out who they were and you will see them in live performances between 2018 and 2021. They were: Momoko Okazaki (see above). Riho Sayashi: Suzuka’s former rival at Actors School Hiroshima, often competing for the same roles. Former “Ultimate Ace” of the JPop Idol group Morning Musume. Now a solo artist. Kano Fujihara: Former Member of Sakura Gakuin, the school-aged Idol group that BABYMETAL was born out of. Like Suzuka and Moa before her, Kano was Student Council President her last year in Sakura Gakuin and like Yui, was considered arguably the best dancer in SG during her time there. She is now a member of the Idol group @onefive, which is comprised of 4 Sakura Gakuin graduates (Kano, Momo, Soyo and Gumi). I also strongly recommend viewing their live shows, especially their concerts in Japan. If you want to stick to their more recent performances, then Megitsune at Makuhari 2023 is great. Headbanger!! at Makuhari 2023 is also great. Their Legend 1997 concert is also a classic and basically does not have a single bad song, though the most iconic parts of that show are probably Headbanger!! (both Night of 15 mix and the normal version during Encore) and Babymetal Death. That concert was on Su-metal's (Lead Singer) 16th Birthday and the show ended with Babymetal Death, where she was crucified while the entire audience chanted "Death", as a ritual sacrifice to reborn as the Goddess of Metal. Other legendary performances are Road of Resistance from Saitama Super Arena, Rondo of Night (w/ Mischief of Metal Gods intro) at Budokan Black Night, and Karate at Budokan 2021. There are also lots of other great ones, but I'd probably start with those if you want to dive into some more. Edit - Sonisphere 2014 is also probably worth mentioning because it also has an important story. At the time, Babymetal had not really made their debut outside of Japan. They were pretty big in Japan (Legend 1997 was in 2013 for reference, so they already had huge crowds in Japan), but they had not yet broken out into the West. They booked Sonisphere 2014, which is a Music Festival and there was some backlash, though there was also a ton of interest as well. When they booked, they were supposed to be on one of the smaller side stages at the festival, but at the last minute the festival organizers bumped them up to the main stage (30k-40k people, most of whom wouldn't know them prior to the performance, instead of 3k-4k dedicated fans). Keep in mind, Yui and Moa were like 14/15 at the time, while Su was 16. They go up on stage, absolutely slay, and by the end of the set (Ijime,Dame,Zettai), they had one of the largest mosh pits of the entire Festival (which also had performances by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer, Mastodon, Ghost and Alice in Chains). Their merch also became the best selling merch at the festival, even on subsequent days. It gave them a lot of legitimacy in the West and helped them break out of the undeserved reputation as a "gimmick".
This is a fun one, the call-and-response & some of the traditional instrumentation references matsuri, or summer festival, music. The title, Metali, is metal + matsuri and the lyrics basically amount to “It’s the metal matsuri, everybody’s singing and dancing and acting a fool. If you don’t want to look like a fool, you’re just going to be the only one standing around doing nothing. So you might as well act a fool, idiot.” Momo’s kabuki play style spoken bridge hits the “idiot” point a little finer than Su’s more diplomatic lyrics.

Fun Fact: Momoko's father is a popular comedian in Japan known for making dead-pan jokes. Momoko worked very hard to make her way without using his name as a crutch.
BLACK BABYMETAL: Yuimetal and Moametal performing as a duet while Su-metal takes a breather. Also known as “MoiMoi”. There are 4 BBM songs (GJ!, Onedari Daiskusen, 4 No Uta\Song 4, and Sis. Anger) some of which Moametal performed solo a few times after Yui's departure. Now that Momometal is a member, we are hoping for more BBM songs with MoMoa! But only the Fox God knows.
AVENGERS: 3 Dancers who took turns performing the choreography in Yuimetal’s spot after her departure. They were not official members did not have microphones and were not even named. It was the fans who figured out who they were and you will see them in live performances between 2018 and 2021.

Riho Sayashi: Suzuka’s former rival at Actors School Hiroshima, often competing for the same roles. Former “Ultimate Ace” of the JPop Idol group Morning Musume. Now a solo artist.
Kano Fujihara: Former Member of Sakura Gakuin, the school-aged Idol group that BABYMETAL was born out of. Like Suzuka and Moa before her, Kano was Student Council President her last year in Sakura Gakuin and like Yui, was considered arguably the best dancer in SG during her time there. She is now a member of the Idol group @onefive, which is comprised of 4 Sakura Gakuin graduates (Kano, Momo, Soyo and Gumi). Kano only performed with BABYMETAL in Japan as she could not travel, likely due to her commitments to Sakura Gakuin and the then developing @onefive.

I also strongly recommend viewing their live shows, especially their concerts in Japan. If you want to stick to their more recent performances, then Megitsune at Makuhari 2023 is great. Headbanger!! at Makuhari 2023 is also great.
Their Legend 1997 concert is also a classic and basically does not have a single bad song, though the most iconic parts of that show are probably Headbanger!! (both Night of 15 mix and the normal version during Encore) and Babymetal Death. That concert was on Su-metal's (Lead Singer) 16th Birthday and the show ended with Babymetal Death, where she was crucified while the entire audience chanted "Death", as a ritual sacrifice to reborn as the Goddess of Metal.
Other legendary performances are Road of Resistance from Saitama Super Arena, Rondo of Night (w/ Mischief of Metal Gods intro) at Budokan Black Night, and Karate at Budokan 2021. There are also lots of other great ones, but I'd probably start with those if you want to dive into some more.
Edit - Sonisphere 2014 is also probably worth mentioning because it also has an important story. At the time, Babymetal had not really made their debut outside of Japan. They were pretty big in Japan (Legend 1997 was in 2013 for reference, so they already had huge crowds in Japan), but they had not yet broken out into the West. They booked Sonisphere 2014, which is a Music Festival and there was some backlash, though there was also a ton of interest as well. When they booked, they were supposed to be on one of the smaller side stages at the festival, but at the last minute the festival organizers bumped them up to the main stage (30k-40k people, most of whom wouldn't know them prior to the performance, instead of 3k-4k dedicated fans). Keep in mind, Yui and Moa were like 14/15 at the time, while Su was 16. They go up on stage, absolutely slay, and by the end of the set (Ijime,Dame,Zettai), they had one of the largest mosh pits of the entire Festival (which also had performances by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer, Mastodon, Ghost and Alice in Chains). Their merch also became the best selling merch at the festival, even on subsequent days. It gave them a lot of legitimacy in the West and helped them break out of the undeserved reputation as a "gimmick".
I was fortunate enough to see both BABYMETAL and Atarashii Gakko! last year. Both groups are absolute masters at their craft.

This is a fun one, the call-and-response & some of the traditional instrumentation references matsuri, or summer festival, music. The title, Metali, is metal + matsuri and the lyrics basically amount to “It’s the metal matsuri, everybody’s singing and dancing and acting a fool. If you don’t want to look like a fool, you’re just going to be the only one standing around doing nothing. So you might as well act a fool, idiot.” Momo’s kabuki play style spoken bridge hits the “idiot” point a little finer than Su’s more diplomatic lyrics.
HaHa, The lead singer did start out as an Anime singer and thier costumes are part armor. They fight Godzilla when called up.
