I often wonder how those polls are conducted - what the questions are and how they decide who to talk to... do they actually speak with people? Do the people doing the actual work of the polls get training as to how they're supposed to conduct the conversation? It's never just a "Do you plan on voting for XXX, yes or no," is it? They could do a poll like that with an automated voice system these days, and a numeric response by the people being polled. Is that what they use? Does anyone know?

On the Trump trial, I saw Cohen produced phone records but I didn't see or hear anyone producing the papers for the loan he took out on his house.. It takes a lot of time to get a loan on his house and he could not do that without his wife giving permission if the house title was in both their names even if he was getting the loan in his name only.. we've done that it took weeks for that process to happen.
