Thanks for sharing your insight. Love your new series of films!
I have a new Brightin star 35 mm F0 .95 lens which I just got a few days ago. It is sharp even at the widest aperture and the aperture has 12 blades so every aperture has rounded boleh balls in the distance, no more the septagon and hexagons in the background. This lens only sells for $200 American. It’s a 12 element lens so very highly corrected, it has flaws but in low light and also black and white is where its strength is. There is some colour flinging and flare that you have to deal with but for $200 no problem Thanks for sharing this video. These lenses are joy to use. It’s neat to be able to stop down to F1.4.😆
That's an S35 lens, right?
It’s an APS-C lens, but it’s not made by Nikon. are you thinking of the Nikon S 35 1.8?
Love that pictures!
It's great that I've stumbled upon this as I've been thinking of trying one. I shoot portraiture and offer film photography packages, so I'm used to manual lenses.
Missing focus is part of the game with this one. The controls are really smooth though, which is nice!
@davidsteca definitely not one for moving targets
Thanks for sharing this great insight!

i have a ttartisan 35mm f/0.95. it is ridiculous, not even decently sharp at f/11
