I’m very excited about the future of gaming on Apple devices.We just got a REV port. No man’s sky and Grid Legends ports on the way. Apple Arcade reach 100 million users(exactly how we don’t know) but regardless of metric that’s impressive. Hope we can continue to see more games come to Apple devices,better games in Apple Arcade,& more universal purchase game going forward.
@@AntiGrieferGamesthat’s not an every user experience though. The M2 iPad Pro is more than powerful enough to game on especially with metal. If optimized correctly by developers, it’s a huge gaming market to put a game out into. Especially with the new translation Apple announced that is very similar to what the steam deck does.
@@portman8909 There is an interview with Craig Federighi, where he explained that they want to make an awesome calculator app for iPad and not just a scaled up version from iPhone. He said the same regarding the weather app for iPad and Apple released an upscaled version... strange that there is still no calculator app....
Ipad m1,2 needs more powerful games. The developers will earn a lot, even old games with low graphics, and i hope apple give them for example full profits for first year to encourage game’s developers to investing in iPad. Give me thumbs up guys 😊

The M2 vs M1 improvement isn't substantial because they are both on the 5nm process. The N5p on M2 only improved on efficiency but not on density. We should expect greater improvements on upcoming 3nm chips.
I only want Doom 2016. Then my life is complete. They did an ARM native port for the Nintendo Switch, so it should not be impossible to run it at 60fps on M2
I just upgraded my 2020 11in iPad Pro with the M2 version. Some may think I’m crazy, but I get more kills with the new iPad, websites open instantly, and the iPad is cooler and seems to use less battery with graphically intense games
My mom quite literally is getting an ipad pro 12.9 inch m2 with all the specs maxed out (3 terabytes celluar and the rest that i cant think of right now) WITH an the most expensive apple keyboard that supports it, and a second gen apple pencil.
Why do tech reviewers review the high end iPads most of the watchers of this video like myself opted for the eight gigs of RAM 256 version. I think when you go for the medium range versions of an iPad or tech in general you’ll reach more of an audience.

I am disappointed we need games like the amazing spider man 2 Gameloft,pop sands of time remakes and gta 4,sadly Gameloft has been bought up by vivendi games or else they would have been making PS4 graphics games on these devices.
Only passively cooled ARM chips should be allowed to run, regardless of device, everything else is too inefficient, and bad for the environment, like x86 CPU’s, and nearly 500W Nvidia GPU’s.
You would effectively kill any and all servers. I still hard disagree as many computers still need fans and fans provide a lot of benefits. I can’t imagine any benefits to going all passive for anything. It would be an awful law

First of all, ARM that are power hungry like the m1 pro/max in macbook pro still need fans to cool down properly and also not really bad for the environment in any way. x86 is understandable, uses a hell ton of power meaning it needs fans regardless of performance. I think you meant that ARM should be used since it gives more performance per watt and is better for devices and environments since it’s more energy efficient and good.

With the Crashing and Stopping working issue with a unoptimized IOS? No thanks. A PC/Laptop is more worth than a ipad pro m2 for gaming

I still don’t understand why Apple doesn’t buy AAA gaming studios to push gaming on their MacOS and iPadOS… I mean then have tremendous cash sleeping.

the good thing about those games on iOS is they are tiny priced like mobile games in the past used to be, unlike Nintendo switch games.
