Love the 10-10-10 rule. Also love the two outfits; both so beautiful and comfortable in their own way.

I LOVE how she talks about just deciding "I'm not taking the fear to New York with me, I'm leaving it behind" and how we can all do that. YESS🙌🙌 SO empowering!

Monica is someone I highly admire. I got into Kabbalah and have struggled with so many similar issues; her words of advice are always phenomenal

The only thing I would caution this mindset on is when dealing with significant trauma, sometimes a simply "positive mindset" is not all it takes to overcome something. Working through the trauma and acknowledging the negative emotions needs to happen to heal. Having said that, I like how she talks about paradigm shift and not getting stuck in a limited mindset

The important part of working through trauma is getting all the way through. It’s possible to hold onto the trauma for years or even decades because of the fear of taking control and using your personal power.

So lovely! I loved that she said that her son was a gift. I really believe that certain kids that come to us with challenges teach us the most🙏🏼❤️

Awesome interview. Ever since the 1970's and back, women/girls have been brought up and educated in a way that they should listen to other peoples opinion on how they should look, dress, and act. Especially in the south. I'm not knocking anyone's upbringing. It's just how it was. For some women it laid the foundation for a very successful and happy life. But for others, it relayed a message for them to take other peoples opinions and advice on how to live their lives. You have a whole generation of women who have been struggling to overcome an upbringing that was ingrained in them since childhood. Strong women who aren't afraid to tell it like it is are helping lead the path for others to overcome their fears and listen to their own internal voices. Thanks for sharing this great interview WI Team.

Fascinating! Loved it when she said Im not taking the fear of elevators with me to NY. And dropped it. I did something along those lines. Not with fear but smoking. One day I was. The next I wasnt. I completely left it behind in my past life when I moved cities! Such an amazing and inspiring interview! 💕
