I like to grab my tribe-fellows in low levels because if I find a good one with good traits and a few bad ones by leveling them you can invert some of those "bad traits" or even erase (drop) some of the red traits... for example, I had a girly with 124 cooking 120 something else and it had cooking acceleration level 1 and 2 a few green stats and at last 3 red one's prone to thirst, clumsy feet, and DEVIOUS HEART. After leveling her, the thirst became green meaning now it was less consumption of water, clumsy feet became movement speed, and devious heart was deleted. Now I'm happy with my tribester.

Main stats are important too, a warrior with high agility will have double sword, sword and fist proficiency higher. Master, skilled or novice doesnt matter so much after many testings. Masters will have higher base proficiency, if you want a bowyer just check the perception stat, if it's low there is high chance the bow proficiency won't be that high, sometimes even lower than 90. For a fighter you really want gold or legendary quality, cause they have increased, stamina and resilience. FLint tribe is really good for guards and warrior, with either high defense (9% more at T3) or higher resilience (+25), venom fang tribe can be cool to farm the T2 frog boss and the dungeon in the region (poison resist, reduced poison damage), the claws for dps with base crit +9%.

best talent hands down is Steel Body.. my pvp main is running steel body, thick force, blood activating, suppress violence, stimulate morale(useless) and she's a weapon master/battle tested with the legendary skill on spear(122) .. not as tanky as i want to be but when i hold F the movespeed and dmg gets pretty crazy and the legendary spear skill blocks any dmg or skill from the front

Whats the point of this? A random dude with high weapon crsfting mastery will do the job just as good, or is it some hidden mechanic with these "novice craftman" dudes
Their stats can go up to 100 and more sometimes so that’s why it’s good to get

@@darthvocrum5719 some tribesmen may have some talents that help crafting but I still gotta do testing
