I think his Z axis put the bubbles backwards, your z axis will probably move it sideways, so figure out you backwards axis and move the bubbles slightly backwards, its a bit of a cheat he does here i think. I also played with my seed parameter to change the distribution in the volume wich fixed any pop out i had. hope this helps
