No they are not as good, spike plates are not as stiff and material used is not as light at the high end sprint spikes

If you are training and competing in spikes, generally they will last 1 season. You can extend the life if you are just using them for competitions.

How many cm empty place in your 40 shoes? In spikes must be no empty place for your foot but not strong just size is 1:1
