I was fortunate enough to catch these guys a couple of times and was always a fan. Great band! Too bad it didn’t go further. RIP Matt.
all these years later, I STILL think Walking On Bodies and Let It Burn were such great tracks that it PAINS me to think of what we all missed out on. if Nothingface had just kept moving and kept this energy and put it into a fifth album. ....oh man. it would have blown the other four out of the water.

Can't believe I found this. My favourite song of theirs by far, so bummed the album was never released, such a great underrated band.
This band never disappoints 🤘☝️
This is arguably the best song that they have written. Nothingface had a solid foundation with Audio Guide but still managed to improve drastically with each subsequent release. This song has the heaviness of Violence turned up to 11 mixed with the melodic nature and catchiness of Skeletons paired with a MONSTROUS opening riff and chorus. Really, with this in mind, the album that never was would've probably been a landmark not only in their discography, but a landmark for alternative metal in general. God damn.
I'll argue it. Yes, it's a solid as fuck song, but they already achieved this with American Love and All Cut Up. This is a killer track and all, but it's pretty streamlined and basic for Nothingface.

@@Whocareswins17 All Cut Up is my favorite off Skeletons easily. And I see where you're coming from. My mindset towards this song in particular is that it had the potential to really push them into a much bigger spotlight. For Nothingface's standards I do agree, it's a little more streamlined, but that's why I think it's such an incredible song. It's a straight up chart topper of a metal song, it's a shame they didnt make it to that level.

I couldn’t agree more, brother. I really LOVE every album that they have created, and there are so many songs that I enjoy. This one, has so many elements that I hadn’t heard before and completely represents the band as a whole.

It's sad really even though skeletons is my fav nothingface album I have a feeling the unreleased album would have been so incredible wish we could get the demos from that album fans deserve to hear them.

Shame that this album never came to be. Tbh I liked these demo songs more than most of their previous material
it was very different from their old sound Pre Violence era, they switched to the new alternative metal sound, i love both and my favorites are depending on my mood although I listen to pacifier the least. But definetly a shame they never kept their promises and left us with a remastered pacifier album
