*The right course has become clear from the wrong.*
*SO WHOEVER DISBELIEVES IN TAGHUT AND BELIEVES IN ALLAH*
*has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it.*
*And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.* 2:256
Salih Al-Fawzan says in his explanation of Kitab At-Tawhid regarding the term Taghoot:
_“It means Shaytan, since he is the leader of all the Tawaghit- may All?h curse him._
*_IT ALSO REFERS TO THE RULER WHO GOVERNS WITH OTHER THAN THE REVELATION OF ALLAH,_*
*_AND WHOEVER TELLS PEOPLE TO FOLLOW HIM IN OTHER THAN OBEDIENCE TO ALLAH.”_*
[I’lnat Al-Mustafid Bi-Sharh Kitab At-Tawhid” (1/27)]
It don't get no clearer than that does it.
A muslim must be a khawarij to the Taghut ruler who rules by other than ALLAH's Law.
