    One of the best training videos I’ve seen recently… and I’ve seen some made by million subs guys. Simple, true and good for long term state of your body. People underestimate proper form, mobility, flexibility. Strong and functional is a key.

    Question. By doing this routine would it help me to relieve pain, increase mobility and gain endurance? If I drop SOME weight I'm good, but if I gain endurance and ease my aches while gaining mobility I'm happy 😊
