Good stuff - me and my brother did C2C 19 June 2019 to 30 June 2019 so very similar time. We ignored the logging diversion as it was early evening and figured they wouldn't still be working. Nearly died getting over stile to get out of woods and onto Dent as they'd put some kind of obstacle no doubt to prevent access!
I accidentally stumbled across this whilst looking for a video of the entire "Coast to Coast" album by Westlife. After getting over my initial disappointment at the lack of emotionally charged 90s ballads in this video, I was, admittedly, thoroughly entertained!! I look forward to future updates, hopefully with a tasteful overdub of Flying Without Wings to ensure my future approval.
Excellent. We met you on the c2c. We walked with our black and brown cocker spaniels....we had fun times in cow fields. Us n the pups made it to rhb without bulls horns sticking out of our backs x
Hi Bernie!! Glad to hear the pups made it, they really did well! Any other long distance adventures planned for you guys? The cows around Reeth - Richmond were probably about the hardest part of the whole trip! x
@@AndOtherIdiots hey the cows in reeth after the awsome cake farm just ignored us .... farmers wife said she was waiting for the police...wonder who put their hoof up to that one...but they passed us without issue. We did get cornered at one point which was scary! We off to south Africa in 3 weeks to see our c2c family so fab walking there. Were still on the 215 wainwrights n up to 160 completed so thats us for this yr. Were tempted to do the Cumbria way but prob nx yr. U any plans?
Well done you. Did it a couple of years ago, setting off in horizontal rain, followed by baking sun. Epic walk.
It's a brilliant challenge isn't it?
