I've made big gnomes because I love them, the best way to do the beard is cutting it with a box cutter from the back side.

I was cracking up watching this. I think it's a fantastic idea and a great way to gift pajamas or a treat. You could make this at any price point for any budget. I think it would be fun to use a sports team Santa hat to top a treat container for a fan of that team.
