I've no interesting story as I've always been active and slim, but as a busy corporate professional who travels a lot, using your workouts in the morning before work or in a hotel somewhere in the world has kept me fit and is part of my daily routine. Just asking is the body hold one dangerous? I do feel a lot of pressure in my back but I can still get through the 40 seconds. Will my back snap or have any bad affects?
Not dangerous, but, the version of a hollow body hold he shows here is pretty advanced. Another way to do it is to start flat on the ground, contract lower abs to lift legs straight off ground a bit, then lift torso - arm position will make easier/harder (easiest if reaching toward knees, hardest overhead)

This is ok. I couldn't do the UD plank as I was buggered after a dumbbell workout. Did normal elbow plank instead. 💪🏼
