If u dont have belly problems, look to things inside the products u apply on ur body. Mine turned out 2b Sodium sulfate which is in all things that bubble i.e soaps, shampoos, shaving gels etc

_ blagh I have used it, then salicylic acid, vit a, n all that dermatologists suggest. Nothing works, trust me I have been having acne for 20 yrs, n still I get it. The only thing that helps me is applying olive oil n some other oils.

I’ve done treatments using some of those, they do work and are good if done by a certified aestheticIan. I also have stubborn acne, and they do help especially if you’ve damaged your barrier by picking at your face and popping pimples or external irritants like UV rays or smoke and pollution, you need to solve acne inside and out, I still do the treatments monthly but I am also about to go vegan for a month to fix it from the inside. Cutting sugar dairy and gluten out of my diet. I burned my face about a year ago and my skins quit sensitive to just anything but way better now.

I am 21 years old and when I was 12 I was messing around with hair removal cream (Nair) and I thought it was a good idea to put it on the sides of my face. I got an reaction and my skin erupted with spots, they never faded completely , they just turned dark, then a new one would grow, would heal and it is/was a cycle. it was as if the cream caused me bad spotty skin. This was during puberty and I got spots on my forehead too. During this time I would get a lot of pain in my stomach, (since I was 9) and now I've been researching and it looks like IBS, Leaky gut, chronic inflammation symptoms. My hormones during this time are/ also out of wak.
At the moment I have cut out all processed grains, and sugar (fruit is hard) and there are some improvements but spots do keep coming, and the sides of my face have a lot of discolouration. I wash my face once a day and use vitamin a, c, e and witch hazel and sometimes zinc, as well as clay mask and spurilina. I take zinc, vit A, and going to try B5 soon. I eat lots of veggies and green juices.
I'm coming to the end of my self in terms of trying to solve the issue, or spend any more money. Dermatology in the UK is like £200 for a 20 min consultation so thats out of the question. I have tested my estrogen levels and get results in a week, hopefully that will help.
At the moment the temples of my face keep flaring up with acne, and the odd spot on the sides of my face - theres a lot of discolouration and bumps on my forehead
What am I doing wrong? What do I actually need to be doing?
    Please help!

supplements give me acne, cuz they are partially toxic, synthetic and not properly absorbed unlike food, if anything you should save money and spend it on real food, also isolated vitamin A (retinol) doesn't exist so if you take an isolated vitamin A supplement then it's 100% toxic, it is a fat soluble vitamin found only in animal fats, cod liver oil supplementation can work pretty well, at least it does for me, or just eat vitamin A foods (retinol not beta-carotene)

the stuff you put in your body causes acne, when I ate shit foods I had horrible acne, then I really tried to eat better and it reduced my acne a lot and during my search to eat healthier, I found so many sources pushing how supplements are like so amazing and stuff so I believed them but it's when i took the most supplements than my acne was the worst it had ever been, and by removing all supplements it's now way more manageable, taking all these synthetic supplements is honestly like throwing toxins inside your body, there is this lie that we can't eat nutritious without supplements and that we absolutely need them but that's just a way to make shittons of money with this new industry.

miissjeessicaa there is a difference between natural sugars and refined sugars. Fruit has natural sugars, you want to stay away from refined sugars such as processed foods, etc.
