    Pork Belly with skin removed 400g
    Red Fermented Beancurd 1pc
    Red Fermented Beancurd sauce 1 tbsp
    Ginger Juice 1 tsp
    Minced Garlic 1 tsp
    Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
    Five Spices Powder half tspr
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Pepper (to taste)
    Shao Xing Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil 1tbsp
    The ratio of corn flour to sticky rice flour is one to one (flour coating)

    After washing the pork belly, pad it dry with kitchen towel
    Cut into pieces of one inch wide and six inches long

    Marinate with the following seasonings for at least 4 hours
    Red Fermented Beancurd 1pc
    Red Fermented Beancurd sauce 1 tbsp
    Ginger Juice 1 tsp
    Minced Garlic 1 tsp
    Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
    Five Spices Powder half tspr
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Pepper (to taste)
    Shao Xing Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil 1tbsp

    Coat with corn flour and sticky rice flour, the ratio is one to one
    Shake off the excess flour and let it rest for 10 minutes before frying

    First, deep fry in oil of 140 degrees for about eight to ten minutes, and pick it up when it is slightly golden brown.
    Fry it for 5 seconds with the oil temperature of 200 degrees, pick it up immediately

    去皮五花肉 400 克
    南乳一塊
    南乳汁一湯匙
    薑汁一茶匙
    蒜蓉一茶匙
    蠔油一湯匙
    五香粉半茶匙
    糖一茶匙
    胡椒粉(適量)
    紹興酒一湯匙
    麻油一湯匙
    粟粉和粘米粉比例一比一(裹粉)
    [做法]
    準備五花肉
    洗乾淨五花肉之後用廚房紙把它印乾
    切成每塊平均是一吋闊六吋長
    醃五花肉
    用以下調味料醃最少四小時
    南乳一塊
    南乳汁一湯匙
    薑汁一茶匙
    蒜蓉一茶匙
    蠔油一湯匙
    五香粉半茶匙
    糖一茶匙
    胡椒粉 (適量)
    紹興酒一湯匙
    麻油一湯匙
    裹粉
    裹上粟粉和粘米粉,比例是一比一
    撇走多餘的粉,晾10分鐘然後才炸
    炸肉
    先在油溫140度之間,炸大概八到十分鐘,看到微微金黃色就把它撈起
    用油溫200度翻炸五秒,立即把它撈起
    完成

      Hi, thank you sincerely for subscribing us. I haven't used air fryer for this recipe before so I cannot tell from my experience 😅. However, I did research online. Pre-heat at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Brush the surface of the meat with a layer of oil. Fry each side for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. My advice is do not cut the meat too thick. Hope this helps. 😊
