Talking about makima in the death loop ,the death loops work in way that the target comes close to death but doesnt get to expiernce it , then afterwards they get put into another death scenario, so even with the contract makima wouldn't even be able to do somethin about it
Exactly. Makima still technically takes each hit at first and then transfers it to someone else. However, with GER the only thing that exists is the hit. The cause of death. And then it forces them to experience causes of death infinitely.
They actually die, but they revive and experience different deads... Infinitely.

Infinite times jumping out of a plane doesn't mean there are infinite scenarios in which 1 of them u will live.

Basically since there's an infinite amount of tries, anything with a probability above 0% WILL happen (that is if the probability does not change). And I'd say that the probability of Giorno killing Makima is above 0% no matter how small.

As both a CSM and a JoJo enjoyer, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Giorno absolutely destroys Makima in a 1v1
Apparently, people think too small with Giorno's Return To Zero ability. It can literally return anything to 0, and I do mean ANYTHING. Kinda like, oh idk, returning her ability to 0 by returning her control to 0 (like how he returned Diavolo's Time Erase to 0). He can even return the number of contracts she made with people to 0, rendering all of the buff she would've gotten from her contracts useless.
Even if she were to control Giorno before he activated his ability and killed him, Return To Zero is an automatic ability (like how they showed in the anime and how they showed it in this video), and will activate anyways
And I'm not even gonna go into the infinite death loop..

As for makima vs giorno, I think it can be interesting
Giorno with GER absolutely slams and there's no doubt abt that because makima doesn't have abilities that defy/work outside of reality. But Giorno without GER is another story. He wouldn't really be able to get rid of her. Not in a way that would be easy enough to just figure out and put into action as soon as things start.
If Giorno doesn't have GER, then makima can take this imo

@@zoro59611 In this case not really. For one, GER just puts Giorno on a completely different plane compared to Makima and its not like many people are actually debating that.
Another thing, Giorno is still very formidable with regular Golden Experience. He's very intelligent, can heal, reflect damage in certain situations, and can literally create life.
The gap with having Giorno keep GER is even more of a problem than cutting off someone's arms and forcing them to fight. Its like having two people swordfight, but one of them is just on another planet and has infinite weapons that can just destroy the other one's planet whenever they want. Thats a small example of how fat the gap really is lol
And while GER is Giorno's biggest strength, we aren't sure if he kept it or not. Requiems can go back to their normal state as we saw with silver chariot in the flashback.

i can't point out whole exchanges but the little stuff like those are funny. The person who made the video puts voice lines that make sense for the fake dialogues though. But sometimes there's dialogue lines so specific that none of the characters say in their source and that's the one that sounds off.
Like when Kaguya was down on the floor and starts speaking, she actually says "President, i want to be there with you on the fireworks viewing (hanabi) day"
EDIT: i misheard hanabi (fireworks) to hanami (sakura viewing) and i'm dumb because my first thought when hearing it is actually the dialogue where's she's stuck at home unable to go to the fireworks festival.

@@matheusexpedito4577 You experience the cause of death without any dying. GER removes effect and forces you to experience a cause. Therefore, since she doesn't actually die, Makima shouldn't be able to redirect the effects.
Unrelated, but I think I've figured out how to sum up KC's power. GER reverts cause to remove effect. King Crimson allows the user to escape effect by showing the user its cause and therefore allowing them to escape effect. For other people, it appears to remove cause, leaving only effect.
I like how this is set up less as a fight but as a scenario

@@thisisaloserwithnolife8836 giorno without requiem definitely has a chance, but we should also remember that its speed is likely not in the same range as many of the faster stands.
And normal punches, even from a stand likely wouldn't do makima in, especially since she could just come back. Giorno would have to use life shot (which effects the soul), a technique he has only used like twice through the entirety of part 5 for specific situations, but in this fight, I don't really see why he would even use life shot fast enough to not die beforehand, and its not like he can tank her attacks. Makima should be able to take giorno without requiem
If giorno use animal counter on she he win, but I think he never will thought in that XD, if you use requiem to return and use animal to move to she he can walk, but if he die he can return in the middle of your death and walk more, when he become in cut range he can make one barrier on she returning all times when she kill he and atacking, so after kill make loop of deaths for she dont ressurge.
I think Giorno's Requiem has priority over Makima's prime minister contract.

For all of you forgetting that his power isn't just a infinite death loop, it's reverting anything's effect to zero, why the death loop occurs is because the effect of the death being reverted to zero over and over, the thing is that doesen't only have to be applied to his death "reverting ANYTHING" to zero. Meaning he'd be able to nullify the effect of her abilities like healing her through peoples lives too. well that's what i atleast think based on his stands wiki description, so correct me if i am wrong.

Y'know, it would be funny/cool IF Kaguya ever got an stand, it's abilities or at least, the way that Kaguya uses it changes depending on her state of mind (Normal,Chibi and Teasing) it could lead to some out there hijinks and it could also work as a way for Giorno and Kaguya to bond, with Giorno teaching her how to use her stand
Kaguya's stand could be something memory-based, because Kaguya has good memory. Imagine if her ability will be to repeat any attack of her stand or other stands, so maybe she would be able to even hit Giorno.

I am not sure how Makima's ability works, but if she resurrects in the same body with the same position after dying, Giorno can still win the fight with a single barrage for as long as her immortality comes from resurrection after death. It means that GER will just return her to the point before the resurrection and kill her infinitely as he did with Diavolo, but if she resurrects in another body then Giorno can use a toxic animal to kill her over and over again trapping each of her lives in a separate loop of deaths. In the second option, Makima will suffer infinitely * the number of lives. In any case, Giorno will win the fight simply because he is not only immortal but also can seal forever everything he kills.

A shame whoever made this didn't fully grasp GER despite their editing talents. GER is so much more than a resetting ability. GER lets any and all actions play out in their entirety, then resets and denies the truth of those actions. In its "fight" against Diavolo, GER dennied Diavolo the truth of his death - this inadvertently sealed away Diavolo's King Crimson (took away his powers) AND created a poket dimension where Diavolo would experience an infinite amount of deaths since he could never arrive at the truth of how he actually died.
Power sealing, pocket dimension creating, and infinite death looping all INADVERTENTLY created by an automatic passive ability that will never let one arrive at the truth of their own actions or fate.
There's a reason GER is a contender for one of the strongest abilities in not just all of anime, but in all of fiction too.
tldr: This fight is the equivalent of Goku somehow having a stalemate against a legless ant.

I love the fact that everybody is theorising in the comments down below. This animation was really well done and we all know that JoJo's Powers are ridiculously overpowered from the get go. I never was much of a fan for Makima since she gives me the creeps. Sure she had a bad past and stuff, but that doesn't make me want to root for her.
Giorno is a badass and will always be in my heart. And I'm glad someone made an animation to suit my pleasures. Although I would rather liked makima get defeated and never ever sign a contract with her, but I guess this was for the best to not increase the hate between fans of both anime.

Her contract allows her to revive in exchange for a random Japanese citizen dying, basically there is literally no way Giorno could kill 120+ million lives if he has to wait like 5 seconds to kill her once.
@classic5040The thing with the deathloop is that they get a close to death experience but dont actually experience it, so the japanese citizens technically dont die here

Requiem can diverge and manipulate one's reality, that's why she came back in time, it's just requiem making it impossible for her to arrive at what would happen in reality, making the death loop her "new reality", something existential warping between dimensions
