  • Chocolate crackle caramel coffee
    Serve 1 | Prep 5 mins (+ 5 mins freezing time) | Cook 5 mins
    Ingredients:
    1/3 cup Coles Simply Dark Choc Buttons
    2 tsp Coles Urban Culture Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
    1 tsp Coles Urban Coffee Culture Caramel Syrup
    3/4 cup (180ml) Coles Full Cream Milk or milk of choice
    Ice
    Method:
    1. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl over medium power in 30 second bursts until smooth.
    2. Drizzle chocolate around the base and sides of a 2-cup (500ml) capacity cup. Freeze for 5 mins or until chocolate is set.
    3. Place coffee and syrup in a heatproof mug and add 1/4 cup (60ml) hot water. Whip with a milk frother for 30 sec or until well combined. Add milk and froth until well combined.
    4. Add ice to the chocolate coated cup and pour in the coffee mixture. Squeeze cup to crack chocolate. Stir and serve immediately.
