    Serves 12 | Prep 1 hour
    Equipment:
1 liquid paper pen or white marker
1 large sheet (about 20 inches x 25 inches) green cardboard
    Clear contact book covering
    13 x Coles Simply Food Containers 300ml
    Sticky tape
    6 white paper straws
    Blu tac
1 x Coles Simply 200ml Square Food Container
    Ingredients:
    100g Coles Deli Prosciutto*
240g Coles Deli Stuffed Baby Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese*, drained
200g Coles Finest Vintage British Cheddar, chopped
135g Coles Deli Semi-Dried Tomatoes with Basil*, drained
    1 carrot, cut into batons
240g Coles Deli Stuffed Green Olives with Danish Fetta*, drained
2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into batons
200g Coles Finest Vintage Red Leicester Cheese, chopped
    ½ punnet strawberries
150g Coles Deli Mild Hungarian Salami*
1 small red capsicum, seeded, sliced
1 small yellow or green capsicum, seeded, sliced
300g Coles Marinated Danish Style Fetta, drained
300g Coles Deli Giant Pitted Kalamata Olives*, drained
100g pkt Coles Finest Artisan Apricot & Cinnamon Myrtle Lavosh Crackers
100g pkt Coles Finest Artisan Beetroot & Caramelised Onion Lavosh Crackers
½ 250g pkt Coles Checkers Crackers
    200g Coles avocado Dip
    Method:
    1. Use the liquid paper pen or white marker to draw a 35cm-long oval on the cardboard. Draw the goal lines of an AFL field and the centre square. Cover the cardboard with the contact.
    2. Reserve the lids from the 300ml containers. Arrange the 300ml containers around the outside of the oval marking, so they just touch at the front corners. Use the sticky tape to join the corners together. Arrange the reserved lids vertically around the outside of the containers. Join together with sticky tape. Trim the excess cardboard, if you like.
    3. Carefully transfer the cardboard with the containers to where the snacks will be served. Cut 2 straws in half. Using the blu tac, attach the straw halves as goal posts at each end of the field.
    4. Divide the prosciutto, stuffed peppers, cheddar, semi-dried tomatoes, carrot, green olives, cucumber, red Leicester, strawberry, salami, combined capsicum, fetta and kalamata olives among the containers, reserving 1 kalamata olive. Arrange the apricot crackers, beetroot crackers and Checkers crackers between the containers to fill the spaces.
    5. Place the dip in the square container and place the reserved kalamata olive in the centre. Place the square container on the centre square to serve.
