Your videos inspired me to try my first big boy coaster since Alpengeist and Apollo's Chariot in 2005 before I had kids. Candymonium this past weekend was awesome!
The big question for me is whether this'll be sufficiently different from Verbolten, which is just a few steps away, is also multi-launch and also has an extensive indoor section.
I'd think so. This is much tamer and not as family thrill as Verbolten. Plus it'll be completely indoors and on a straddle train, so a motorcycle or something. Still, kind of weird not to diversify more so.
Awesome! I'm really excited about this! I love the surprise of it being a straddle coaster themed to a snowmobile and of course I got my wish of Count Ludwig returning to cause more havoc! 2400 feet length is much longer than I expected it to be for such a small compact building. My expectations just rose substantially for this ride.
My wife and I were at BGW this past Saturday. Great Beer Fest.BTW and this park is really an all around top contender! Another big addition or two and IDK would love to discuss it but could this be a top 3 Park in the country next to Hershey, Cedar Point and Magic Mountain ?
literally anything but a jetski would make more sense. i feel like it isnt the final car design but rather than create an animation of what they think it will be they just used the existing design for initial promotion. Whole event seems somewhat haphazardly put together but oh well, at least its something new for 2023
@@theduh1011 oh you're right lol. looked like a jet ski to me but now that the official video is out i see it. kinda goofy looking but unique car design nonetheless. doesnt really matter if its dark
It took Jack so long to come up with his favorite ride at the park, because his real favorite ride is obviously the Great Pumpkin Coaster, but he can't talk about the competition.
What’s a good park if you live in the Pacific Northwest? All we have is the 1-coaster wonder of Oak’s Park, and the kiddy land Enchanted Forest in Salem. Save us! Bring a real theme park to Oregon/Washington! Also, Jack of the Lantern was awesome 😂
DarKastle is now becoming an indoor roller coaster? LET'S GOOOOO! Loved that ride when I was young!
Thank you so much. This is the type of announcements we would miss without you. Continue to help us enjoying coasters !
Looks like it will be a fabulous ride. So glad to see something done with the DarKastle building. A nice homage to that former great ride.

Yes, verbolten is much more intense than most families think, so this would be awesome.

Farewell to the strata coaster
Long live the straddle coaster

That looks like it's going to be a fun roller coaster. Especially since it's all indoors
Watching live from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 almost midnight here.
Had to wake up at 5;30 am here in Cali. But it was worth it!
Y’all , baby should be named after a roller coaster
🎢 💙
awesome
I think it looks neat… They could’ve just let the building empty forever, so I’m glad they’re doing that. It’ll be great for the park.
Don't know if that's the final cart design, but why look like Jetskis, if wanted straddle, surely a horse design would fit the themeing better.

Guys, that's a snowmobile, not a jetski

I think it's one of the default vehicle designs from the manufacturer.
Project DarKoaster is finally becoming a reality!
I was just there yesterday and I cannot wait for this to open
This reminded me of the time they announced InvadR and Battle for Eire back in like 2017 in the England show room.
It took Jack so long to come up with his favorite ride at the park, because his real favorite ride is obviously the Great Pumpkin Coaster, but he can't talk about the competition.
Pretty sure that Jack Character is an at icon at Halloscream Seaworld San Antonio, he used to host a Halloween theme shamu show lol
The logo is awesome

Why is it so empty?

DARKOASTER IS REAL
Pretty sure I just failed a nursing test 🗿
Looks exactly like Wave breaker
School is ANNYOYING
TTD IS BEING RETIRED
I guess Busch gardens Williamsburg REALLY wants to take Kings dominions title of the launch coaster capital if the world
Booo bring back the original! And what's the point of the jet ski theme??
they're snowmobiles
