It's $30 million nice if you've ever been in a normal NYC apartment at their normal prices. The vast majority of the price comes from the location. This exact apartment in a random state would cost less than a million.
I can have a house built that cost 7 plus dollars 30 beds, 30 baths, 20 car garage fully furnished with some of the best furnishes out there. 1000 Acres of land build natural swimming pool with 1 mile stream connecting a smaller pound. And much more and still have millions left over.

$90,000,000 for an APARTMENT? Na, I'd take a $75,000,000 mansion at Lake Tahoe, that comes with a SECONDARY, three story home. A hell of a lot more bang for the buck, for $15,000,000 LESS! ua-cam.com/video/7tRbm09uMto/v-deo.html
People in the comment section are acting like the people who are going to buy this have $30million..and are going to spend 28 out of it to buy it!! Lol They'd still have enough money to buy 2houses like the ones you're talking about in your comment!!! It's costly not because of how its built....but where its built!!!
104th_Maverick This is not even a great view or location. You really want to look at skyscrapers through your windows. It's just ridiculously overpriced. Imagine what you could get in LA on a hill for that price.
Christoph Kapp it’s pretty ugly actually. Unfortunately you US don’t have the Italian taste which is the best in the world. The bedroom has awful beds and the finiture on the windows are bad. Really bad. I mean. For 78,5m this apt is simply not ok.

i'd like to give an appreciation comment for the cameraman. I feel like he did a magnificent job and is the major part of the video's success, and deserve a pay rise!
I like the layout, design and furnishings, but not for 28mil. Even for the location it's incredibly overpriced. I'd much rather live slightly out in the countryside with this apartment and spend 30 minutes getting into town, spending around 3 million on the apartment. It sounds much better than spending 28 million on the apartment and taking 5 minutes down an elevator to get into town. NYC is a dump anyway and those buildings in front of the park are ugly.
yeah they said that kitchen is close to $1m. The kitchen is nice but is nowhere near worth the price of a small mansion... Probably the location makes the value x5 and then they throw in a random 10m because some rich guy will buy it anyway
That kitchen was NOT made for over half a million dollars. It looks like a very basic kitchen with Miele equipment too. We can get a similar kitchen with a marble kitchen island for just 10.000 dollars here in Europe!
@No world like this one the large amount of money he paid is almost entirely for the place and NOT the actual apartment.. This is not only NYC but Midtown Manhattan, and right next to the central park...
Your “very rare peek” into NYC’s best has over the years evolved into “another extraordinary tour” of where the richest of the rich put up their feet! Erik, your wonder, joy, amazement and amusement at what such places offer is what makes this channel so enjoyable to watch. Best regards!
For 28 Million it's actually pretty small. It's just fucking insane how high the real estate costs are in NY. And for a million dollar kitchen that wasn't very impressive to be honest. So you pay mostly for the location. How much would such an apartment cost, like in raw numbers, just for the interior and lets say, building costs? maybe 4-5 Million?
I worked for billionaires and millionaires including oprah's apartment which she sold and justine timberlakes apartment in soho which i will not disclose the addresses, i also worked in the same apartment building where david bowie died in and a few other billionaires like lefrack, howard lutnick, the johnson and johnson family and a few more, while i was working for my home automation company. Nothing special, they have everything they want, all these fancy things, they own like 10 houses all over the world but barely stayed in them. I would come back home to my coney island apartment to my little shoe box and still was happy with what i had. Trust me, even though most of these people are rich, they are all mentally sick, they have all the money they want and then some and still do not value and cherish what they have. they are sick people, never satisfied with anything and have a hunger for more. Trust me people, materialism is disgusting, learn to love what you have, and don't loath for these riches, they mean nothing. Most of them are evil and vile people anyways, who screw over everyone and everything just to get what they want.
Most of these people are psychopaths, sociopaths and narcissist... They'll never be satisfied with what they have, and will always want more, because the novelty wares off fast.
Go back to youre shoebox, you speak like that because you never had an oppertunity of all the pleasure so now you're jelous. Whats wrong about having money, I don't understand.
those bedrooms are ridiculously small for a such apartment.. and don't let me start about a design of that place.. like seriously.. location great and so but still not worth it
Mike XXX also this I legit complaint from me, the glare that light would cause on a bedroom flat screen would be unbearable. Wouldn’t buy it if I was a billionaire
Emily P. 100% true this wasnt even impressive and i know i cant afford it. Quite frankly im glad i cant afford this place lmao there are nicer apartments in NYC that will cost you a fraction of this bizarre price. Id rather buy a nicer Apartment in NYC and have a vacation home in Miami beach and still have an ass load of money left that I can reinvest. I love the energy of the realtor speaking but the apartment is just a no go. Maybe worth $5 million because i do understand the location and it being at the heart of NYC. This is almost 6x that price.. fuck that!

Hello, I am new when it comes to investing and i would really appreciate if I could get some tips about where it is worth to invest in (ETFs, Stocks, Growth stocks, Dividend stock etc.)

For people who don't get it,I'm being sarcastic
It does bring cool features. I mean, who doesn’t want a good view while using a bidet?
Maybe. But lack thereof surely brings sadness.
It does
I prefer being sad in that apartment
Avnikant Bajpai r/whooosh
Since when did they start hiring models as real-estate agents?
@15 Sxope calm down, the man is hot af that's all they mean to say
For hustlin million dollar apartments you better appear to look like a whole bag. Even if you're unattractive, nobody will want to score that place from a dusty head guy in a wife beater & sweats
15 Sxope
Hard woosh.
@15 Sxope stupid, she just meant he was good looking, hard woosh...
Well obviously you can't look like an ogre if you work in real estate.
For a bit of a price comparison, check out what $3.6 Million dollars will get you in NYC. Click the link to watch Episode 3 of the apartment tour series!! bit.ly/2AJemAl
You should definitely end your videos with "Ok, I'll buy it!"
Erik Conover ... looks like you’re living the dream
normal
Erik Conover more vid like this please !
Thats Mike from David's vlog🤣
OMG that's exactly what i was thinking!
People in the comment section are acting like the people who are going to buy this have $30million..and are going to spend 28 out of it to buy it!! Lol
They'd still have enough money to buy 2houses like the ones you're talking about in your comment!!!
It's costly not because of how its built....but where its built!!!
and who it's built for
And why it's built
And when was it built....
And who built it
I built it and it's for me and reason is to view central park view lol
$28.5 million is waaay too much for THAT
Its not about what you get, its about where it is.
104th_Maverick
This is not even a great view or location. You really want to look at skyscrapers through your windows. It's just ridiculously overpriced. Imagine what you could get in LA on a hill for that price.
SlighceTUNES ok but your typical multi-millionaire already has that.
farhsn abshir
Looking concrete is nice?
What difference does it make when you’ll NEVER have the money
More Ryan! Lol. That place is unreal
Yes Kapp yes!
Christoph Kapp it’s pretty ugly actually. Unfortunately you US don’t have the Italian taste which is the best in the world. The bedroom has awful beds and the finiture on the windows are bad. Really bad. I mean. For 78,5m this apt is simply not ok.
suena interesante
Soy una persona pobre Y la verdad se ve bien con los el mundo
Comentario Tom y respeto
The apartment is great but the interior design is really poor indeed. Especially the lamp shades are awful.
You guys together are so refreshing 💖 love these videos !
I don't care how much you pay for your apartment but I still refuse to have windows in my bathroom
or polarized windows that don't let light get outside. This way they can't see you but you can still enjoy the scenery.
I would like that:D
Deal breaker most definitely 😂
Mate that’s the dream couldn’t think of anything better
can anyone see you at that height though?
Why am I watching this? I'm so poor, that I even think twice on buying a $2 bread.
I'd think twice too what the hell is bread made of in America ? 2 dollars ? that's 6 times more than in Romania .Well ,I guess you are making way way more money so it makes sense
Yet you have access to the internet..
My buddy bought a Roku and used Home Depot's free internet for like forever..
AH M stay in school
A loaf of bread would run you about 3.99 USD in Manhattan on average.
I live in Long Island City, Queens
This space is so crowded and disorganized. Absolutely no flow.
Deborah Kim yeah it is also pretty small, ugly, and cheaply made pathetic
Yeah and NO POOL
Nutella Is Life it’s the top of a huge tower what do you expect and indoor pool that will leak to the downstairs neighbours or an outdoor one that will leak to the street?
Beast AAJ that’s not how pools work but go off
its nyc. space is $$$$$$
I'll pay $1,250 for it
Fizizy $1,251..... going once? twice? SOLD to this gentlemen over here!
Fizizy because that's the best you could
I love us poor people's sense of humor
Fizizy sold 1,250 a minute
@@Fat_Catt 🤣
Let Ryan know we’re totally interested in buying! 🤣🙏
💁🏻♂️
Psh I'll take 2!
We could all share... Then it's probably affordable. :)
Everyone is😂
jesus is king watch rev Ike's preachings ,there is no way am making myself poor , God brought me here to be a king and a king I shall be both worldly and heavenly ,he said it is hard not impossible.
Love the apartment tours... would also love to see behind the scenes unique businesses and personal stories and journeys of how people are making their dreams happen.... they’re inspiring 🤗
i'd like to give an appreciation comment for the cameraman. I feel like he did a magnificent job and is the major part of the video's success, and deserve a pay rise!
At the end of the day it's still just an apartment. Rather buy a house with that money!
Thats a hing of taste. I prefer the apartment tbh.
@Jayson Davis in this case you have 1 apartment, goodfighflosing it xD where you will live than? reather 10 houses
You know what? Im not impressed by this apartment. I don’t like the layout or design or furnishings.
Yep, total shit, though for someone over 50-60 years old this might seem like luxury
Better yet, spend 3 million on a house in the countryside and spend the rest of your money on a private train line to get you into work. xD
It does feel a bit like something that might have been state of the art from the 90s.
If you can drop 28.5 M on an apartment you probably have some cash lying about to renovate I reckon 😂
This vid was straight fire Erik. More Ryan!
thanks for the love Brett
I'll split price with you Brett! lol
Brett Conti you lit Bret
Ryan: Only 28.5 mil
Me: Wow, what a bargain!!!
Everytime i see Central Park i got goose bumps
Is such a unique sight in the middle of all those buildings
It's the sight that i'm dreaming of to see since i was like 14. Maybe some day.
Colorscream it reminds me of friends
yes please more apartment tours!!! these videos are so interesting
I find them so fascinating myself, huge MDL fan
The ceilings seem so low. For $28 million I expect very high ceilings. I’ll pass! Lol
Jameson Jones well it’s not like u have a choice
not like you had 28 millions anyways
I agree, I'd go for an English Georgian house every time. I own a Victorian terrace rental with higher ceilings, 400 times cheaper too
That was my first thought.
The window ceiling room is great!! All the sunlight u can get with a view of the sky? Thats amazing.
$28.5M can get you something better than this
Akpunonu Prince in NYC?! Na
yeah they said that kitchen is close to $1m. The kitchen is nice but is nowhere near worth the price of a small mansion... Probably the location makes the value x5 and then they throw in a random 10m because some rich guy will buy it anyway
@@Kizdo69 the building cost 1.5 bil
Not in NYC lol. My buddy lives in a studio that he pays $350 a month. I've seen studio apartments in the city smaller than his that are $1200 a month
Everything in the city is more expensive
Imagine being in this house when it's snowing 🙈😮😎
Snow globe irl
Erik Conover Totally!
solange oh wow I never thought of that! Must be beautiful
More Ryan. Love the collabs!
Mansion: Am i a joke to u?
28,500,000 for the apartment... Has no TV
Sandro The Beast they probully dont want a tv to distract from the whole look, they want people to focus on the beauty of the place...I guess..lol
it has, it's hidden behind a large painting in the living room lol.
You can watch Netflix in your Apple computer.
the TV alone can cost 10million, better save that money
sweetjune there's zero beauty
And in the central park, u have the homeless.
Its for u to even feel more superior:)
omg Mike! i did not expect to see the vlog squad here....
Probably scouting it out for David🤣🤣
This channel is so addictive. Thanks so much!
0:34 Find someone who looks at you like Ryan looks at Erik
That kitchen was NOT made for over half a million dollars. It looks like a very basic kitchen with Miele equipment too. We can get a similar kitchen with a marble kitchen island for just 10.000 dollars here in Europe!
He is talking about the price per square foot. The area that the kitchen occupies, not the price of the actual kitchen itself.
Dude this is NEW YORK CITY! Do you understand what that means? One of the most expensive places in the world to live.
@Move out The way I mean I love visiting the city but that's just me
@No world like this one the large amount of money he paid is almost entirely for the place and NOT the actual apartment.. This is not only NYC but Midtown Manhattan, and right next to the central park...
Am I the only one who doesn’t liked it???
nope
Mangabeiras 100 no, just the only who doesn't know how to use grammar properly
Hector Marin correct for me, sir
Mangabeiras 100 you don't like it because you know you will never have it
Matt Murdoch I don’t think it’s worth this amount of money, with 1/3 the price you can build a mega mansion
Your “very rare peek” into NYC’s best has over the years evolved into “another extraordinary tour” of where the richest of the rich put up their feet!
Erik, your wonder, joy, amazement and amusement at what such places offer is what makes this channel so enjoyable to watch. Best regards!
This condo is spectacular. Just as I imagined living in the big apple. Awesome tour vlog. ♡♡♡
Glad you enjoyed !
I am such a peasant.
drinsk 😭🤣
Same, my friend.
Back to work! **cracks whip**
Morpheus I like your humor😹
For 28 Million it's actually pretty small. It's just fucking insane how high the real estate costs are in NY. And for a million dollar kitchen that wasn't very impressive to be honest. So you pay mostly for the location. How much would such an apartment cost, like in raw numbers, just for the interior and lets say, building costs? maybe 4-5 Million?
The crafing of the apartment was perfect... but the desing was very poor, the spaces where poorly used, of course, not worth :/
You know it's a good space when the cameraman lets an "Oh maaan" out LOL...
They'll never be satisfied with what they have, and will always want more, because the novelty wares off fast.
cool story bro
@@LucidSwankBeats It is, isn't it? Just takes your imagination to the highest places.
The best comment ever
Go back to youre shoebox, you speak like that because you never had an oppertunity of all the pleasure so now you're jelous. Whats wrong about having money, I don't understand.
These videos don't make me depressed just makes me happy
Pawn Stars takes it for 1k$ max
😁😂
Imagine the house and land you could buy out in the county with that much money
like germany, right?
You could buy the county
🍪🔥🔥 nope like in texas
those bedrooms are ridiculously small for a such apartment.. and don't let me start about a design of that place.. like seriously.. location great and so but still not worth it
Mike XXX also this I legit complaint from me, the glare that light would cause on a bedroom flat screen would be unbearable. Wouldn’t buy it if I was a billionaire
Most of the apartment's value derives from its location, not its features
BMT X I get it, but architecture is just plain stupid, it could be done so much better
Those guys: this area is x feets long
Literally anyone that doesn't live in USA: wtf that means?
One foot is about 30 cm. (For us in Europe and the rest of the world)
are you speaking language of god
All the money in the world.. and the decor is still so tacky. Money really doesn’t buy taste!
nah. You're just broke
This is almost 6x that price.. fuck that!
Agree
Emily P. Its called staging
R BEAUMONTII yeah.. ugly staging
More Apartments !!
I give you 10$ if you let me use the bathroom !! :))
Flaviu nah that's going to be around 100 dollars an hour
I'm pretty sure 5 minute is enough
Ryan is literally the manager guy from the movie "Bolt"
Love seeing the real estate vids! That's how I found you in the first place with that tiny apartment tour. Definitely more Ryan... Would be cool to see some of the first places he sold, way back before Mil $ listing ;)
Yes! For the next one something unique for sure
Oh...great. waiting
love the idea of seeing some of the first places Ryan has sold!
Bruhh this is hype!
